It has been some time between posting now. So Hi.... I just wanted to recap for anyone thinking TT and about the process and healing. Also not all scars are red and huge (This was my main thing that stopped me from having proceedure done years ago. Boy are there some BAD!!! pictures out there) Tummy tucks are not the best idea if you still have more weight to lose. What I mean is its not a quick fix. I had a muscle repair and some skin removed but no new belly button as mine was quite high to start with. I was quite athletic before. So for me personally I needed my muscle use back. T

You will be fine to drive day 8 no problems. I had to sleep upright for 3 weeks. Thats the hardest thing!!! Wish now i had a pool lounge to sleep up right! So @candice_bree how did everything go for you. I hope ur healing well.

Hi @candice_bree welcome. Hi exciting for you. Not long to go. Its so worth it even thou to date i have put on 3kgs! Hopefully I can move it when i get really active again. Like i mentioned i over did it a few weeks ago...i was redecking a pontoon. ...and have been so sore i havnt excercise at all for 2 weeks. I have to fly down for my check up on the 4th july so i hope everything is going ok. Just worried about a lump in the centre that has formed. How are you going @Chan7710 Hope all is good. Im getting excited for you girls x

Im sure Kazza would agree with me but apart from the swelling and the time it takes to get back into normal routines without making swelling worse. I dont regret it at all. It really is worth it in the long run. Also i am so happy with boobs and i think that helps make me feel better over all. I will take some pics maybe tomorrow when the swelling goes down...been over doing it with laboring ?.....even my thighs are swollen and puffy from today. @Miss77 i have to wear fixamal tape on my scars up to week 12!!! I think it must be helping because its looking really flat and not to red. Im j

Well hello Girls hows things.? Yeap @Chan7710 still swollen. I think i feel fatter than before. Only when i wake up its flat so cant complain to surgeon that something is wrong. Just like to let you girls know not to over do it. I am back at gym and doing pump class. However i get really swollen and sore next day!!!! I squat 30 kg during pump squat track but had been easing into it....so i got back to my normal weights on monday and felt ok. So i am at 9 weeks this week. Still No abs training or chest. However i am finding that i weigh more than before. And i think from lack of excercis

Hi yep im still swollen too. But you do know that your tummy lymph glands have been damaged and will take time. I have been drinking heaps of water and high protein diet. Its looking heaps better at 6 wks. Hang in there girl trust the process. I bet you look awsome. X

Hi girls. Thinking of you @Chan7710. Just mend healthy dont do too much. The more you get off meds the better you feel. Just finish your antibiotics then stop. Panadol osteo is great cause you only have it every 8 hrs @Mumof3boys you are going to love tt! But just keep in mind it stays swollen for 6m. So you will still probably have little lump on bottom for a while. Then again you maybe different to me....However from your pic the top part should go totally flat. @Miss77 my ps supplied me with my post op bra and then i got another one from myers. Hi girls @Chan7710 good luck today. You are going to love the end result. Be patient and listen to your body. I didn't stand straight till day 10. Im 4 weeks post op. And feel good. No excercise yet. But in full house mode from week 2.5. Sorry i haven't checked in earlier but i had heaps of work to catch up on. X This is week 4. Still have swelling just above the scar....but not enough to drain.

Oh wow perfect @MILF$. Cant wait for mine to be 4 weeks po! One more week to go. But might take pic tomorrow ?
