  1. Hi I had my inplants removed 8 months ago and I want to have a fat transfer to even put my breasts and hopefully get a little bit more volume. i have consulted with 5 surgeons already and there is sich a huge variance in what each surgwon rhink they can achieve. Would lovw to hear if anyone else have gone through this.
  2. Hi Elle How did you go with the explant? Are you still considering FT and with who?
  3. can I ask how much cc he injected each time and how much scup size you went up each time? Thanks thats all I needed really.
  4. can I ask how much cc he injected each time and how much scup size you went up each time?
  5. who are you seeing if I can ask. I have explanted almost 3 months ago now and looking at getting fat transfer. I have consulted with a few doctors already and having another phone consult tomorrow with Dr Tansley. I know I asked this befor but can't remember if you replied? Who have you had the ft with? I am consulting with dr tansley tomorrow.
  6. Hi, did you end up getting fat transfer? I had my implants removed 3 weeks ago and wanting to do ft within 6 months. I find it difficult to decide on surgeon.
  7. I got a 2nd opinion today from dr choy in sydney. He believes I have capsular contrscture and that my original surgeon did not release that muscle correctly when implanting which is why I have had pain for 4 years and the breast sitting higher than the other. He did not want to do a fat transfer same time as explanting and did not think I needed a lift either. He did keep saying I would look worse after explanting and that I would most likely be concaved. The surgeon in brisbane will do all 3 at once and the lift is to compresd my tissue so he has more to work with for FT. I sm confused as what to do.
  8. HI again Thanks for the info. I am trying to decipher between the different techniques here in Australia and by Dr Bednar in Charlotte USA. He puts alot in, sometimes up to 600cc's (30% is fluid) and gets amazing results. I am part of his facebook group and the ladies there have the fat still after more than 2 years and one 7 yrs+. I have consulted with Dr Chin in Brisbane and he says he can get me to a B cup (no guarantees) in one transfer of 75cc to each breast. He said he will try and out more in but it depends on breast tissue. Did you consult with him? Trying to get everyones experience so I don't need to consult more than 2-3 doctors. I am in Sydney and consulting with Dr ellis Choy on Friday. If you want to pm that fine. Then you can see my pre implant and post photos.
  9. Thanks vlinder. Can I ask who was your surgeon? what size did you start out with and what are you now? How much did your body absorp each time? Thanks again I believe they are causing a few issues in my body and to be honest I have never loved that fake look. Don't get me wrong I love them when wearing clothes that covers them but when naked, in small tank tops I don't love them. I literally hide them away as I think they make me top heavy and I have never worn a bikini since having them. Only the bathers that have a high neck. Also one side has always been sore and it keeps getting worse. I have also got lumps in that breast since getting them which are benign but I am over having biopsies and ultrasounds plus have no upper body strength at all anymore as they make working out very hard.
  10. Has anyone used Dr David Chin in brisbane? What for and what was your experience?
  11. Has anyone had fat grafting to the breast? I would love to know your experience?
  12. how did you go? which doc are you using? can I ask how many sizes you went up after fat tramsfer? Have you got pics at all? I need my implants removed as I believe they can/are making me sick. I was flat as a board before though so hoping I could get to a b cup
  13. Windering if there are others out there that have one side sore. My left has always bedn sore and numb at the sane time. Its now over 2 years PO and it has never settled. Off course I am freaked out after all the Breast Illness talk recently.
  14. HI I have had my furries for over 2 years now and since I had them my left boob has never recovered properly. I am numb in more than half the breast and it feels harder than the other. I think that breast was originally a bit smaller so it sits a bit higher than the other now. I have a constant aching feeling which I ignore most of the time and I guess a bit of burning sensation. I think it is mostly the scar area but its hard to really know as I am numb but sore at the same time if that makes sense. In this particular breast I can also feel the muscle pulling when I do hard labour or try and work out. The other breast feels completely normal. It is not a new feeling. It has been there from day 1 and I guess I was hoping it would go away but it seems it never will. I wish now I would have gone for the smaller implant but I listened to my dc and choose the bigger one. The Doctor has checked them and he is confident there is no contracture. Have anyone had these issues. I guess I am nervous of implant illness.
  15. HI I just saw your comment about fat transfer! Where do you get this done? I remember looking into it years ago and I was told it would not last.
  16. Can I ask how tired you feel? I have had mine for over 2 years too and saw the article mentioned above too and freaked out. I have had a hard few years after I got them but we do also have 3 small kids and we lived through a renovation so the stress and a small mental breakdown I suffered I put down to all that. I do feel fine normally but I feel like my memory has gotten so bad and I find it hard to find words when I speak. I put that down to being a home mum that hasn't exercised my brain enough. I was just wondering if you could explain a usual day and how you feel so I can compare. It is a bit stressful to read the article and knowing that I may have to get them removed one day.
  17. Hi I posted about my lumps a few weeks ago. I had my biopsy and it came back benign but they recommended a core biopsy as the lump looked strange on the scan so back I went. That one hurt... a lot! But it was benign as well. Phew.
  18. Hi I went today to have the scan and they could not see what it was so going for biopsy on thur. The other side had lots of cysts but this one they could not see what was. Freaked out but trying to be calm.
  19. hey My surgery was in Aug last year so over 6 months ago. Went for my scan today and they couldn't see what it was and said to have a biopsy which I am having on thursday. Feel sick about it especially as she said I had lots of cysts one the other one. So this little pea sized lump they could not see what was. When is your biopsy? have anyone told you if they are painful?
  20. Hi Lolos I just posted on a separate thread and then found your post. I just found a pea size lump last night in my left breast. It is really hard and moves around when I touch it. It has got me a bit freaked out. I am 38 years of age. I have had a check before for a small lump in the same breast (I think) years before my surgery and it was nothing but this one is in a different spot and on the bottom of my breast not near the nipple where the other one was. Seeing my GP in 2 days but now I am so worried. Bloody breasts, they are nothing but trouble. (((
  21. HI I had my surgery in August last year and ever since my left breast has always felt tight and sore in the pec muscle. The breast itself does get a bit sore sometimes when I have done exercise and the whole breast has been numb since surgery. It drives me a bit crazy. I had my 6 month check up and forgot to ask about the numbness. Just called him and waiting for his call back tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone are experiencing the same? Last night I also found a small lump in my left breast. It sort of moves around a bit when I touch it and it is very hard. I am a bit freaked out right now. I am seeing my GP on Wed. Anyone experience this??
