  1. Hello everyone, I'm scheduled to have my breast implants removed. We decided to get a lift at the same time as explant but unfortunately due to my partner being off work for his own surgery, we can't get finance for the amount needed to explant and lift. At the time of I consulted with a surgeon I was breastfeeding and the second time I was almost finished weaning. So since stopping and having my milk dry up, my breasts have changed again! I just wanted some opinions on whether or not I could get away without lifting? Will they look ok without it? I was a B cup before implants and a DD now with silicone subglandular implants. I'm worried about significant sagging and loose skin especially after having and feeding 3 children since getting the implants. I don't want to have to cancel the date because of painful contracture, these things need to come out.. but I don't want to go ahead and explant only if I'll need to pay and go under for surgery again to lift if I end up looking a mess. Anyway, I would appreciate some input. Thank you!
  2. 4 days post op and my boobs look really weird!! Very square up top and small at the bottom. Nipples pointing down which they never did pre implant. is this normal and just to do with swelling??
  3. I'll be getting my implants in December this year with doctor fleming!! 375cc, tear drop, dual plane, Brazilian Really excited! Has anyone else had anything like this or looking at this size and shape? I'm currently a full B cup and looking for around DD result. Any advice is appreciated in regards to recovery and experience Thanks xx
  4. Hi everyone, I recently settled on two surgeons and have had two very different consults which have left me quite confused. Would love to hear some thoughts and opinions. I am tall (180cm or 5’10) - late 20’s, A cup. I have a particularly long torso, a lot of my height comes from my torso (some tall girls have short or average sized torsos but really long legs). I have quite broad shoulders, I have hips but a narrow waist. I’m roughly size 8 or 6 up top and a 10 on the bottom, so a big part of the surgery is getting more proportion and balance between the two halves of my bod. My upper bod is very skinny, muscular and athletic looking. The bones in the centre of my chest are somewhat visible and I never really add weight to my upper bod. I’m also quite active and do a lot of swimming. Both surgeons have commented on my ‘swimmer's physique’. My BWD is around 12.5 I believe. My goal is to have a decent size but to remain natural looking - I’d like to end up somewhere in the full C, or D range, so long as it doesn't end up looking too ‘enhanced’ on my skinny frame. I just don't think that look will suit my body. The first surgeon recommended a 485cc high profile tall height implant as well as a 445cc tall height moderate plus profile implant (both tear drops). He said he would take both into surgery and determine which fitted and looked best. He said both of those sizes would definitely put me in the D range, noting my height and relative broad chest/shoulders. He explained that the ‘problem area’ for me was the gap between my collarbone and breast (that long torso). He said the tall height implant would be required to help fill this gap with a nice gradual slope, explaining that the tall height implant would better fill the vertical gap in the same way that women who have a wide gap between their breasts require wider implants to better fill that particular space. I don’t want a super skinny chest and then a big boob suddenly sticking out. So this all made a lot of sense to me, although I was a little doubtful about achieving the natural looking result I’m hoping for with a 485cc high profile, but I was assured that the 485 HP would still look natural, and there was also the option of the mod profile in surgery if the HP didn't look right to him. The second surgeon gave me options of 295cc, 330cc and 375cc, all of them being moderate plus profile medium height tear drops. He explained that because I am so skinny in the centre of my chest, where my skin is quite tight, there is a risk of the implant looking more unnaturally visible there (taking off too suddenly, making the breasts look obviously “done”). Therefore, he recommends a “dropped height” implant to avoid the risk of the top of the implant showing too much at the top part of my chest. He will pack as much muscle as possible over the tops and inner sides of the implant to make them look as natural as possible on my skinny chest, but surgeons never know exactly how much muscle they have to work with until they get to surgery, therefore, he would take in the three sizes mentioned above. So, I have two surgeons providing completely different recommendations, and who identified two different problems and approaches to surgery, but I suppose this is somewhat common with the procedure given that every surgeon has their own style and preferences. One says I should go more CC and tall height because of the vertical gap and to balance my body better. The other says I should go medium height and smaller CC because of my skinny chest and tight skin, placing emphasis on lower fullness and width to provide balance. One says I can pull off 485cc HP and still look natural, the other says 375cc MP and above will be pushing me more into the ‘enhanced’ type of look. This has left me really confused about which way to go. I’m worried about looking too unnatural at the implant ‘take off’ points in the centre and top of my chest, but also worried about going too small! I understand surgeons have different techniques to get particular looks. Both of these surgeons have great reviews and I like the look of their work respectively. After looking at seemingly thousands of pictures online and reviews from various sites, it seems that girls of my height aiming for a D rarely get less than 400cc. Because of this, the suggested sizes of 295cc and 330cc sound as though they would be really small for what I’m hoping for, even though the surgeon who suggested them informed me that the 295cc would put me into a full C, and the 375cc into a full D! This seems at odds with a lot of results I’ve seen online and also to a degree with the other surgeon’s sizing. However, I totally respect both of their opinions and because of their reputations totally believe they know what they are talking about! Could a 375cc mod profile tear drop really put a girl with my my height, broad shoulders and chest, starting at an A, into a full D cup? Will it be big enough for my frame? Does 485cc HP sound a bit too big? Does the logic behind the taller, bigger implant, make more sense, considering my long body, height, broad shoulders etc? I’ve checked the dimensions of all implants and interestingly the difference between the 375cc medium height MP and the 440cc tall height MP seems to be all in the height of the implant, the width and projection are only .5 different. I think I would rather go slightly more into the enhanced look range than come out the other side too small. I’m just finding it difficult to decide either way. I’m confused as to just how significant the change between a tall height or a medium height implant will be on my body. I’d love to hear anyone’s thoughts or suggestions about all of that, and what they might do, as well as anyone's experiences with sizes, implant heights etc. I’d love to hear from any tall, thin girls who went somewhere within the range of CC’s I am being suggested and see how they turned out size wise.
  5. Hi, I am new to this forum.... I've been reading this forum so much during the past few days and I was hoping there were other women with similar stats and similar size issues as me out there! I'm 162cm and 58 kg. I used to be a fairly decent 12b, but having breast fed 4 babies over the past 8 years, I am now a deflated 12a/b! I have been recommended the anatomical mentor 330cc implants unders, but am having doubts once I read you can "lose" cc's once the implant is placed under the muscle. My next size up option is 375cc, but I am concerned it's too big. I know everyone says go bigger, but I'm still not sure.... Surgeon will have both sizes available on the day so I can decide at the last minute ha ha. I have fried my brain looking at 100's of pics online and I'm more confused now as all sizes look so different on different women.... Anyone else having surgery in the next week or so? Thanks ladies for offering so much info and advice on here-it's helped me a lot!
  6. Hi every one so it's official my surgical fee. Implant costs and hospital free are all paid for!!! I have booked in for the 30th of October (2014) with dr Darren Molony through Adelaide plastic associates! My stats are 163cm tall, 64kg and currently a 12B. I'm having high profile 375cc silicone textured round implants under the muscle! I'm so freaking excited I'm hoping to post before and after pictures to show the results and help any other ladies out there with similar stats to me dr Darren Molony was very understanding, honest and patient with me, so ATM the idea of the surgery doesn't bother me at all because I feel I'm in safe hands Any advice for a new BA girl through her recovery such as what I should but before hand and how I should cope with the pain?????
  7. Hi all, I can't decide what size I want ... I am a small B and I want a D! When I try the implants I'm thinking 350cc but everyone says go up a size because ull be disappointed, so 375cc.. But I'm scared they won't look nice if they are too big... I'm 165cm and 50kgs! Arrghh this is so hard !!
  8. Hi girls, I am fairly new on here and go in for surgery next week! Would love to hear any feedback from girls who have got 350cc implants? Are they just right? Anyone wish they had gone that little bit bigger? I am 167cm tall and 54.5kg, going for Mentor High Profile, under the muscle, 350cc implants or possibly the 375cc! xx
  9. Hi girls, Just wondering if anyone has been in the same shoes with selecting a size between 350cc and 375cc, I know the difference is so minimal but scared that going 375cc will make me wish I had gone smaller and 350cc make me wish I had gone that little bit bigger!! Think I am more scared of being too big!! I am currently around a B cup but don't fill out the cup! I am getting Mentor silicone high profile under the muscle. If anyone could provide experience or info would be greatly appreciated!! Doing my head in!!
  10. Hi girls, I just had my pre op consultation, and we finally decided on a size! At my initial consult, I tried on 310 and 345 cc but was not really that sold with either of them, and having a month between that consult and today made me want to go around 360ish. So today, when Dr M had looked over my measurements and the implant sizes suitable for my boobies he told me that I had the choice of 330 or 375 cc moderate plus. I was stoked! I tried them on, and the 375 cc looked perfect! I was certain they were the right ones! With subfascial placement, I won't be losing any volume and he said I should get a good amount of cleavage and side boob with that size. Yipeeee! I don't have much in the way of hips, so I was definitely wanting side boob to give me a nice set of feminine curves As as for correcting my mildly tuberous rightie, and the nipple puffiness. He is not certain whether or not I will need a periareolar lift. It'll be something that he decides on during surgery after he puts in the implants and sees how they fit. If the implant accentuates the puffiness he will need to do the lift, but if it looks ok he won't have to touch it. I also paid for my surgery today. And I was given an information pack for me to take home and read: with hospital info, medications and supplements to discontinue before surgery, general pre and post-op instructions, and post-op instructions for a BA. I feel super-duper informed now! How am I feeling? Super confident that I've made the right decision, super happy that I've chosen the right PS, and super excited that my DD-Day will be here before I know it!! My partner is also super excited lol, he is making a cup with his hand just above my boobs saying "they'll be out here, and be a nice handful!". He was asking more questions than me today! (Including the ones that I forgot with all the excitement. I love you Hun, thanks for being my auxiliary brain) I'll be dreaming of boobies tonight! pumpkin. 11. Ahh, the day has finally come. I'm currently sitting in my upgraded (for free!) hospital room in a sexy robe and slippers switching between my laptop and watching the big flat screen tv mounted on the wall in front of me! This room is like an apartment!! Im due to go in at 3:30 this afternoon but am still mulling between two sizes so he has reserved them both. I dont want them to be too epic but as I am going under the muscle I want to accommodate for swelling to go down and general decrease in size due to being under the muscle etc and I dont want to get boobie greed.. so I am getting round, textured, dual plane with inframammary incisions.. the recommended sizes were 375 or 400cc.. Has anybody else with similar stats to me been recommended this amount? Ive never been put under anaesthetic before and keep hysterically laughing to myself because i cant comprehend being put to sleep and then waking up X amount of time later haha. its such a weird thought!! feeling relatively calm though, a lot calmer than I had anticipated. I shall keep you girls posted gah! x
