I never said they were a big no-no for every woman, just women with little bodies like me and no pre-existing breast tissue....your body is much bigger than mine & your arms look thicker etc...your probably have more pre-existing breast tissue so they'll probably look less bolted on - unlike mine!  Furthermore, I am not pushing my opinion on others, I was just detailing my personal experience with them....my opinion is that they don't suit petite women with little bodies and no existing breast tissue...this forum is all about sharing information and ideas!
    good luck with yours x

I agree, isn't it interesting that not one woman on his website, or in that silly book he's made (with the black and white arty pics), has ANY RIPPLING/sagging skin??  Or any wrinkling on their chest at all??  All the chests are super smooth.....just like a new born baby's skin....perfect unblemished & line-free adult skin....I'd say there's been a lot of airbrushing done to those pics...& the implants...to cover any small flaw...or harsh lines created from the implant itself....

It appears that they are not suited to the majority of women with no pre-existing breast tissue and are of a low body weight...I know this because after everything I've been through I've talked to 15+ women with brazillians and interestingly enough only 3 women were actually happy with them!!  The 3 that were happy had a lot of pre-existing breast tissue due to being Mums....yeah, Dr Rastogi pics are completely UNTOUCHED pics that haven't been photoshopped, aren't they?? No airbrushing there..lol...  The 4 women that I spoke to who saw Dr Rastogi are all unhappy with their bolt-ons...so that says a lot, doesn't it??
I had a highly skilled PS who has worked in the industry for 30+ years....& used brazillians for 10+ years - my botched results are caused by using an implant that doesn't suit my body type!  NOT THE SURGEON WHO IS VERY SKILLED AT BA'S!  He gave me beautiful Mentors 6 years ago!
I've up to number 4 revision and over the last decade I've done extensive research on all different brands of implants over the years...
You clearly have a very limited understanding of BA's and brazillians...especially if you think Dr Rastogi's pics have not been touched up...or photographed from clever angles to hide the flaws of these implants...like their bolt-on appearance...or photographing them from an angle to disguise how unnaturally high they sit up on a woman's chest.....maybe you are the one that needs to do some more research??

Exactly - they look terrible on thin women with no pre-existing breast tissue.
A GOOD SURGEON SHOULD BE TURNING PATIENTS AWAY WITH OUR BODY TYPE IF THEY ONLY STOCK BRAZILLIANS!!!

You are so unbelieveably rude on all brazillian threads
Just because yours haven't displaced, you haven't got CC & you've haven't experienced breast tissue loss due to their removal it doesn't mean that these implants don't cause problems in some women!!
So if they are such a great implant why are so many women getting them removed????????
Like some of the other women have said - you have no idea what you are talking about because you have yet to experience problems with yours.
Clearly, there are some problems with these implants as more and more forum members are expressing issues with these implants!!  Me included!!!!

My suggestion - brazillian's look revolting and fake and like bolt-ons on very lean women with no existing breast tissue!
I ALSO DISPLACED BADLY WITH THIS IMPLANT - not "the holy grail" implant at all!
THIS PIC WAS AT 6-7 months too, not the day after surgery, they never changed at all, worst implant ever

Yes, I'm same, I always think if it is made in Germany it will be of a high standard...lol...
Best of luck with your BA - let us know how you go x

Hi, best to send me a PM x
Thanks, yes, it is has been a really miserable experience, especially since I had 3 consults prior to my BA and had lots of pics so he understood completely the natural and busty look I wanted :-(
He did not listen to me at all - the look I wanted was a big, sexy and very natural looking set of implants...brazillian implants cannot achieve this look...I wish he had of told me this BEFORE SURGERY - I would have been happy to find another doctor to help me achieve the look I wanted!!!
I am so depressed by the whole thing...
Brazillians do not suit my body type - I just want to make other women aware of this so they don't go through the depression and financial stress I now face...

Yours look like my old mentors - beautiful and natural looking :-)
I would definately go back and talk to your PS....they are really a different implant, at least this is what I found with my body type...they probably won't look as natural as these...hard to say if you have heaps of pre-existing breast tissue.....
I doubt they will be as soft as your old mentors....definately go behind the muscle, this will help them look less bolt on and feel a little softer...
Mine were also placed behind the muscle but still look so awful and fake.....
Hope you have better luck with yours x

Not interested in wasting my precious time responding to your messages...you don't know any thing about this issue because you haven't had yours removed....Cathy, Krystal and I all had TERRIBLE complications from these implants...
I am not an expert on this topic I only want to warn others of the risk of using an implant that sticks to your chest cavity...so they don't make the same mistakes as Cathy, Krystal and I did...

So I'm irresponsible??  Now that's nasty....
Brazillians have a slightly higher chance of rippling, you did not know this??  Sagging, wrinkling skin is common in older women with implants, my sister has this....no, I have none of these things yet, I have good skin, this is me in my profile pic...
Brazillians have given me some rippling though :-(
I really find you opinionated about brazillians - when you don't even have them yourself....
Perhaps you should reserve judgement on them until you get a pair....
I don't pass judgement on an implant I know very little about and have never used - neither should you.

I have brazillians and I wouldn't recommend them if you want a "natural" looking set of boobs & have no pre-existing breast tissue (I was originally a 10A) and have a narrow frame....which I have....the result is a very "bolted-on", unnatural, fake and high waisted look....mine basically look like 2 half grapefruits stuck to my chest....I've had Mcghans and mentors before and much prefer either of these 2 implants to brazillians....
I think for women with lots of pre-existing breast tissue they can look great as the implant is not so obvious.... but I don't believe women with small frames and no breast tissue of their own suit these implants at all - they look too unnatural and far too bolted-on to your chest....this is just my personal opinion on this matter  :-)
I'm upgrading and swapping back to a textured implant as I want a more natural look....I like my boobs to move freely....I hate the "stuck on" effect of these as well....

how weird is it that cc's aren't proportionate to cup size at all... ??! just depends on where the cc's are distributed in the implant i guess!
