DeepBlueSea70 got a reaction from Kismet in Feeling insecure in myself and my relationship
All im going to say is that a partner esp a fiance should make you feel good about yourself, not like you are not his type or unworthy. Anything you do to improve the way you look should be to make YOU happy, not him. He should love and adore you for who you are, not for what you look like.  And unless he is Ken he should not expect you to be Barbie if you know what I mean.
Have you told him how his looking at these women and commenting is making you feel?

Moving Comfort Jubra Lee for running bra - it is the only one I can wear and the girls don't move at all!  Very high impact, no wire and most importantly for me, no buckle or anything on the strap where it puts pressure on the collar bone.
For regular gym work and just around the house I wear Running Bear crops.

DeepBlueSea70 got a reaction from Corky101 in Bra shopping is STILL traumatic!!
I wandered intp BnT today as they were having a sale and saw that the majority, about 90% of the bras are push up types which i dont want (or need) and just aren't available with larger cup sizes and a small band size.
Bras are designed for natural breasted women and obviously if you are naturally a DD you will have a larger build and need way more support so a bra with thin straps is going to be painful to wear.
I honestly don't know how you petite girls with larger implants go finding decent bras. Someone needs to design a special range of sexy non-wire bras for augmented women - small bands with big cups, no built-in fillets and thin straps.

I don't think a boob job changes the relationship in and of itself ... If anything it may bring to the forefront issues that were laying dormant long before a b.a...
i believe any negative statements on the part of male has more to do with his own issues than the boob job itself... So what he does is he just 'dumps' his issues onto u, so he doesn't have to deal...

I hope I will feel confident enough one day to show off the cleavage once they drop. Im too self conscious about my neck wrinkles now! A good pair of boobs makes everything else look second hand lol.

haven't read the whole thread but following :-)
It's true that with access to Tinder and other hook-up type apps, and online porn etc etc that men are even more douchey and disrespectful than say in 1955.  Or even 1985 when I was at school.
I have worked in a male dominated industry for the past 10 years and not only work with men, but have to live with them on site so I get to hear a lot of male conversations about women and while we may be well into the 21st century, most blokes still think we are in 1955 in that women who flaunt their bodies are only doing it for one reason - to have sex with them!  Unfortunately men have such huge ego's they assume we are flaunting it for them even though they may be old, fat and gross and as soon as you tell them you're not interested, you are obviously a raving lesbian! Gah!

I'd like to know too so following.  I'm actually buying higher necked but tight tops now to hide my décolletage area because my cleavage is so out there and still looks very fake.  I'm not sure how to describe it but necklines like the pics below on tops look great and make my boobs look bigger than what they are.  No cleavage though
(Top pic is a bikini top from Sea Folly and the bottom two are from Guess)

Oh I LOVE dobies!  I found that a Halty worked well on my dobie ***** and she went from being a real puller to walking at heel very quickly with it and you don't need a lot of strength to control them with it either because it fits over their face not their chest.

Bralettes are lovely when you want to wear something a bit nicer than support crops or PO bras :| Unfortunately underwire bras are tricky and best left until around 6 months PO. Even my former 12Bs poured into bras whereas my current 12DD aren't interested in pouring into anything :| Not a bad thing as I like them perky

Hunny if you're flat chested now and go back with boobies they will notice unless you go to bootcamp for the blind
You can either start going to a new class where no one knows the old flat-chested you or you can be confident about it. Either way you have to tell the trainer so he doesn't give you excersises that might damage your healing.
I went to my first Core class at work the other week and had to fake a sore shoulder as I can't do planks pushups or anything that uses my upper body. I prob won't go again for a while though.
Getting a strength plan from a PT is a good idea.

I have the same implants as you do @KittenLover and coming up to 8 weeks post op they have not started to drop yet and still have that fake deer in the headlights look.  I really hope they drop soon and start to look more natural.  I don't expect to see much change until the 6 - 12 month mark but getting impatient already.

DeepBlueSea70 got a reaction from Mummaof7 in Anyone with Breast ptosis only had an augumentation
    Hi there,
My first BA was a straight BA without a lift and I had ptosis but can't remember what grade.  My surgeon recommended a lift but I didn't want the scars so he had to put a much larger implant in than I wanted and there was a risk of double bubble.  In the end i got them taken out because they were way too big for me and didn't look good at all.
I had my lift and second BA 8 weeks or so ago and the result is much better.

DeepBlueSea70 got a reaction from Julesxr6 in Infection or rash?
It looks like an allergic reaction to the tape to me.  I had the same thing after putting a bandaid on my boob.  My PS told me the warning signs for infection are feeling hot, running a temperature and the wound feeling hot and puffy with or without pus present.  Do you have any of those symptoms?  Definitely see a Dr if you are worried though.
Not sure what tape you are using, but I found micropore paper tape didn't give me a reaction while some other tapes and bandaids did.
Unfortunately, the rash did take a while to go away and I still have a pink patch on my boob from it after a month or so.  Coconut oil helped with the itching and flaking.

I was terrified of getting an infection as I had my op in Thailand so I brought some surgical grade anti bacterial wash fore before and after surgery, antibacterial wipes for when i couldnt shower and Aquium gel. Then I made sure I had plenty of fibre and took probiotics to keep my gut microbiome healthy while I took the antibiotics lol.
Oh and i stocked up on those waterproof dressing films so i could shower without getting the incisions wet.  Still wearing them 2 weeks post op im so paranoid even though im not showering in Thai water any longer.
And more practical I got a clothes airing rack so I could hang my washing on it when I got home.
