  1. Never liked my face much. Now that i'm super old, I can afford to get something done about it I think the first thing I want to fix is probably my chin. I think I need more height and width. It 's too small. I think implants are more for horizontal projection as opposed to heigh, and so i'm thinking augmentation genioplasty is the way to go thoughts? https://imgur.com/a/yt6f1
  2. too young for facelift

I'm in my 20's. I really don't like my face. I never have. One of the issues is my face seems to be heavy around the corners of the lips. Jowel area? My lips also frown a little at rest and I always get people telling me to 'cheer up'! I remember having this issue even as a child. Weight loss has no effect - even with a 6 pack and low bodyfat% my face looks the same. When I pull the flesh around the corners of my lips upwards, I suddenly look a lot better. I suddenly have a chin, and everything just looks nice. Now, I don't think anybody would perform a facelift on me being as i'm so young. And bearing in mind i've had this issue for as long as I can remember, i'm not certain that it'd be the right thing to do. Can anyone here relate at all? Shed any light on this subject? I'm not sure how to approach it. I guess I'm asking: other than a face-lift, is there anything else that would give me something along the results of the midlde picture? (where i'm pulling the skin up slightly)
