    Hey,
Just thought I'd provide an update of my boobs 1 year post op. I had 375 , HP textured mentors placed by Dr.Boonchai. They have settled in well. No big issues. I had really sensitive nipples before undergoing surgery and now they are even MORE sensitive. This hasn't stopped.  They bounce around a bit now and they are soft. I will upload some pictures after writing this. Scars are not an issue  ( you never see them). My scars are under the breasts. I started with a gap between my breasts, about 2 fingers apart. Thats the same. I wish there wasn't a gap but I can wear a bra to push them together. Even sports bras with no underwire push them together which is good. Overall, happy with them. I think it was worth it and when I update them I may even try a slightly bigger implant. However, the 375 are a big and a good size for me.
If you have any questions about my surgery or experience overseas, let me know. I get an email when there is a message in the inbox and if it wasn't for the info on this forum I probably wouldnt have gone. There are some pics of my 2 week post op and 1 day post opp up on here if you want to check them out as well.

Its strange that you are in so much pain... are you taking strong pain killers and do you have sleeping pills? Try and move around when you can to reduce the swelling, circulate your body. It helps you feel better and recover.
    - I went to Myer to buy my first lot of bras. I got Benden and Burlei under-wire free. They are so comfy. I then brought a Maternity Sports bra at Target which is good for light exercise and will hold then down when running ( when you and I are able to do that lol). Yesterday I went to Kmart and brought a black under-wire free bra and its really low cut so you can wear it with low cut singlet tops but still have fantastic support for your new girls.
Bikinis that twist in the middle with straps at the middle that you tie up seem to look good on new boobs ! I am currently 4 weeks post op but I could use them on the first few days after my BA. The triangle tops didnt look so good in the first few weeks because they are so high and hard
You can check out my pics to see what the twist bikini looks like on High profile rounds at 375cc at 2 weeks post op

I had dr B on the 5th aug. My recommendation sounds similar to yours except I havnt had children. He's good at what he does but very straight forward and serious. He also told me he would try make my gap smaller and one of my nipples is centre the other points out a.little not noticable tho so nothing I can do about that. Iv felt great the moment I woke up from sugary.  Never once felt that they felt weird and any kind of pain I had felt before. From day one they have felt apart of me. I got 400cc mod plus under the muscle. And I no this will sound yuck but not at all do.I feel like I've been cut open lol

Hi Pagey. Not really sure about the blood on your scars but maybe they are having difficulty closing up but the body heals so well naturally. Ive seen some pretty messed up wounds at great distances ( like 10cm of flesh to heal the gap over) and they still heal up!! As long as they are not infected. Anyway, give your surgeons reception a ring and they will probably be able to tell you over the phone if thats normal or not, and if not your surgeon will know

In terms of that feeling.  Try to relax. At the end of the day, you can get them removed if you feel like you have made a big mistake. But as they are in you cant do much about it while your healing so try to let the process happen with the knowledge that you can reverse it if you still have this feeling later on. Did you have concerns before you went into surgery that you were not sure that it was for you or guilt or shame? Anyway. either way, you will be Ok. The pain does go away and you become less conscious of them being there after a few weeks. Its hard because at the start you are nervous about surgery, then you have it done and youre stuck with these sore foreign objects in your body... that restrict your movement and cause you pain and to change your lifestyle in the interim while you heal. You can almost forget at that point why you wanted them because you cant enjoy them and they are more of a problem to you than a benefit. But after a few weeks they ease into your body and you can enjoy them for what you wanted in the first place .
