  1. My Seafolly tog tops were a size 8 (I was a 10a), I'm 3 weeks post op and have 330cc. I gave my surgeon exact instructions that I was happy to purchase new togs and bras but that I wanted to still fit my Size Small tops and dresses that I owned. He couldn't have got the size more perfect. All my clothes still fit (but better). Obviously I'll be needing new bras, but I was surprised to see that the odd tog top still fit, especially the ones with no wire. Just be very specific with your doctor.

They already feel like part of me (I'm not sure if that comes From the familiarity of having larger breasts while breast feeding?). They are still quite hard but lost almost all swelling and are coming together slowly to form cleavage. I still have a few numb spots, mostly the skin around my nipples which is weird when my nipples are overly sensitive.

hi, I'm now 15 days post op. I had sub muscular, dual plane, 330cc textured implants. I went in with just a deflated 10a size after loosing most of my breast tissue after breastfeeding my 3 kids. I went with Dr Miroshnik in Bondi. I had a great experience all round. Very happy with my size and shape. I've had no pain post surgery, definitely discomfort that could be controlled with Panadol. I was up and about the day after, shopping and eating out. I still have limited muscular pain, what I would call tenderness, similar to the feeling of early stages of breastfeeding, but I stopped all regular Pandol at 7 days, now I just take if I think I need it towards the end of a busy day. For me, what I didn't expect was the painful nipples that we not from a numb feeling for first week to a very sore area this week. Although, since moving from post op bras to wire free bras with a bit of padding has relieved it a bit. In terms of massage, my doctor said that I didnt need to to massage mine due to the type of implants he uses. I too am soo happy. Like you , I just wanted to be rid of the padded bras and come out with a shape that really just looked a tad bigger then my padded self. That's exactly what I got. I've been out and about and most of my friends agree you'd hardly know in my everyday clothes, however, I'm getting excited to wear something that really shows them off - all those dresses I've never been able to buy until now! YAY FOR US!!!!!

I'm 9 days post op and am experiencing the same sore nipples and tender breasts, especially as I'm busy with family life. I'm glad to hear it's normal. I'm having a little bit of rubbing on spots where my bra straps meet at the front, I've been applying Paw paw crea, to the area and it's helping. For those trying the band aids on the nipples, instead I'd recommend Lansinoh, I used it for sore nipples when breast feeding, it gives great relief and has healing qualities. Im no gym junkie but missing my sessions so glad you've had this advice, I think I'll be starting back with some basics a once I'm at the two week mark.

what type of compression bra are you wearing? I have Careflix Alice and having no problems. My Dr said to wear these for 2 weeks post up but up to 4-6 weeks at night.

Yes, my Drs orders were no alcohol beforehand for 2 weeks, or post op for 2 weeks, plus no red wine for 6-8 weeks (as it thins blood and brings out bruising).

I had my surgery on Thursday and was prescribed Endone and Panadol for the pain. So far I haven't needed the Endone, just regular Panadol every 4 hours, and I wouldn't call it pain, more discomfort. However today I feel the bruised feeling spreading more around my sides and down towards my tummy area. It doesn't effect my movement but gets stiff if I sit still.

You'll be fine. The hardest part is the waiting beforehand I promise.

Did you find the Endone much better than Panadol? I don't seem too bloated so far. Might sound like a dumb question but what's morning boob? Surprisingly I'm most sore when I sit still for too long, feel more normal walking around.

I'm glad to hear that everyone's having a good recovery so far. I've woken up one day post op feeling better than expected. Had a coffee and brekky, and been watching telly and reading mostly. Still feeling a bit tired but no real pain. Soreness mostly under my arms and directly under my breasts, and limited swelling around breast and tummy area. So far I've only needed to take Panadol every 4 hours to manage the discomfort, but prepared I may need to take the Endone in next 24 hours. Did anyone else find that the discomfort continued to improve from Day 1 or get worse in the following days? Apparently the nurse from Dr's office will call today to check how I'm going and after that I will be good to shower which I'm looking forward to so I can have a good look. PS This forum has been my saving grace over past week, thanks ladies 😍

Surgery done today 😄 Everything went well. Dr Miroshnik went with 330cc and I love the size so far. No pain and little discomfort, even walked back from hospital to Meriton!

thanks for your well wishes, just waiting to go in now. I'm a bit excited by all the good shopping and only hope im feeling up to going for a wander soon. I've brought two extra ice packs with me but have hubby on standby. I also packed my travel pillow. Glad to hear you're feeling good today and getting out and about a bit.

Thanks. Just had my pre-op appointment and Dr Miroshnik was great. He was very good at explaining what will suit me and why. He's also taking in two sizes for me, 300cc and 330cc. It's a tough decision as I'd be playing it safe with 300cc given my measurements, but going 330cc would make it obvious that 'I've had work done? I told him I trusted his judgement to choose whilst in surgery what looks best. Your post op feedback has helped my anxiety about coping with the pain and discomfort afterwards. How swollen are you in the boob and tummy areas? Can you get in and out of clothing ok?

I'm sure it's your body telling you to rest because your body heals best whilst sleeping doesn't it?
