Interested in a Breast lift and tummy tuck with muscle repair, have breastfed my 2 children and my boobs are pretty deflated. I gained them lost so much weight with my 2 pregnancies, going from 108kg to 68kg so my poor skin hasnt been left in the best conditiob! My breast are now empty 12D's. My ab muscles seperated 5 finger widths after my 2nd pregnancy and with a lot of exercise and 3 years later I have it down to 3 fingers, but will need the TT to tighten it and remove a lot of excess skin.

  1. Thanks so much ladies for your help! My surgeon was really apprehensive enough as it was going from 300 to 350cc so im not sure if he will want to go bigger. Im not sure if hes just really conservative with his sizes I dont know. I really need upper pole so im still not sure if to do round or teardrops, im worried about them looking to real and saggy still lol. The choices are so hard I dont know what to do!
  2. I am quite curvy and bigger on the bottom then the top so I want them to make me more in proportion. I might give the rice fillers a go actually. Just not sure with my skin quality if its going to pull down too much but I did read something on here about your body producing more collagen after surgery which then helps your skin a lot, which would be nice!
  3. I had another appt with my surgeon yesterday and told him i wanted 350cc instead of 300cc- But now I am thinking even bigger because so many people I hear say they wish they went bigger. I am getting a Lift, anatomical moderates. I have a bit of breast tissue already, am a very deflated (at the top) saggy d cup now. He said both will get good results. I have really damaged, stretchmarked skin from a lot of weightloss so I am worried a heavy implant may make them sit too low, as it is he cant get them very high because of my creaseline. I am 165cm, 68kgs (but want to be 62kgs for surgery), and my BW is 12.5cm. I want to be a nice DD so hopefully buying bras isnt too hard. I jog and workout everyday so also not sure if that makes a big difference to which size to choose? I have no idea so thought I would ask you girls!
  4. Thanks so much that makes me feel heaps better- your vectra is no where near as good as your breasts now, they look amazing! I am tossing up whether to go bigger, we started at 300cc now I told him I want 340cc but I am thinking bigger LOL! He said because of the breast tissue I have already I would be getting up near an E cup which I dont want-I want nice DDs after all the settling and dropping, but so many people say they wish they went bigger...my skin though I'm not sure could hold a bigger implant. So confusing lol
  5. I had my second appt with my surgeon today and am getting a Lift with 350 cc teardrops (as well as tummy tuck and muscle repair) . I booked today for February 5, very excited after all these years I have a date! After my first appt with him I was very disappointed with the Vectra image showing my 'afters' but a few ladies on here told me they arent very accurate etc. So I went to my surgeon today and told him I would like round implants and higher on my chest.(I think I have decided on the teardrops though now to achieve more upper pole) He explained that my skin is so badly damaged from my weightloss theres only so much they can do, and it depends on where your breast crease is to what kind of look you can achieve. I can't get the look I want but I am beginning to realise we are ALL different and I can't just pick someones elses breasts and expect mine to look the same. Anyway, he also said that the vectra imaging isnt very accurate with including the breast tissue you already have and not to be too concerned about those photos. Does anybody have any vectra images of their breasts and their breasts after surgery so I can see what kind of accuracy they provide? I know I am being paranoid but I have wanted this for so long and really really want amazing boobs and hope I dont hate my new ones!

  7. Thanks Mari, I am the same, all my tissue has gone to the bottoms and I am all empty and bony up top, and by the after photos it doesnt seem to look like I will be fixing that. Thanks Juniper, I am so glad you love your breasts now and your surgeon was able to achieve what you wanted! I have another appt with him in a few weeks to discuss my concerns so will question him a bit more Thanks ladies, it seems like a lot of women like their breasts a lot better then the vectra showed, and I have another appt with the surgeon in a few weeks to talk to him about it all. Ideally I would really love to get it done in my town for convenience, especially with two young kids, so I really hope him and I can work out something I love!
  8. I don't think they all have it, but I'm not quite sure. There's only the one plastic surgeon in our town, and I drove to brisbane (a couple of hours away) for an appt with a lady there and it was horrible, so maybe 3rd surgeon lucky?
  9. Thanks for your reply, I am glad you love your results I showed him photos of what I want and told him after seeing the after photo that its not what Im after but he said this is what I can do and I want you to know that now so there is no disappointment after you get them done. Such a lovely surgeon and I love his honesty but its not what I want :/ On the side on view they are much bigger, but nothing like what I was hoping. I jog and do a lot of weights so I want them quite perky to start with so I'm not back to the originals within 6 months lol! I really really explained and showed him what I wanted but apparantely this is it. I wonder if its just my boobs or if other surgeons could make them look better. Such hard decisions, I worry a lot that I will hate them after I do them and this didnt help
  10. Hi girls, I had an appt with a 2nd surgeon lastweek and had my vectra images done etc. The surgeon was fantastic and very professional, however the photo of how my breasts will look similar to on the vectra machine are nothing like what I want. The photo I have attached is with 350cc teardrops. I had no idea he was planning teardrops until I showed his nurse the photo after the appt saying I don't like it, then she let me know he prefers only using TD for lifts. I told my surgeon when looking at the images that it's not what I want, I want fuller at the top and perkier but he said its not possible and he doesnt like to have his clients nipples coming out the top of their bras. Maybe its just my breasts, I understand we don't all get the same outcome but I expected them to be higher, perkier and fuller. Not so natural. I don't want huge, fake looking breasts, but I just wasn't expecting this. I have attached some photos of the kind of breasts I would love, who had very similar breasts to mine beforehand too. Does anyone have any advice, could it be possible to get at least closer to the kind of breasts I want? Not sure if its needed, but im 165cm, 69kgs and my breasts are a very deflated 12D - closer to a C if not for the skin. Would love any advice whatsoever! I am in SE QLD and have been looking at DR Layts work and he seems quite good? BTW My vectra image is the first one, image 10
  11. So I have had planned the last 3-4 years to go to Phuket for a Tummy Tuck and Breast Lift with Implants..in the last few weeks I have decided to only get my breasts done and not my tummy. And then I also worked out CosmediTour have some great packages to Bangkok for that which is much cheaper. I dont want the fancy holiday or anything, I imagine I will only be resting after Lift with implants so I wont get much sightseeing done anyway. I had researched so many surgeons in phuket and had a good idea of everything but now i have NO idea who to use at bangkok-if Cosmeditours have a good reputation and what surgeons are good for this surgery. I would absolutely love any opinions, good and bad as I want to book the group tour for November if all seems ok with it! please any help would be great thanks girls! x
  12. Accepted, not a problem!

  13. Thanks Hun! Dr Kane doesn't anymore but his receptionist put me onto dr alys saylor, I will check out those ones you mentioned too!
  14. Thanks so much for the replies! I didn't want to have two different recoveries I would prefer it all done at once, but I'm sure the dr will explai it all to me! I can't find any photos of her work online but her receptionist told me that she doesn't need to show off her work (as with many other surgeons) because they are so busy as it is, so I will just see how it goes
  15. Thankyou so much that's really good to hear! Do you know if they will ever put implants in at the same time ??
