Hi girls I'm having mine on the 24th with Dr Sharp in Brisbane. So excited and just a little bit nervous. I've gone from a C to a small B when I lost 18kg, hoping to be a D. I've had my second appointment now and all the big decisions are confirmed so it's all feeling very real! Feeling very happy with all the choices so far, but still getting palpitations every time I think about it. Can't wait!

hahaha seems there's going to be a lot of nurses with lovely big boobies lol. I know quite a few (doing it part time I've met 3cohorts of nurses lol) who have gotten them since graduating.  I've applied for emergency and surgical ward so fingers crossed I get one of those. Eventually I would like to do my midwifery, but want a couple of years break before going back to a student role again. I'm working as an AIN on the casual pool so I can just tell them I'm not available for a couple of weeks.
Mine are also my graduation present :-D I have my next prac in like 2wks in paediatrics and i'm super excited for that one. What area are you in? I'm loving it all and just cant wait to be finished! So much happening for us this year boobs, graduating uni hehehe

i would also think about the possibility of not feeling awesome in the first few weeks.  Some girls are fine and others find they have really irritating nerve pain for up to 6 weeks, sometimes longer.  You can't lift anything over 5 kg for 6 weeks either.  And the first 2 weeks sleeping can be uncomfortable.  Depends what the holiday is and for how long I guess.  If the question is can I fly?  well yes, you can fly almost straight away.

I travelled from Sydney to NZ about 14 days post op. Only issue was with lifting my suitcase so I smiled nicely at a guy to do it for me. If you think about the girls who have their ops in Thailand, they travel home within 2 weeks
