  1. Sorry that header should read saline or silicone not vs!
  2. First of all can someone please tell me how I can search for old posts that way I don't fill up the page with questions that have potentially already been asked?! What do you have and why did you decide on that particular filler? I've done loads of reading but it would be great to get real women's reasons and personal preference
  3. Hi JennaB89! I'm super new to this board so bare with me lol I know that some insurance companies have no waiting periods on certain things I'm not sure exactly who they are but if you click on the webpage below you may find an insurance company that you could go with! www.comparethemarket.com.au Either way leave your number and they will get back to you with an answer about wait times and out of pocket amounts. i hope I've been able to help
  4. A friend of a friend had BA after 3 children under the muscle and she described the pain as being hit head on by a Mac truck! But this was 10yrs ago!
  5. Thank you Buddah! Your 3yr old sounds like such a sweetie! Thanks for your experience/suggestions len82 and megz1989 I don't feel too bad about it now
  6. Oh tell me bout it, I'm walking round with chicken fillets all the time because im so flat now! I was never big before kids about a B but now they're just horrible! No way I'd get away with a bikini top and any one piece looks really unflattering so fingers crossed I'll be 'bobbielicious' by summer!! May I ask who your surgeon is?
  7. Thanks for your reply! How exciting only 8 days away, I'd be counting down the hours by this stage lol !!!!!! Yes please let me go how you go, I'm a bit of a sook when it comes to pain but willing to bare it for the end results too! My little one is walking also but is very much a mummy's girl so I'm just a little paranoid about it! Do you have to get your implants under the muscle also?
  8. Oh and also not sure but assuming it might make a difference... I'm expecting to have the implant under the muscle as I literally have minimal breast ttissue left from bf!
  9. I was planning on booking my first consultation and hoping to have my BA within the next few months if possible. I have a 3yr old and a 1yr old and had mentioned to a close friend who is a nurse not to even think about getting them done until my girls are a little older and aren't overly dependent on me eg, needing to pick them up as this could cause problems! I would have help for about a week after surgery but that's pretty much it as my DH won't be able to take more time off. My mum could pop in here and there also. Any mums out there find it difficult after their ba with kids? I was so excited to start organising things and now I feel like I'll need to wait a couple of years!!!!
  10. Thank you TheFox, I'll check him out now
  11. Thanks ladies! Although not from Melbourne I've heard dr Michael miroshnik from Bondi is amazing, do you know of people's hat travel interstate to get them done or is this too difficult for after care upkeep?
  12. Hello! This is my first post so I apologies if these questions have been asked before! I realised I posted this in the wrong spot before! Trying to get the hang of this forum!!! I'm at the early stages of wanting breast augmentation; I'm just looking at what surgeons in Melbourne come highly recommended. I'd love to hear people's thoughts good and bad on all aspects of their surgery and of course if you're still happy with making your decision. I'm in my early 30's and have 2 children and not planning anymore. My current breasts look like deflated little shrivelled pancakes!!! I'd also be potentially interested in rhinoplasty so I'm hopping to find a surgeon who specialises in both. Thanks for you help
