  1. I too have had 3 kids and had a small (non existent) a cup. I am hoping for a full B to C cup. I am not great with the terms, but I am sure he went over the muscle. I too had the stress of dying on the table, I did my Will on the Friday before surgery ... just in case. I went to SJOG and could not speak higher of the staff there. I went with the 325 textured, this was the biggest size recommended for me, I found Jo amazing with recommending sizes. I also tried the 295 but couldn't really tell the difference, so she recommended the bigger size as she said, if anything disappointment in size afterwards - it is that they didn't go big enough. I have found this week to be hard, but not pain wise. The pain is mild and very controllable, not anyway near what I expected. I have suffered more emotionally, I find it hard to sit and relax while others do thing for me. I have also found my daughter has found it difficult to see me out of action even though we spoke to her about the surgery
