    August 2016 BA Roll Call!

Has anyone else felt like they want to sit up in their bed and stretch your arms a bit? Unsure how much movement I should do.. It felt good to take these photos to stretch a bit lol They look like typical post surgery boobs, sitting really high and swollen but can't wait for them to drop and fluff ☺️ On the photo you can also see the cut I was talking about I'll keep adding photos to my gallery, so feel free to FR me xx

    June 2016 girls!

@MermaidUnicorn It's been weeeeeeks and I've only just logged in now! I don't get notifications to my email or anything, so I'm sorry for being rude and ignoring your question. I started at 44.6kg on the day, 157cm, 10.8-11BWD, verrrrry small B cup. I had 330cc textured anatomicals, mod height, mod plus profile, dual plane. I first tried to measure my new size about a month ago, and haven't since. At that time, I was measuring a 28E/F. Here are a couple more photos of progress since I last posted.

    August 2016 BA Roll Call!

I've had a few odd shooting pains, randomly too. My right side seems to be more tender and swollen too, but in saying that, my bigger implant is on the right, so that could explain it. I'm going to try and have a shower and wash my hair soon - that will be a challenge! I'll try and post a before and after shot too...

    August 2016 BA Roll Call!

@Mum_of_4 firstly are you right handed? Because for me I experienced the same with my First BA and it was highlighted to me that your dominate side so to speak will always take more time to settle due to using it more often and your muscle is also built up slightly more on the dominate side, just more ice and rest for it will help..☺️

    August 2016 BA Roll Call!

@Sarah85 sleeping after a ba is the most annoying and frustrating aspect, my advice from experience is by end of first week Panadol is usually suffice for some through out the day but take a stronger Pain medication at night to help get to sleep...pillows are great but sleeping upright Is just awkward if you have a L shape lounge I suggest bunk out in the lounge room otherwise after the second week you can try what I use to do I would gather my army of pillows and make them like a triangular fort around me and I like sleeping on my left side so would build up pillows under that side as well and do a awkward side/upright sleep it worked and eventually I would take away pillows each couple of days until your comfortable side sleeping again

While I agree that not all plastic surgeons are created equal, you absolutely can not compare between the training of plastic and cosmetic surgeons. No one ever goes to a plastic surgeon and then wishes in hindsight that they went to a cosmetic surgeon, but plenty of girls wish they'd gone to a PS after a stuff up from a CS procedure. Based on your comments in other threads, and your statement that you've been in the industry for years, would I be correct in assuming that you work for TCI, or another CS, @cosmeticinsider? I don't mean to be aggressive, but I think the tactics that TCI takes in offering women a "quick, cheap and easy" option for a BA is completely irresponsible. I started my BA search after seeing their ads, and after my partner was horrified at the idea of going there, I started to search for different options, and I'm so glad I did. At least if something had gone wrong I'd know my surgeon would be capable of fixing it.

I know what you mean about being less tense as the night goes on! I definitely feel that and then in the morning it's back to square one with the tight feeling. Lucky it's bearable though How great is it having support and someone looking after you while you get better! My mum has been doing that for me, but she's back to work tomorrow lol boo. Good work on trying to steer clear of the endone! It's so good to help fall asleep with though lol

Yes, can see the cut you mentioned, @emmalouise. I'm curious as to what your surgeon says about it! Otherwise looking great! @BunnyHop, you have Tony Connell too right? He's awesome, he made me feel really comfortable straight away - relaxed but respectful too. Good luck to the next bunch of August girls 😘

Had my pre op consult yesterday.... it's gotten me so excited!!! starting to feel very real! Even though still 3 weeks to go for me as i'm right at the end of August. Gosh I am so happy with my surgeon, he just makes me feel so at ease. He was even showing me UFC clips on youtube as he knows i do martial arts. So funny. We decided finally on teardrops (i've been umming and ahhing about rounds vs teardrops for months) and size he will decide in surgery using the inflator thingos. I just can't wait now!!

    August 2016 BA Roll Call!

Hey girls anyone experiencing discomfort in one side only? My left side I can move my arm everywhere I try with no pain at all but my right I get a stinging felling shoot through my breast it stops when I relax my arm and only in certain positions I'm not taking my hands above my head dos don't think it's the stitches pulling. The nurse said its fine which I'm sure it is especially only being 3 days post op now but just curious if anyone else is feeling that. Right is also more swollen. Can't believe how speedy the recovery has been although I have been resting but also walking around a bit, feeling tired yesterday and will Netflix and chill today I think. Sat in a hair salon yesterday for 5 hours!!!! I have a lot of hair. Anyone coming to bondi junction I highly recommend catwalk platinum opposite quest/dr miroshniks rooms I saw david he is an awesome person if u like to have a good chat!

Hi ladies, I had my surgery today at 10am and I feel great! . I have zero pain so far (just pressure feeling) so I haven't needed any pain meds as of yet and fingers crossed it stays this way! My stats were 163cm and 47kg with a BWD of 11.5 and 12. I went 345cc, silicon textured rounds, full profile. I am in love with what I see so far so hopefully when the swelling goes down and when they drop and fluff then I will love them even more. So, so happy!!!

    1 year Post opp Dr.Boonchai

Hey, Just thought I'd provide an update of my boobs 1 year post op. I had 375 , HP textured mentors placed by Dr.Boonchai. They have settled in well. No big issues. I had really sensitive nipples before undergoing surgery and now they are even MORE sensitive. This hasn't stopped. They bounce around a bit now and they are soft. I will upload some pictures after writing this. Scars are not an issue ( you never see them). My scars are under the breasts. I started with a gap between my breasts, about 2 fingers apart. Thats the same. I wish there wasn't a gap but I can wear a bra to push them together. Even sports bras with no underwire push them together which is good. Overall, happy with them. I think it was worth it and when I update them I may even try a slightly bigger implant. However, the 375 are a big and a good size for me. If you have any questions about my surgery or experience overseas, let me know. I get an email when there is a message in the inbox and if it wasn't for the info on this forum I probably wouldnt have gone. There are some pics of my 2 week post op and 1 day post opp up on here if you want to check them out as well.

    August 2016 BA Roll Call!

Hey @emmalouise these are what I was given from dr M, never hurt but took it easy with them for the first 2 days now don't feel right doing them and I'm 5 days post op. I have a little cut/graze too and in that side of occasionally have a sharpe stinging feeling in that side has eased up over the last few days, all the best with your recovery. Endone was awesome for me for the first few days stopped on day 3 I think was taking 1 only every 4 hours. I found the first 24 hours a walk in the park then the selling kicked in them eased on day 3 now just feels heavy in my chest as there was nothing there before! Hi @Matreshka I had a BA with Dr M on the 2nd of August so 5 days post op now. Have you had your consult yet? I'm from out of town so i had mine the day before surgery. You are in good hands!!! He is lovely and so gorgeous! Makes you feel super comfortable and he is very confident in his work. Let me know if you have any questions.....I'm still in Sydney go home tomorrow after my check with his nurse. Missing my kids and husband pretty badly but making the most of quiet resting time. I'm staying in the quest apartments.

Ladies just a heads up pleeeease go the bigger size if you are unsure. Dr Kollias is super dooperrrrr conservative when it comes to size! My original implants were 385 and even he agreed he went too small at my appointment last week, but then only suggested 400 ish for my revision. (Im going to tell him I want 500 minimum haha)

    Best breast surgeon in brisbane?

Hey Cathy, I do understand why you ladies share your experiences. And rightly so. But that doesn't mean you are more entitled to share your experiences than those with positive opinions. I am just as entitled to share my positive experiences. I was just saying to Miss Bolt-ons that she does not need to criticise me for posting in brazillian threads about my experiences. Just as you do for your negative experiences. I'm not criticising you ladies for doing so, so no one should criticise me. I believe it's good for interested parties to hear about both the good & bad experiences as it arms them with good information to take to the surgeon & hopefully he/she can either calm all fears & convince they are the right choice or alternatively convince that they are not the right choice. There is nothing wrong with showing both sides of the story.

    Revision size help plz!

I went from 375 to 485 & honestly there is no visible difference in size from before. I am slightly too big for my bras now but you wouldn't think they were bigger if you saw them. FR me if you want see the difference in mine. You have to remember that the surgeon will be removing the capsule (and possibly a small amount of breast tissue around the capsule), so that will increase the volume of the pocket & mean you will need a larger implant just to get back to the same size. So if you are wanting to go bigger than original, I think you will need to look at over 500cc. I think 450 will put you back at the same size as you are now or slightly smaller. Good luck with your revision! I hope it all goes well & you have no further trouble!

    Perth prices Botox/Fillers

I paid $550 for 1ml of Perlane in my lips at XY Skin and Body. It wasn't pouty enough but that's because I have very thin lips, the results were nice. Botox I haven't had for years so can't advise on price there. I'm not sure where I'll go after my baby. I want someone that preferably uses a dental block. I'm pierced and tattooed so not a baby but wow the lip filler with no dental block was brutal.

Hi, I go the Absolute Cosmetic, Their staff are very experienced and they charge by the area so you know what you are paying for upfront. I've been to other clinics and that go by units and I end up shocked by the price in the end. They have products starting from $109 upwards per area. The Lips fillers they have are great too! $449 for Juv Ultra

This is a great thread for me to read having just locked into BA surgery in two weeks. Never thought I'd ever consider plastic surgery. Always seemed like a drastic, dangerous and vain thing to do. I like my boobs….they're just too small, that's all. Want to look in proportion without need for padded bras. Doing this just for me…and I now realise that wanting to feel better about my body is - alone - sufficient reason to do it. Hubby supportive, bless him, but loves me as I am…..that said, I think he's going to enjoy the upgrade. Nervous but excited…..will be all healed and ready for summer. Just hoping like hell that my faith in my surgeon's talent proves well placed. I've tried to explain as clearly as possible what I hope my BA will achieve but not achieving the look I want is my biggest fear. xx

I was feeling like i was betraying them too, they haven't done anything wrong! My teeny tiny boobs really came to the party when it came to breastfeeding my two kids for 15 months each. They did a stella job. Im trying to look at it like i owe it to them, to finally give them the look they deserve!!! Just upgrading them from tight-ass tuesday to gold class!!! Lol
  45. 1 point
NORMAL! I breastfed my 3 as well and felt like I was being mean to them However, I couldn't have gone another year with never (NEVER) removing my (heavily padded) bra without being sad about the poor deflated things. I had my operation a week ago and now they look like they did when the milk first came in, all engorged and full and it actually made me nostalgic and happy Good luck.

Take photos of your little ladies naked and in clothes you love and bras etc. I did this and look at them sometimes. Now 5 months po I laugh at the photos and think wow they definately needed a makeover. I'm very happy with my bigger ladies now.

I think it's totally normal to feel like this I've just been reminding myself that I'm enhancing what I already love. My boobs may not be perfect but they're mine and they've done their job well. It's just time they had a little help

    Cosmetic Institute Sydney Reviews

Hi there Cannot fault the cosmetic institute. Very informative fantastic facilities. I went from 10AA -10DD with no pain at all just a tight feeling. I never thought it would be so simple! You do need to commit to not being able to do anything for yourself afterwards while you recover, that was the hardest part. So very happy and Dr Tang was fabulous!
