Febtime got a reaction from Chesty Larou in BL alone; how hard will it be?
It's not the easiest thing getting up in the first few days after surgery. I would recommend placing bottles of water and other essentials near your bed at your hotel before your surgery. And make sure nothing you need is somewhere where you have to reach up or bend too far down. Also don't hesitate to ask someone to open the door for you and help with bags! You don't want to hurt anything as you will be very tender. I found that doing lightly walking within the first few days of going back to my hotel helped heaps.

Febtime got a reaction from curley in My BA experience with Dr Piyapas at BHP :D
Hi everyone, thought I would post a detailed entry on my experience so far with my BA and Dr Piyapas.

    Day 1 and 2:
Got picked up at my hotel at 6:50 am for my 8am consult by one of the hospital’s drivers.  I arrived at the hospital and was met by some polite ladies that organised all our registration, and got our details and copies of our passports. We were led up to the 5th floor where I had to fill out some paper work and then went to get my blood tests, x-rays, and heart readings done. Did a bit more waiting, then was called to see Dr Piyapas.

Had very good first impression of Dr Piyapas; he was very warm and reassuring. Made me feel very comfortable taking my shirt off in front of a stranger haha! One of the first things he asked was what size I wanted to be, to which I said 10 C or D. He took my measurements and explained that he would need to lower my crease because there was not much distance between my nipple. He also said that he would try to put in the biggest implants he can fit for me, which he said will most likely be 300cc and if I am not happy with the size I will have to wait at least 6 months to let the skin stretch to make room for bigger implants. I was happy with his suggestions, and he thoroughly explained the risks if he put in implants that were any bigger.

After the consult I think I was in the operating room within about 20 minutes. We went to the cashier, where I paid in cash. Then I dropped my belongings off to my hospital room, changed out of my clothing and into a hospital gown and was lead to the theatre.

I was on the operating table around 10:15am (there was a clock) so the whole process didn’t take long at all, everything ran very smoothly. Dr Piyapas held my hand as a lady inserted a needle in my other. The last thing I remember was someone putting a oxygen mask over my head, I took a few breaths and I woke up in the recovery room.

I had a very dry throat, asked for some water and the sizes that I got. The nurse said I got 275cc in one side and 300 cc in the other, which I was surprised about as there wasn’t any mention of asymmetry in the consult. I was wheeled to my hospital room and was not feeling good at all. The pain was mainly in my sides, where I imagined the drains and incisions to be. But otherwise, it was bearable, the worse thing was the nausea. Slept for most of my time there, but later that night I was throwing everything up - including water. I was very sore when I tried moving, and couldn’t support myself to get out of bed.

Next day I was still very sore, and still needed help to get up. Still very nauseas and couldn’t keep anything down. Dr Piyapas came to see me and gave my my implant info card. When he took out my drains, it was the most uncomfortable feeling ever! felt like my boobs were getting suctioned out.

    Went home at around noon.

    Day 3:
Finally the nausea was mostly gone and I could eat fine. Pain was not so bad, no where near how I thought it would be. Could move a bit more although I was being very careful as I did not want to pull any muscles. Did some walking which was a little uncomfortable, but not painful. Haven’t taken any pain killers since they gave me some coming out of surgery as I didn’t feel the need and also didn’t want to feel nauseas anymore!

    Day 4:
Feel pretty normal, a bit of morning boob but other than that, pretty good. I was comfortable moving around more and could lift my arms above my head. Got my hair washed and did some relaxing!

    Day 5 (today):
Had my post op consult with Dr Piyapas today. He was kind, but very straight to the point. Took photos and showed me how to massage my boobs.

I feel completely fine today, I can move my arms pretty freely (albeit still very careful). My boobs look decent for the first week - they just feel a bit numb and tight. Coming from nothing, I’m quite happy with the size so far but I can’t wait for them to drop and fluff!

I will be posting photos in the near future, as well as updates when anything changes. Feel free to send over a FR
Sorry for the loooong post, but hope this is helpful for anyone considering Dr Piyapas or BHP. Had a really good experience so far - would recommend them!

    Hi girls!

I know that you have to massage everyday pretty much forever, unless you have brazilians or possibly even textured implants for some surgeons, just wondering how many of you are keeping up this post op requirement to the tee?

Im only about 10 weeks post op, and am getting so lazy but I do not want any complications further down the line that could have been prevented!

Just curious as to how other ladies out there are doing

You will be fine! If you don't feel comfortable with it go with your gut and don't do it. I believe you need to be 100% sure and confident going in. I have absolutely no doubts prior to mine, but of course l was a tad nervous! Good luck. x

I think it depends on what your definition of natural is. There are many girls on this forum that had minimal or almost no breast tissue pre-op, but still achieved beautiful results with rounds.

Febtime got a reaction from Sarah(o)(o) in By the end of the week, I'll have boobs!!!
Hey Sarah, I ended up paying just under $5000. Not particularly cheap, but there's not much we can do I guess. I found Dr Piyapas to be very kind, and reassuring. He obviously knew what he was doing. However, the consult was very quick. Probably about 15 or so minutes. I felt like I didn't have much time to get my thoughts together. He didn't rush me or anything, but he didn't explain a whole lot more than the basics. I would say, have all your questions ready before you go in. I had mine in a list, he answered all these without me having to ask though.

Also, I don't think there is much you can do about the maximum size you can get. I know there are some surgeons that will absolutely push the limits, but I honestly would trust the surgeon's judgement on the biggest size he can safely fit in. Because after all, if a bigger implant causes problems, the surgeon is the one to take the blame. And with your concerns about getting your crease lowered, again this is your decision as to whether you want to trust your surgeons judgement or not. Dr Piyapas said that if I don't lower my crease, he will only be able to fit in a very small implant, and furthermore my nipples will point downwards. I thought the risk of possibly having double bubble was worth taking, rather than being guaranteed to have small, unattractive results if I weren't to lower the crease. Hope this helped.

Thanks everyone! I'm super excited!! Getting a bit nervous about choosing sizes, etc. Still not sure if I want to go mod plus or high profile.
Also, to anyone that is interested, the highest exchange rate I found today was 25.22. For the first 5 or so booths I couldn't find a rate higher than 24.78 so just make sure you keep looking because there are so many booths to compare!

    Good morning girls!

I arrived in Phuket last night, ready for my BA with Dr Piyapas on the 12th (Thursday). So far everything has gone according to plan, except two people showed up at the airport with my name on their card!
One from PIAC and one from BHP. I felt so bad for the girl from PIAC, as I cancelled my plans with Dr Boonchai sometime last year and decided to go with Piyapas instead. They replied saying everything has been cancelled, but turns out they didn't forward the message on. I do have to say though, that the PIAC rep, Nadia, who came to pick me up was represented so well. And she was so kind and understanding!
The man from BHP was also very kind, and helpful. Did anyone tip their drivers? Next time I see him, I'm planning to.

We arrived at the Hemingway Silk Hotel after a roughly 1 hour drive, and I am super pleased with the service and room here. It's also close to heaps of places.

Today, I will be going to exchange cash to baht, in prep for my surgery tomorrow. I'll keep you guys updated through this thread
