Looking for other that need cosmetics done and want to travel in a group for support. Going when covid is more under control.

I know the Au dollar will go far in South America and Thailand has some great surgeons and prices. Those both places are kind of unstable at the moment I heard South Korea has come along way with all types of cosmetics and even Spain where all the Europeans travel to get work done. Anyone here that can contribute here that's been overseas and had any work done.
