Dr Sam Cunneen is a dual trained Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, and a Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgeon.
Having received his medical degree at the University of Western Australia he undertook 3 years of basic surgical training in the UK becoming a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh. On returning to Australia he worked in a number of surgical specialties before undertaking training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Following this he spent 2 further years to achieve the qualification in Crania-Maxillo-Facial Surgery.
Sam is a regular attendee at conferences to ensure his practise is using the most advanced techniques. He is a member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), the Australian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS) and the Western Australian Melanoma Advisory Service (WAMAS). He works as a consultant at Royal Perth Hospital and Queen Elizabeth the Second Hospital, training the next generation of plastic surgeons.
