  1. I really want to get mine done too! I'm only 10 1/2 weeks post op, do you think I should wait? I want to get it done before the feeling comes back in my nipples as they are still numb.
  2. I have 500cc XHP, my BWD is 12cm and my implants were 12.3cm. I love my cleavage and the way they are looking so far but I'm only 7 weeks po Feel free to friend request me if you want to see my pics ?
  3. I don't have to wear the post op bra anymore but I am at night, it keeps them nice and supported. I am able to sleep on my side now, but I am hugging a pillow to my chest cause it gives a bit of support. I am finding they are a bit achy in the sports crop during the day at times, I think thats cause they're getting used to the different support (I have no idea but I will go with that). No one at my work knows, I'm only friends with 2 girls on FB so I'm sure they have seen everyone's comments on my boobs and have figured it out, but they haven't said anything yet.
  4. Yes @Geripix that's the one! It felt very comfortable and supportive. I got 2 for $100 on sale but I'm not sure if the sale is still on
  5. I bought some just today, they felt good when I tried them on, so hopefully they will be ok I also went and bought the Lorna Jane "Comfort" crop, which is a high intensity support crop. They are very supportive and hopefully will be good for when I am able to run again. The LJ sales lady had her boobs done and she highly recommended them. I did try on others but I felt there wasn't enough coverage to give really good support, but I was mainly looking for crops to wear for running.
  6. I'm now 4 weeks post op and had a check up with the nurse today. I am so happy that I no longer have to wear the cupless bra and I can now start wearing sports crops or soft cup bras that are supportive! So that also means I can wear singlet tops again! In this QLD heat & humidity I was dying in t-shirts. The nurse was really happy with the progress over the last 2 weeks and I don't go back til March to see my PS. In regards to exercise, I am now allowed to get back to cycling and swimming and walking but she said NO to running for another 4-6 weeks And no gym for another 2 weeks. I can deal with that, I'm just happy to get back to some training. I did a measure last night and they have grown a little since I last measured about 2 weeks ago. I'm 32in band and now 38in around boob, so according to the bra size calculator I'm 10E. I am not even going to bother going to buy bra's or get sized cause I know they still have alot of changing to do. But I am so happy with how they are looking already, they can only get better! On another note, is anyone getting lots of comments yet?? It seems I can't even put up a selfie on FB without everyone commenting on my boobs! hahahaha Hope everyone is recovering well xx
  7. I'm a runner, I have done a marathon, numerous half marathons, 5 & 10Kms. I'm now 4 weeks post op and I am desperate to run again! But at my nurse visit today she said a definite NO to running until 2-3mths post op. I said I'd wait til 2 months and then try. She advised me to listen to my body and if I felt ANYTHING I should stop. Saying that, she's happy for me to start cycling and swimming again (YAY!)
  8. I was pretty high and tight at 2 weeks and that's when I had to wear the strap to help push them down (more so for my right). I took pics everyday for the first 3 weeks, I didn't notice a lot of difference until I wore the strap and that seemed to work pretty quickly. I still had pain with certain movements too, so I think your feelings are all pretty normal. Being back at work would be extra tiring as well as trying to rush around getting Xmas sorted! Take it easy on yourself if you can and just do what you can do (easier said than done!) take care xx
  9. Almost 4 weeks post op ?
  10. Ohhh can't wait to see them!! Rest up and recover well ?
  11. Thanks @Yollie, I made an appt to see the nurse as I could go straight from work today, even though I was feeling much better. It gave me piece of mind for her to check it out. She was really happy with how they have changed after wearing the cupless bra for the week and isn't at all concerned that there was anything wrong. She gave me a script for antibiotics so I can start them straight away if I started feeling unwell and had an infection. I see my PS next week too. So I'm feeling much better to know I haven't done any damage. @dream it - live it how are you feeling? @boobiesforme I am so with you on the letting people help, it's frustrating to sit back and see things that need doing and not being able to just do it, especially when you feel pretty much back to normal. Have you made a decision about going back to work?
  12. It was very tiring! Throughout the day my left started to feel a bit sore and by the end of the day it was swollen! I had to take the strap off to relieve the pressure, it's still feeling swollen but not so sore. I'm a bit worried as I think i also overdid it cleaning out my daughters' bedroom on Sunday as well as being on my feet all day. I've been googling madly to make sure I haven't got a Seroma or something bad has happened. I got hubby to look at them last night and he can't see any very obvious difference in the size so it's not a huge noticeable swelling, but I can feel it. I also wonder if it's cause the feeling is coming back in the left and not so much in the right and that's why they feel different. I'm not wearing the strap today to see if that helps. I'm going to call my PS today to see if I can come in so he can check them. I'm so paranoid about something going wrong. No one at my work knows either, I'm on another 12hr today and then an 8hr tomorrow ?
  13. I had my first day back at work today & I'm 19 days po. I don't think I could have gone back within the week but by 2 weeks I probably could have. After working a 12hr nursing shift today my left boob is swollen and sore. Although I think I did too much cleaning out my daughters room yesterday, combined with being on my feet all day with no rest as I have been used to whilst on leave. You should be ok for only a 4hr admin shift though, just don't lift anything heavy or strain yourself reaching etc good luck ?
  14. It also depends on what size you are starting with? I read somewhere that for each 150cc you go up a cup size. So if your an A then 365 would give you a C/D ..I'm not sure if that's accurate so don't quote me on it.
  15. Sure hun, I'm 167cm 65kg and pre-op I was a very deflated 10A after breastfeeding my 5 babies. You can FR me if you want to see pics in my album ?
