    i can't deal with the:

like what do you want me to say to that? So you do entertain it because you are bored:
"hi how are you? Tell me more about yourself"
and then you get something along the lines of:
"lol what do you want to know?"

I think it has 'dried up' as this topic seems to have no 'solution' .
I am on a dating site, meeting enough blokes, who ALL turn out to be a total f&*kwit one way or another, as said before, I can write a book about it (be a best seller), they all have hang-ups etc, etc. It's doing my head in!
I have, as an experiment, used different 'approaches' with the 1st. meeting, but the result is always the same!  But what really stands out (for me) is that none are capable  dealing with a assertive, intelligent women, and being that, I am not about to compromise on who I am!
Wishing everybody LOTS of luck, no matter what you are looking for.

If you're considering 750ccs you might as well go up to 800ccs. Chances are you're still going to want bigger after your revision and the difference between the two wouldn't be noticeable or be much of a difference when exercising.

    Hi ladies!

I had my boobies done in September 2015... I was paranoid I would be going too big with 505cc moderates.... I am 6 foot tall & weigh an athletic 80-85kgs. My surgeon tried to push my to the 565's but I was worried about them making me look fat.

Straight away after the op I wished I went bigger!! I actually re-booked in to go up to the 625cc xhp's a week after my op but then freaked out and cancelled it, thinking it would be best to let my 505's settle.

9 months on and everyone is obsessed with my boobs, my friends are all jealous, they look big and super natural... but I still wish I went bigger and want that semi "fake" look, which no one else seems to understand! and it's weird because I never thought I'd want big fake tits.

ANYWAY, my surgeon is an absolute legend & I am going back in on Wednesday to get 700 or 750cc XHP's!! He says I could go up to 800's even but I won't do that. I like to exercise a lot and that is a concern for me.

I have not told many people because I know they will try talk me out of it... But I am tall and I think they will look amazing!

Just wondering if anyone else with similar stats has done a similar upgrade?

    Thanks xx

Thought Id do a quick update here for anyone in the future thats looking for breast lift before and after pics.
I had a full lollipop lift with 420cc round xhp implants Only 11 days Post Op now starting to feel human again. I have had a much slower than normal recover and ended up with extreme swelling that the doctor kept a close eye on. Finally got fitted post op bra today, but have been told to only wear it when I go out til next week (when I go back for another check) as my implants are so super high and not dropping at all yet.
My surgeon was Dr Phil Richardson in Brisbane.

Please stay away from brazillians.  They are horrible implants. They have a polyurethane coating which makes them stick like velcro.  What they don't tell you is that the polyurethane coating breaks down in your body over a period of up to 2 years, leaving you with 'normal' implants after that time.  Your poor body has to process the polyurethane coating which, when it starts to break down becomes a yellow, sticky, gooey mess.
I know this because I last year I firstly had round brazillians put in.  They looked HIDEOUS, I looked like a freak. Two weeks later the PS who'd done them agreed that they didn't look right on me and a week later replaced them with anatomical brazillians, promising a better result.  Nope!  Although they weren't as freakish as the rounds they were still ugly, embarrassing and just plain horrible.
Fast forward 6 months, no improvement and every tie I looked in the mirror I cried.  Went to another PS who told me the brazillians were a gimmick and he hated them.  Took them out and replaced them with Allergan Natrelles.  From Day 1, completely different, soft, natural, beautiful shape, I felt like a human being again!!!

I saw photos of the brazillians he had taken out of me. He told me they were really, really hard to get out because the sticky goo adheres to your natural breat tissue and they have to be cut out.  I saw first hand the mess they made -  a yellow, sticky, glue like substance everywhere.
If you have to have the brazillians out at any time for any reason between 6 months and 2 years they will need to be cut out of you and you will likely lose a lot of breast tissue.
Yes, brazillians are firmer to start with and some girls like that look, while others wait patiently for them to drop into a "normal" place. When the polyurethane coating breaks down you're left with regular implants and all that disgusting gunk inside your body.
There'll be plenty of people on here who will no doubt criticise what I've said and swear that they love their brazillians and that's fine.  This is just my first hand experience of them and I will always warn people so that they (hopefully) don't have to go through what I, and a lot of other girls on here, have had to.
Good luck with your decision x

Soo I've finally had a chance to take update pics! I'm 6 (and a half) months post op...
Righty is beautifully soft and has dropped. Is it normal at this stage for lefty to be higher?
I know they're slightly uneven and I have to let them heal separately in their own time, but wondering if anyone else's dropped at different times? Or if this is pretty much it now? Can I expect any changes in months to come?
I know I keep asking the same thing over I'm just impatient and looking for reassurance as PS says they're done.
Please cross your fingers for me that lefty will catch up to righty, then I'll be over the moon! ??
    Thanks! ?

Do what makes you feel better and don't compare to others - you will be beautiful no matter what size implants you go! Best of luck

SassyB reacted to Rhiannon in BA with Dr Richardson - done and dusted ?
    Hello girls!
Because I can't sleep right now (not used to sleeping on the couch) I thought I'd pop in and let those who want to know, that I had my BA yesterday at about 1130am. They were running late but I didn't mind because all the nurses at Gaythorne day hospital were absolutely lovely. I had a nurse called Emily who looked after me and she was a crack up, and could laugh at my jokes with her. The only thing I an complain about, is how bloody hungry I was! I eat a fair bit each day spread out into 5-6 meals so I would have eaten two meals and up to my third when I went in...
I met with Dr Cameron who was my "knock her out" doctor, he was so lovely. Calming and reassuring, I told him I'm not great with needles and he said neither was he ? That's why he gives them and doesn't take them.
Dr R came in and marked me up, he's so professional so comes across a little too business like, but I didn't mind. I did manage to make a bit of convo with him. He came in, confirmed my details and said "okay, so today we are going.... Big... Do you want the 520 or 560s?" I said 560s without hesitation. He took his photos, drew on me and left.
when I went into theatre, they had a few issues finding my veins. Mostly because I was dehydrated and anxious. But Dr Cameron's assistant Robert (who is Irish and absolutely lovely) let me squeeze his hand, maybe a little too tightly.
Next thing I know I have a mask on, counting my breaths andddd I'm out ?
Wake up in recovery shaking like mad but that's normal, I didn't cry like I have done before because I was too focused on their clocks being all three different times ? I just felt tight and heavy on the chest, no pain. Once I settled down shaking they gave me water which was a god send.
They let my partner come and sit with me while I woke up a bit more and ate something. They all commented on how sweet he was because he had been sitting in the waiting room for most of it reading his book. Again, we had the nurses laughing cracking jokes and making the time pass
Because we had about 1 hr 30m drive home (Friday traffic) I asked if I could potentially have an Endone. They said that would be no problem. I think pain level was a 2/10 at the time so this knocked it on the head really quickly.
I have been really good with taking the pain meds every 6 hours and haven't really experienced what I would consider pain just yet. It just feels like I've got a 20kg plate on my chest.
The hardest part for me has been not using my arms to reposition or get myself up. Other than that I haven't found anything too difficult, I can turn on taps, flush the toilet, open the fridge, open sealed water bottles. Tearing things open is a bit tricky but I just do it slowly.
Icing is a life saver! It makes the tightness ease off and feels really good!
I had a bit of a sneaky peek under my shirt and was like... They're not very big ? But I know right now they're sitting high and squished under my pecs, so I need to be patient. Even if they don't end up looking how I wanted them too, anything is better than what I had! I can always go bigger with my next revision which will be after kids (thinking positive here, nothing will go wrong!)
I will put a few pics under this thread so you can see but the after pics are a bit average
    Bralette is pre-op
Black crop and dark photos is post-op
I got up just before to go to the loo and had a look, they look much bigger standing up, they're a funny shape in this bra but I was also mildly tuberous. I didn't have a lift or mastopexy as I wasn't classified as "severe" enough, but I'm aware the next BA may require a lift and/or Mastopexy.
I'll probably just keep updating here. My friend is coming over today to keep my company while my fiancé goes the the 4wd show with a mate haha. Least he won't be here to nah me about ice packs and sitting up straight and slumping my shoulders ? But she's a nurse so I may not get a break lol
    Thanks for reading xx
