rattlie got a reaction from kimba14 in Deeply regret breast augmentation
I went through pretty much the same thing a few weeks after I got my BA, I was hating having them, the feeling of them and always being conscious of them every time I moved I was just sick to death of thinking about my boobs constantly I guess going from being flat chested to having implants was a huge change. I would cry a lot and was pretty depressed over the whole thing to the point I wanted to have them taken out. I knew if I went back to my PS he would say it was to early to have them out so I gave it 12 months and now 18 months later I am fine and forget they are there most of the time, all the strange sensations go away as your body adjusts to them and it becomes normal, it took me a good 8-9 months to heal fully aswell, I think I was expecting to be ok after 6 weeks but this wasn't the case for me.
Hang in there for a few months and things will get better xx

I don't believe there have been any PS botched cases as they are operating within their scope of practice. If you are referring to complications you won't find any who don't have 1 on their books but this is because surgery carries risks and often it is a numbers game. Any PS who went around botching people would be stripped of their title.
When I have a minor illness I go to a GP, when I want someone to look after my oral health I go to a dentist, when I want someone to cut my body open and perform surgery on me I go to a specialist fluent in that area of surgery. At no point would I interchange any of these.  Trying to compare them is like comparing worms to tigers. One is a magestic creature who rules the jungle and the other is a bottom feeder

if you're comfortable with a GP wielding a scalpel performing surgery on you then that's great but you cannot compare the 2 in regards to skill, training and knowledge. The plastic surgeons are the masters cleaning up the cosmetic surgeons mess, they can get them in but what happens down the track in revision or complication? You may be happy with your GP cutting you open but they are not comparible to plastic surgeons and never will be.

Go to LCA, I was paying $700 for Botox for my frown and crows feet at a fancy plastic surgery clinic in Adelaide so thought I would try my local LCA and got the same thing for $350 and I actually think she did a better job, winning ? I am also having laser hair removal at LCA and can't rate it highly enough.
I was sceptical about LCA being so cheap but they really are fantastic

Mine are high profile due to having a BWD of 11cm which is pretty narrow I would have had to go down in cc's if I had moderates, at the mo I am 54 kg, and 165cm. Boob pics always tend to make boob look bigger I didn't tell anyone I was having a boob job and even my mum hasn't noticed lol I was a bit disappointed aswell after surgery but not much can be done if that's all that's fits still better than no boobies, don't judge them to soon they change heaps in the first few months x
Pays to mention to if yours are over the muscle they will end up looking bigger than mine as mine are unders x

try to move around during the day every few hours like just walk around inside the house, my back was killing me worse than my boobs after a few days and constantly sitting made it worse x

My boobs are always cold now. I remember last winter when I first got my implants shivering was SO painful. And as soon as I felt cold (which is most of the time, haha), my pec muscles tensed up and it hurt like a b*&#h. I hope it's not so bad this winter.

I work night shifts and during winter it gets freezing, last winter was awful when I shivered my muscles felt like they were jumping all over my implants and squeezing them into my armpits feels horrid, they felt really hard when it happens aswell.
i only had them done last August so they were new last winter hoping it gets better this winter. I wear a scarf tucked into my jacket to keep my boobs warm lol

Hi , I'm wondering if anyone else suffers pain and shivering boobs after implants ? As we had our first icy nights and mornings my breasts feel like the muscle is tensing at full force and holding on and trembling , they also push laterally  very painful and annoying , am I the only one ?! And how do you ease this

rattlie got a reaction from Piratesdelights in Dual plane and awful feeling when using chest muscles for everyday tasks. Will it go away?
i am 6 months PO and my pec muscles still feel strange when i engage them, it used to bother me at first but now i am used to it i just lift etc in a different way so i don't get the feeling
I started back lifting weights a few weeks back and the first push up i tried felt awful i cant even do one from my knees to the ground so i am doing pushups from my knees with my hands on my weight bench to build up strength ? i couldnt do a chest fly either so i brought really light weights to build up my strength again, i think the more u do it the less weird it will feel.
i wouldnt have even tried anything at 8 weeks i was still nowhere near healed i am 6 months now and feel ok to workout☺

    Hi rattlie!
Yes they did numb me first although it still was slightly painful in my cheeks, nothing really bad I would definitely do it again. I am really happy with the results! My cheeks went quite bumpy for a few days after which was quite concerning but it has mostly evened out now. I ended up getting 2mls in my cheeks, 1/2 a ml in my lips and the other half in my chin it's definitely made a noticible improvement I'm really happy I can see myself getting addicted lol. Best of luck I would definitely recommend LCA !

Under the muscle was excruciating  I feel you for sures , it tested my pain treshhold completely that on the 3 rd day when I got up and was walking around (was so tight it chest couldn't balance ) I feel over and onto my palms of my hands ! Start moving around gently but also be careful with your balance I obviously over estimated my capabilities , I tripped up a few times that's for sure as I just couldn't get the balance right with the chest pressure , every day will get easier though it's major surgery and should be treated as such , go easy on yourself ?
