    Ladies, hi!!
Bought some bonds underwear today and must say, I'm so used to my nanny compression bra, the bonds were a pleasant surprise to me. I felt like, 'yay, I have hot boobs!' Kind of moment. So even with my littles holes to heal from the BL and BA I'm feeling just that bit more womanly and sexy  so yay  ? Here's hoping you are all too!!

@Haylo*** I've just read your post I am nearly 4months post BA BL TT MR HR lol a lot in one surgery but I also had a tiny infection on my lift line at the centre on the bottom crease...mine healed up within a week or 2 my instructions were to wipe clean each morning with a face washer put betadine on and leave this spot uncovered to air out, I used gauze from the chemist to place over so it could breathe still, I did avoid all showers for 6 weeks with all my incisions I only did bird baths each day to wash the important parts but did have a full shower once a week..some people shower everyday but i wanted to give my incisions time to heal without moisture being trapped under my micropore tape as to me moisture and heat are perfect breeding grounds for infections...oh also i get into another course of antibiotics as well straight away..mine was very small but I think it went quickly because I got into the antibiotics in time...can send you some pics if you want of mine as it might ease your mind

Boo ? Another spot, same boob, right under the crease was sore and took tape off and there was another little hole and blood came out. Also the yellow, clearish fluid (sorry TMI) on the tape. Have sent pics to ps. Bit bummed. ?

@Haylo*** I'm sorry to hear that, sounds very unfortunate for sure ? I don't blame you for being upset, I know I would be! But I'm sure all will heal great in the end ❤
How was everyone's holidays? I had my first day back yesterday, I'm pretty sad to be back lol!
I feel like I haven't taken enough progress shots of my recovery due to the holidays, but here are some from this morning. I'm 6 weeks post op tomorrow! My left breast has definitely dropped/settled better than my right (it's bigger and has a better shape, more evident in some photos) but I'm not stressed yet as there's still a loooong way to go.

Mine was exactly the same. I think it took a couple weeks to fully heal and spit out. I had 2 in the same little spot (couple millimetre apart) spitting out at once. It just take a bit of time cause the stitch slowly works its way out. I kept mine dry and uncovered. My scar is a little worse there now because of the extra scabbing/sore . But it doesn't bother me too much
You can check out my gallery and see the scar from mine

I know that fitness is important to a lot of girls on here so thought I'd post about my post op exercise and getting back to pre op fitness.
I had a pretty good recovery initially and live on my own so was completely self sufficient.
I first went for a walk at 5 days post op (following instructions) which was a short slow one, about half an hour. Felt fine afterwards so extended to an hour from then. From two weeks went back to gym to walk on treadmill, gradually increasing speed and incline. Initially I didn't think this was doing anything but a mental thing but afterwards think it really did help.
I kept to the leg cardio then until the six week post op point. I did treadmill, reclined bike and a circuit with lunges, glute bridges and air squats. I was so scared of damaging myself I followed instructions to the letter!
At six weeks I saw my PT who has had a BA and specialises in injury and post op recovery. I got a 4 week program which at that stage focused on really light weights and lots of mobility work. Shoulders especially needed lots of mobility work. This had strength mixed in with cardio and strict movements rather than dynamic ones that might put more pressure on them. I set myself some goals for incorporating old routines.
After those four weeks I started back at my normal pre op routine. Still building strength back up but participating in all classes etc with only a few modifications. However, the first day I went back I did something that hurt to my incision area on left side. Surgeon seemed to think it was unrelated to surgery. I went to gp who said it seemed some scar tissue had torn a bit maybe. I took a week off training then and that resolved after a few days. Still not really sure what it was but it hurt more than anything I had post op so was even more ultra cautious after then.
I am now 4 1/2 months post op and yesterday got my goal of being able to do one strict pull up before Christmas. Just one but I was pretty stoked! My weights are all back to where they were pre op. The only modifications I make to workouts is the dynamic bar work - can't do toes to bar, kipping pull-ups etc. I can hang off the bar and do knee raises and l-sits but moving still causes a little pressure so easing back in. Push ups are fine and back to full chest to ground. I don't get any animation and it doesn't feel werid for me so that's good.
My surgeon said no restrictions so my only hope now is that his advice is correct and in a few years I won't be posting about revision needed for lateral displacement etc!!
I got dual plane placement as had no breast tissue but it was really important to me to be able to exercise as per pre-op so asked surgeon many times!
This is a very long post already so not too specific but feel free to ask anything. also interested to hear of others experiences as to how long took them to get back to pre-op exercise and fitness.

Yes I know I keep expecting to start dripping milk! Feels like let down. I have internal stitches. I have just started sleeping on my side again, feels so strange! My back kills from always sleeping on my back! The last couple of days I have been wearing a bikini top for a few hours.. not sure if I am allowed but it feels ok!
Sometimes I have boob greed.. sometimes I am happy with them :\ haha

I'm now 2 weeks post op and recovery has gone well. I'm currently wearing a compression bra 24hrs a day for 2 months, which I don't mind because it makes my boobs feel secure. They're still high and round, but I have seen some slight softening, which is encouraging. I just wish they'd hurry up and drop properly.

@anna6 they look amazing. It's nice to see with the BA how the results are amazingly immediately. As a BL and BA I'll happily play the waiting game until mine get past their current ugly phase to amazing.
Glad to hear most ladies are healing well. I must say I have been very pleasantly surprised and how much of the healing process is really a non event, life just goes on without too many changes.

@Maddi101 my neck pillow thing and wheat pack are the best thing since sliced bread. My first night I didn't sleep so well as my lower back was aching from the sitting up position. Wheat pack fixed that right up as does the neck pillow to stop you head lolling around.

@taylorm my nurse today recommended bepathan scar cream - same brand but different cream to the baby bum cream. It's a silicon cream?gel? Which she said is really good for scars and healing as it keeps it still a bit moist. Said not to use the roller thing on the end though, it's for old scars to prep them for the cream.
