  1. Hi Ladies Looking for anyone having surgery Oct or November? Any ladies with similar stats- 170cm 59kg deflated B cup. Trying to decide between 300 or 325's . I know theres not much difference really but because I run alot im thinking 300's. But will that give me a decent bust? I dont want huge id just love to fill a decent c or d cup 🤔 Worried 325 might start to get too big when running/exercising. Anyone with similar stats willing to show me before and after.pic PLEASE 😊😊😊I have to decide pretty soon! Pic attached of my sad pre surgery boobies. Done their job feeding 4 bubbas...my turn now 😊
  2. Hi All, Ive booked surgery for a little under 2 weeks! I have been tossing up between the 325cc or 350cc Moderate Plus Profile Silicone Unders. I am a small B cup now and am hoping for a full C. I know we shouldn't talk in cup sizes but I am a little afraid of going too big or too small! I cant not imagine having D cup boobs on my frame! I am 173cm and approx 55kg. I've tried on the sizers at my PS office twice and have gone with the 325 both times and I've made rice sizers and like the look of the 325 (the 350 looks BIG - maybe too big) but I am so confused after reading and researching so much! Do you really loose size going under the muscle? My PS said no... He said the 350 will probably take me to a D but after reading so much on here there are so many varying results (which i know is due to everyone's starting breast being unique) Has anyone with similar stats had the 350 and thought it was too big? I am not really interested in a 'fake look' and I do feel that I will notice a good improvement with the 325 but i dont want to wake up and have 'boob greed' after spending all this money! Thanks everyone xx
  3. Hi, I have been doing a lot of reading of the other questions and info on this forum, thank you by the way, it has really helped in my decision. I'm 165cm 48kgs a size 10b but don't fill the cup. A cups are too narrow for my chest. I had my appointment with my surgeon and I have selected moderate plus 325cc. Just wondering the results (approx size etc) of others who have similar implants and body size.
  4. Unsure about sizing, I have been to my consult and the surgeon suggested 295cc high profile allergen (teardrop) he then asked what I thought of that for a natural look and I said I think I would like to see something bigger so he showed me 325cc. Which looks really nice on vectra imaging. I really want a natural look in proportion to my body so I'm 173cm tall and 53kgs with wider hips. Just looking for an opinion as some peoples 325cc look huge but 295cc looks tiny on some!!
  5. Well I am day1 post op and feeling ok. My surgery went really smoothly. I went in to theatre talked some mumbo jumbo whilst they put me to sleep next thing I was awake in another room chatting with the nurses.... of course first move was to check out my new additions. yep they were there! I felt pretty groggy, they gave me a couple of pills (pain relief I think) but they made me nauseas straight away so I had an injection to take care of that... it didn't work so they gave me another. I got my colour back apparently and felt well enough to have a cup of tea. hubby came to pick me up an hour later and that was it. that night I slept on and off not in much pain at all. Today not as sore as I had expected, actually not at all what I had expected. After reading and reading and reading so many blogs and forums of different BA experiences I think I was totally overwhelmed and was really anxious and scared leading up to my surgery. I am no where near in as much pain as I was expecting (keeping in mind it has been just over 24hours so the worst may still come) I have been using the rapid recovery method stretching every 2 hours and taking Panadol. I took codine last night and will take two more tonight before bed. Ive been drinking plenty of fluids, moving around and eating normally. I have spent a fair bit of time on the couch and had little snoozes throughout the day but all in all its ok. My main thing I would like to share for those of you leading up to your surgery is don't stress. everyone is different and your experience will be your own experience so don't get too bogged down reading all of these forums and opinions. Relax and embrace it. make the most of having some quiet days after your op and enjoy your new boobies!!
  6. I had a dual breast augmentation and rhinoplasty on 31 July 2015. I'm 33, no children or plans, athletic build. I never had a visit from the breast fairy during puberty, the biggest I got was a 12A as a slightly chubby 17 year old! Doing a lot of strength training and running saw me shrink down to a 12AA so I was living in sports bras! It didn't worry me too much until I hit my late 20s when I started to get frustrated about not being able to fit dresses properly with my muscular back not matching my front! I had a septoplasty and repair of a septal perforation from terrible allergies in 2010. While this solved that problem, my nose then lacked support and I ended up with a pronounced bump so I hated my profile. I started investigating surgeons in February this year and I wasn't 100% sold until I saw the first surgeon who did Vectra scanning and I realised how truly flat I really was! I saw 3 surgeons and decided on the 3rd who was lovely, had an amazing bedside manner and was able to figure out exactly what I wanted. I scheduled my surgery based on being able to have 4 weeks off work as I'm a nurse and my work is very physical. In retrospect, I had far too many months to wait and became a bit obsessed with sizing etc. I knew I wanted to be roughly a 12C but the largest my surgeon could fit in my narrow BW was 270cc HP anatomicals. The more I looked at photos I realised I didn't actually like the look of some anatomicals and wanted more upper pole fullness so 10 days out from surgery I changed to 325cc HP textured rounds dual plane position. My surgeon would also be taking some rib cartilage to rebuild my nose. Surgery was roughly 5 hours and uneventful. I spent one night in hospital and went home around midday the next day. I was quite sore, particularly where I had two drains removed and my bra was ridiculously tight. First post op night I realised I wasn't going to be able to sleep in bed so my husband rearranged the lounge room for me to sleep sitting on the couch with my feet propped up on a chair. I took Endone, a Nurofen and Panadol every 4-6 hours. First night I woke up around 3am in so much pain and literally couldn't sit up to reach for more painkillers. I literally tried for about 15mins before I gave up in frustration and had to yell to wake my husband up (who sleeps with ear plugs so that was quite an effort). I managed to sleep in bed from the 4th night on, propped up on a pillow, a boomerang pillow and one under my knees. It's only today, Day 15 that I realised I can get out of bed quite easily. I had to keep my bra on, no showering at all for six days then I returned to my surgeon for removal of the sutures under my nose. My face looked like I'd been punched as my nose was fractured. Even my eyelids were purple and I had a splint and tape over my face and nose. I got got the splint off my nose Day 13 and I don't know if I was more excited to see my nose or wash my face. Being winter, skin was literally peeling off my face as I couldn't wash it at all! I've never felt so gross in my life! Two weeks on, I'm really happy with the results. My breasts are still sitting very high. I had very strong pectoral muscles so it's going to take awhile for them to drop. I don't love them naked but they look good in a bra! I've tried a few bras in a 34C but I have a feeling I might come in at a 34D when all is settled. My face and nose are still very swollen and I'm terrified of banging my new nose on something! I haven't taken before and afters of my nose as the swelling will take awhile to subside to get a full idea of the final result.
  7. Just wondering if anyone has had there surgery with dr lim and went the same size or similar? Looking for an extremely natural result and was recommended 325 round high profile under the muscle. Currently a size B. Wanting 1-2 cup enhancement.
  8. Hey! Im tossing up between 325 cc high profile mentor implants and 300 cc Moderate + profile mentor implants. Would any girls be willing to post up some snap shots of there either high profile or moderate / moderate + after photos? Preferably in the 300's cc range so I can get the best idea. I would also like opinions on why you chose high profile / moderate and any comments on the profile of implants you guys may have. xo
  9. Deeds been done I am now booked for October 7th 2015. Im super scared but really excited too! I feel when looking at fake boobs I only really like 1 out of 5 sets. I am after an extremely natural appearance and tossing up currently between 325 cc High Profile mentors, and 300 cc moderate + mentors. I will be bringing this up with my surgeon on my second sizing date. I am also getting my navel piercing stitched up due to scarring. - BEFORE would love to hear from anyone with similar stats and sizes. OR anyone using Jake Lim in castle hill/ parra. What I would LOVE to achieve.
  10. Hey! Im tossing up between 325 cc high profile mentor implants and 300 cc Moderate + profile mentor implants. Would any girls be willing to post up some snap shots of there either high profile or moderate / moderate + after photos? Preferably in the 300's cc range so I can get the best idea. I would also like opinions on why you chose high profile / moderate and any comments on the profile of implants you guys may have. xo
  11. I am currently a 10B, see before photos. I have been recommended a high profile 325 cc mentor implant. (Width 11.5 proj 4.8) my bwd is about 11.4 roughly. I would like to go up 1 to 1.5 bra size at the absolute most as I'm very active and a dancer. I also want the most natural result as I don't plan on telling family members. I do already have some breast tissue so my surgeon said I wouldn't need anatomical to be natural. Can I achieve natural with high profile round implants? The photo is before and what I'd like to achieve after. I really don't want the fake look what so ever. Anyone use these implants ?
  12. Hey, im new here!, i am 18 years old and getting a breast augmentation early august i am going to Phuket in early august with my boyfriend, and i am trying to get Dr Boonchai as i ave heard such good things about him, i am 168cms, 50kgs and hoping for 300-325ccs, moderate plus, and probably under the muscle. if any there girls are getting there boobs in late july- august let me know it would be great if we could compare stories closer to the date, also if anybody has had theirs done at PIAC it would be great to hear from you too Also any suggestions on what to bring, good scar products, anything i need to do before i go, thank you
  13. Wow - 12 weeks has flown past. Dr Boonchai absolutely NAILED my dream boobs and created exactly what I was looking for, and I am SO happy with the results. For someone who had no breasts whatsoever and felt like a 35 yo woman trapped in the body of a pre-pubescent boy, I could not ask for more. I couldn't go any bigger due to lack of breast tissue, but they look 'natural', and fit my body size. I still have a bit of numbness to the back of my upper left arm, and still feel pretty weak in the chest & arms - there's still no way I could do a push-up yet (I tried again this morning), but started arm/chest exercises at the gym at about 8 weeks, so can feel my strength coming back. I'd rather take it slow and steady than push it and have something go wrong. Have been wearing crops during the days under work clothes - gives a nice shape, and hides them a bit. Have tried a few bras, but they don't feel as comfortable. Still haven't yet been properly sized - waiting for things to calm down, but I think I'm pretty much there. A big change happened at 10 weeks - boobs softened and D&F seemed to happen overnight. I can fit into 10DD, 12C or 12D bras, depending on the store, type, brand etc. Had my first day out wearing a low, fitted top with no bra the other day - met my friend for coffee and she said they looked awesome and 'natural' which is exactly what I wanted. Feels a bit weird having them on show and everyone looking - (guys and girls - girls actually look a lot more than guys!), but it's a good thing to have to get used to I guess I'm still wearing a crop to bed most nights (so comfy!!) but have noticed that the nights I sleep without a crop (maybe every 3rd night), they feel/look bigger in the mornings. I don't know whether we should be sleeping in a crop or not post BA? As I'm a tummy sleeper, I now sleep with either an arm across my body/under my ribs, or lie my arm out towards the wall and lean on that, hugging a pillow. It feels a bit weird on the bottom of the boob otherwise - feels like it is pulling the skin. Since I came back from Phuket (we went for a month), everyone has said I'm 'glowing'. I like to think this is from finally being able to relax after an absolute shocker of a year, but I really think it is because my self esteem has risen to where it should be, and I now feel so happy and confident. My posture has improved, and I think people can really tell when someone is genuinely happy. Also, the few people I've told, have all said "Good on you". I'm really surprised at this, as I was expecting people to judge me for wanting bigger boobs, but everyone has been so wonderful and supportive. Sorry for the long post, but I thought I would put down all the little details, as the girls on here have helped me greatly in my journey, and if I can help anyone else with theirs, I'd be gladly returning the favour. Feel free to send a FR to look at the album.
  14. Hi Everyone, I'm sorry for dropping off the face of the earth for a while there but when I got home from Thailand, I had my Mum up from interstate. She had been house/dog sitting (her Grandson lol) and she got on a plane home this morning so now I have the opportunity to update you on my experience :-) I have wanted to get boobs since back in school when the other girls got them and I never did. I have been with my fiance for nearly 10 years and he has always been supportive of my decision, although he has always said he would love me either way. A girl at his work got her boobs done in Thailand about a year ago and my fiance came home and told me about it and I started looking into the option. It suddenly seemed so much more possible and less of a ''one day...'' thing. I watched Shaaanxo's boob job vlogs on YouTube and from that point on, I knew it was what I wanted to do. Jump forward to I think July this year, when my fiance and I agreed we would go over in September. He booked in for a hair transplant to fix his hairline and I booked into PIAC to get a BA with Dr Boonchai. I actually sent in my photos and did the online consultation quite a few months earlier and had been sent a recommendation for round, under the muscle, 250cc-350cc, and possibly different sizes to even out the size of my boobs. I had tried rice sizers and had pretty much decided I wanted 350cc. I haven't told anyone that I was getting the surgery done, and I figure if people notice and I ask, I'll tell them (and maybe a select few close friends). I booked our flights (Jetstar) and accommodation (BYD Lofts in Patong Beach) and we stayed for 9 nights. The accommodation was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. I had no trouble with sleeping until returning home! Our flight to Thailand got delayed which was very stressful and I had to reschedule my surgery to a day later than planned. I dealt with Mel and Katrina at PIAC and they were both very helpful and quick to respond to my queries. I had no trouble rescheduling and they got back to me really quickly which was a huge relief. I was absolutely terrified for the 2 days prior to surgery. Before that, I had nerves on and off but mostly excitement. On surgery day however, I was still a little nervous but in a much better place than I had been! PIAC picked us up in a car on the morning of surgery at 8.00am and then I had to fill in some admission paperwork in the main part of the hospital. I was then led to the PIAC office (with a porter carrying my bag) and had a short wait before my consultation. In that time, my height, weight and blood pressure was taken. In my consultation Dr Boonchai was quite serious and straight to the point. He seemed a tad disinterested when doing his spiel about the types of implants, the risks etc, I guess because he has to do it so often. I had done a lot of research so there wasn’t really much I didn’t already know and I didn’t have any questions for him. We then moved rooms and he had a look, measured breast tissue etc and then I was given a bra and plain tight fitting white t-shirt to put on. I was then given sizers to try. We started at 300cc and worked our way up. I liked 325 and 350 but couldn’t tell too much of a difference, however Dr Boonchai said that I would be able to see and feel the edge of the implant with the 350 because of my body size so I chose 325. We also tried HP or Mod + and I much preferred the Mod + shape. It made my body look in proportion where the HP looked too narrow on my chest. After my consult, I was taken to have a blood test and a chest x-ray, both of which were very quick and easy. I was then taken to my room (with my fiance, he came along through the whole thing) and told surgery would be at 10.45am (at this point it was around 9.45 I think). Some nurses came in to change me into the sarong type clothing they use and set me up with the drip. I was wheeled out to the operating room at about 10.30. I found the scariest part was being wheeled to the operating room and lying in there while around 6 people were moving around, setting things up and chatting in Thai. The anaesthetist came in and said hello to me and started getting ready. I could hear my heart on the monitor going a million miles an hour and he told me to try and relax and everything would be fine. It seemed like it took a while to fall asleep and then I woke up drifting in and out in recovery. I have no idea how long I was in there and didn’t feel any pain at the time. I was taken back to the room and moved back into my bed, but I barely remember it, so not sure if it hurt. My fiance spent the day giving me sips of my drink (I was sooooo thirsty) and food as it was brought in to me. We watched a movie later on and the nurses kept bringing me drugs and checking my blood pressure now and then. I tried to get up and go to the toilet at one point and it hurt so badly that I felt dizzy, so the nurse got me to lay back down and got me a bad pan. You’d think it would be incredibly embarrassing but I was just glad I didn’t have to get up. During the night I managed to go on my own. I was fitted with a post op bra and checked out at 11am the next day. I had 3 days where I was out of action and day 4 was when we started venturing out into the streets of Thailand. I would get sore so we would go out for a couple of hours, come back to the room for a couple of hours and then go back out for dinner. I did quite a lot of walking around and I think this helped me to recover pretty quickly. I had my post op appointment on The Sunday just under a week post op. Dr Boonchai unexpectedly wasn’t available so I saw Dr Narupon. My stiches were removed and that didn’t hurt at all. Dr Narupon said everything was looking good and told me to remove the dressings in 3 days and start massaging in a week. He also said to wear the post op bra until I am one month post op. I am now 2 weeks post op and doing well. My left boob is sorer than my right, but neither is too bad. I have been able to drive and do most things I normally do at home. I am feeling like I could have gone bigger at the moment, but I then remind myself that they will look bigger once I drop and fluff. I am in a 10C post op bra so hopefully I should end up with my goal of being a D/DD in the end. Back to work Monday which sucks but oh well! I hate post-holiday blues. Sorry this has turned into a thesis lol. If you have any questions, let me know J Also, I have been so slack and not taken photos. I asked PIAC and they are going to email me my before and after shots and then I will start uploading some further updated pics from there.
  15. Hi Ladies, So I have my BA booked for the 14th Dec and I'm so excited! The only thing I'm worried about is what size to go! I'm a tiny size 6 and my ps have suggested a 325cc on my right 350cc on the left under the muscle! I don't know if I should stick to the 325cc on the right thought because I'm going under I have heard you lose a bit of the size but then because I'm so small I don't want to look HUGE and ridiculous! Any help or advice would be much appreciated!
