BeesBoobs got a reaction from Natty11 in How to measure your BWD - Chart
    Hi Ladies..

I've been trying to figure out my own BWD to dream about how many cc's I can get, I found it hard to know how to measure properly & came across this chart. This helped me- I thought it might help someone else too. xx.

Hi lovely Gabby  . Hon I doubt you'll have any bruising with botox, or dysport (cheaper). When I first started I only used to get between the brows and brow lift done and would get awesome results that NEVER looked mask like. You will love how subtle it looks... hubby and friends would never notice, they'd just think you look fresher but not know why .

My Revision with Dr. M came to about $15,000 all up as I didn't have the correct Health Insurance Cover. If I had had the correct cover it would have been about $12,000 so that would have reduced it significantly. I would check your health cover first but allow for about $15,000 worst case

Both are the same Hun in fact more places only offer dysport as Botox don't supply to everyone you'll get the same effect from both dysport and Botox

I have people who get longer with dysport and others longer with Botox. You'll find dysport advertised at $3/unit which sounds cheap but you need 2.5 of those to equal a unit to get effect. So a Botox frown is usually 20u and a dysport one 50u

I currently have cover but not sure if its for reconstruction.. & Emma 22 you can snoop at my pics, the before pics are there..

I don't know any of these clinics but I can tell you that they are in quite affluent areas (probably areas servicing Doctors, Lawyers and other professionals - or the wives of).  Now that doesn't mean too much but I'd be surprised if they were super dodgy.  If you are after somewhere definitely reliable and reputable, I would make an appointment at the Laser Clinic whilst you are over here!

    * edited this as I put that they are probably servicing the wives of Doctors, blah blah blah and it was soooo gender stereotyping I almost made myself vomit.

I recall I thought about buying a voucher for botox in Perth. Very glad I didn't because I saw on the news a few months later the place offering it was using botox from unknown sources. I guess with some things, if it sounds too good to be true it is. Can't find the story online but pretty sure it was early 2014. I'm not saying all places are like this, but there is a risk.

BeesBoobs reacted to donatella in Dysport on the 30th March!! Can't wait!
    Soooo many reasons:

    1. Your frontalis (forehead) muscle is the only muscle in your upper face that pulls yours brows up, putting a relaxing agent in it will do the opposite and bring it down.
    2. The glabellar complex (frown area) that naturally pulls down actually comes up with a relaxing agent
    3. If your forehead muscle has nothing to 'hold it up' after tox you can drop someone's brows and make them look older
    4. Your glabellar complex is like the brick wall that holds your relaxed forehead muscle up
    5. Less risk of a ptosis (dropped brow)
    6. Longer lasting product (the muscle isn't unstable and will last longer relaxed rather then trying to support itself)
    7. Better brow lift and arch treating both
    8. No headaches or feeling of heaviness (this is what an unsupported frontalis can feel like)
    9. You can make someone look older

People do it and it's really naughty and too risky in my opinion

BeesBoobs reacted to Minx in Feather Brow Tattoo, Fillers & Dysport - before & after
I've just uploaded my before and after pics for the fillers, dysport & feather brow tattoo I've had done over the past few weeks... the bruising has finally gone , well almost you can still see the remains on my lip if you look close enough haha. Ok so where did I go and what did I have done?

Thank you BreastDressed xx  for recommending 'Star Cosmetics' in Pyrmont. My injector was Maise (a true artist) the rooms were beautiful and the staff really made you feel welcome. Maise knows her stuff and has a calming influence and I have to say I have never had my lips done painlessly anywhere else. It was the first time I had had my cheeks and tear troughs done. I have been converted to Dysport from Botox... not only is it a fair bit cheaper, it acts faster and IMHO it seems stronger.

I had the following products and amounts in the relative area:

    2x 2ml - Sub-Q in the cheeks
1ml - Perlane in the lips
2x 1ml - Perlane in the tear troughs
1ml - Perlane split between the oral commissar and glabella fold
125U - Dysport on Glabella, Eyes and Nefertiti (jaw)

I really like the subtle lift and foundation the Sub-Q has given my cheeks... however the tear troughs have been a bit of a failure, the filler looks as though it's settled too low or perhaps I didn't get enough. In Star Cosmetics defence Maise did say to come back in 2 weeks for a top up if I needed it, however as I flew in to Sydney (for the day) to have it done, it makes it a bit hard (and costly) to do that. I absolutely love the Perlane in my lips, I had previously only had Juvederm (and been happy) but think I'll stick with Perlane from now on, providing it lasts as long. Never had filler in the glabellar fold before, but guess it made sense! The Dysport, well what can I say I'm a convert!

I decided to have a feather brow tattoo last week; I've have to paint my brows on every day for the last 100yrs  . I went to 'Medicine of Cosmetics' on Paynhem road in Adelaide. It was scary to get done because I know if I didn't like it I was going to be stuck with them!  and I have to be honest I hated them for the first few days... colour and shape. I'd always shaped them thinner and lighter (see before and after pics). But I'm getting used to them, and they save me so much time and will be so good to have in Phuket after surgery next week!

    Hi Bees boobs,

I am disappointed for you, such a big lead up to a huge decision  to end up feeling disappointed.

Try and look at the positive though hard as it may be. They could have gone ahead taken your money and you may have ended up with a less than desired result.I think they have done the right thing by you in the long term .

Take the advice of the lovely ladies here on this forum and get some expert advice from a surgeon more experienced in your case. Good luck.
    Wishing you all the best

That's rubbish that you came all this way and to great expense. Is it their policy that final decision is made only in face to face consult? So unfair if you aren't entitled to compensation.

    Hi Beesboobs

I am so sorry for your disappointment, I can only imagine how gut wrenching this time must be. I am concerned one of my breasts (smaller) may be mildly tuberous. But not sure if it is just a small boob.
I am flying interstate from North WA Tuesday.
Do you happen to have any pictures of your breasts to see what TCI regard as too tuberous?

    Emma

Hi Beesboobs, I'm so sorry that happened to you, it's not right at all!
I just had my ba with dr tavakoli and in his brochure he gave me I saw some cases of tubular breasts that came out amazing.
You should definately give them a call, you should go to someone experienced to so you don't have to do it again.
It could be a blessing in disguise, imagine you went with someone who didn't know and made it worse as I've heard happen, I hope everything works out for you!

I know how you feel Ragamuffin. I have mildly tuberous very small breasts. I have pics on my profile page. Actually finding out that they were small and weird because of a condition made me feel a bit better. It also makes me feel a little less guilty about getting implants cause it correcting a medical condition, rather than just wanting bigger boobs.

I am getting new boobies tomorrow with Dr Miroshnik in Sydney. You can send me a FR if you would like to follow my progress.

Hi ladies, was wondering if I could friend request those that have had mild tubular. Would love to see the results. Have just dug up my app with dr chan from 4 years ago and it says release of inferior poles. Did you ladies have that done as well? Does it affect recovery? I remember walking out of the app so depressed and bursting into tears. Not only did I have no boobs but he called them deformed

Hey everyone, hope your all set for surgery, not long now for all the ladies on our very long list. I have 4 weeks left until my BA and it seems to be taking forever. Nothing I do seems to distract me to much from the thought of boobies haha which probably doesn't help the fact its now taking forever for my due date. Anyways hope your all well and ready to go.

If your BWD is 14 and you want xhp, your biggest option is 615cc in the implants TCI uses.
I am fairly similar stats, I am 58kgs and 5'11.
You do have the option of going your biggest, waiting for them to heal and then having a second surgery to go bigger and get the size you want though?
But I will say this, if you're looking to go very large, I'd be going to a plastic surgeon, not cosmetic so Dr Dona might be a better option (I'm saying that as a TCI girl too) .
I believe Dr Miroshnik does internal bras with his patients, which is something you might want to look into given you want big

Okay so 5 day post op today I have moments where I think the 525cc may be a little too big but I think that's mostly swelling:) I am happy with my breasts now! How Devo would I have been to go 465cc and the implant not fill the skin!

I put on tops and just laugh and grin at the cleavage I have! It's amazing!
    So much more confidence!

All that worry beforehand was unnecessary but normal but I'm so glad I went thru with it. !'

Fr to see pics with more to come cause I'm glued to the mirror lol

    Happy Valentines day ladies !!
