  1. COSMETIC surgery is no longer the sneaky, shameful secret it once was. Women literally get Botox in their lunch breaks. Clinics in local shopping centres proudly advertise injectables in their store fronts. It’s not a question of if, but how many, of the people in your life have had some kind of work done. But the challenge for consumers is making sure they pick a qualified clinician. That isn’t always easy, because anyone with a standard medical degree is legally allowed to perform cosmetic surgical procedures in Australia. This week news.com.au is exa

  2. thank you for sharing @cosmetic it is so important that women know the difference between cosmetic and qualified plastic surgeons... it is not worth risking your health and your life for cut price surgery... these unqualified and inexperienced "cosmetic surgeons" prey on the young and uninformed women. It is so important to research your surgeon thoroughly and to ensure that they are accredited with the right organisations/accrediting bodies.

  4. Thank you so much. I've been missing working out but then I'm scared to do the kind of stuff I used to! I did a 4 min plank challenge everyday and used to slip in random moves through the day. Now I just do a workout at the weekend but it's not enough. Holding a plank everyday made more difference than I appreciated.

  5. You should be coming up for your 6 wk post op check soon , i would ask your surgeon what they think before trying anything like massage or wearing a strap as some surgeons don't have you massage and some do . Please let us know what he/she reccomends

  6. Hope I'm not going to offend anyone with my comment but when it comes to your body and the wellbeing of yourself or even your life after surgery why do so many people think that buying cut price plastic surgery is like going to a sale ( you cant pick up a bargin on your body parts like a nice dress) STOP and ask yourself if its that cheap what have they sacrificed or cut out to give you the cut price surgery in the first place. Cheap is cheap for areason people so my advice would be to save your pennies for a little longer and see a qualified plastic surgeon. It makes me so mad and sad

  7. Hey love, emilyxwagner your boobs look lovely you just need to give it more time, as the other ladies have said. I for one believe in the massaging of the breast, my hubby was so very helpful in leading his hands Hee Hee. My PS recommended the message not only to help with soreness, but also helping the girls to drop and be more natural looking. I can tell a tremendous difference each week with the way they have settled. I am 11 weeks PO today I go in for my follow up with the PS this morning. I just can't believe it has been 11 weeks. Just stay positive and be patient, it will all work o
