  1. Hey everyone, I just booked in this week for a BA in mid December this year. This is something I have been wanting to do for 12 years since I was 13 years old, when I hit puberty and realised only one of my boobs was growing!! My left boob is a full C/ small D, while my right is only an A at best. I am so so excited and impatient to finally make this happen, looking forward to finally being able to feel feminine and wear any clothes I want instead of being self conscious and covering up all the time. Also super excited to finally be able to wear a bra that actually fits both of my boobs!! I'm looking to get about 400cc in the right and about 180cc in the left, to bring them to be the same size with a bit of an added boost I am just wondering if there is anyone else on this forum who has had a similar experience with using different implant sizes for asymmetry? I have searched far and wide for people in a similar position to me, would love to hear from anyone who can relate! Or any general tips leading up to surgery from anyone who went to a similar size would be much appreciated
  2. Hello Ladies! I am off to get my surgery in under two weeks and I am struggling to decide on implant size. I would like to be a full C small D but still look natural. I am 50kg 163cms tall petite with a small frame and waist. I am a 10A at the moment. My breast are okay in shape but small. If anyone has any advice or picture that would be amazing and I am so unsure!! xx
  3. Helloooooooooo!!! on 21st September this year 2016 I finally had a breast enlargement! I was a 34A apparently - I never measured myself as I was too embarrassed to get measured at the shop!!! i had 400cc Mentor High Profile round - textured, in pretty sure that they were 13cmin diameter. Im 2 months gone now I can't believe it, my boobs feel squishy sometimes but some of the times I feel like they are hard rocks again. I'll update my pictures in a moment to share my journey
  4. Hi ladies, ive had my 3D Vectra pics and 2nd consultation with my surgeon and we both agreed to 400cc. what am amazing machine that takes pics of your chest and dr selects the cc size for u to actually see what u will look like and gives u an overall idea of what u will look like pre-surgery. im pretty petite 43yrs 163cm 58kg, Ive had 2 babies and I'm flat like an ironing board lol and hate wearing padded underwire bras!!! at first we spoke about 375cc and there isn't much difference to it to 400cc and from what I've researched everywhere everyone wished that they went bigger!!! So we both decided to go with 400cc. my op will be 24th Aug16, I'm starting to get nervous and can't believe I'm actually doing this. my friend and sister-Inlaw got them done last year and they both look amazing and that's what got me really thinking and was 100% interested in getting implants. I've always wanted them but was too scared to go under the knife. Any tips and advise I should know ?
  5. Feeling like I can finally pay it forward and post my surgery experience, so here goes! Firstly thank you to those of you who shared their advice and knowledge with me during my research phase, really appreciated it. I've ALWAYS wanted to get my boobs done but so many other things took priority (wedding, first home, new car, holidays etc) that it just felt like it was never going to happen. Then this year, I just woke up and was like, I'm getting my boobs done. I was initially making the decision based on price so was looking into getting it done in Thailand, then weighed all the pros and cons up and after reading a few hairy experiences of girls having their surgery cancelled or the surgeon not being flexible on size - it changed my mind. I started researching Sydney surgeons and it took me a few weeks to decide whom I would go with. I ended up booking a consult with Dr Miroshnik for the end of June, I loved his website, his Facebook page is amazing and I'm a total YouTube junkie and there were even a few vids up there, so I felt completely comfortable in my choice. He and his staff were so lovely. I didn't take any pictures in with me to the consult and he listened and was able to understand exactly what look I wanted. He did all the sizing with me (I expected this to be done by one of his team members/nurses, so was really pleased about that!) and he recommended either Mentor HP Siltex 375 or 400cc which he said would take me to a DD. He gave me some information and encouraged me to do my own research. The whole experience just confirmed that he was the right surgeon for me and I called the next day to pay the confirmation fee and my lock in my surgery date for August 6th! I decided on the 400s. DAY OF SURGERY Had no issues getting to sleep. Woke up at 5:30am so I could squeeze in a feed before I had to fast from 6:30am. The only thing that scared me about the surgery was fasting - I hate the feeling of being thirsty. In fact, I could hear nails down a chalk board all day but if you want to torture me, don't water me! So I struggled a little bit as I kept heading to the kitchen but realised I wasn't allowed anything! Ended up putting a face mask on and tried to relax as much as possible. Was due at the hospital at 12. Got there, robed up, nurse took my blood pressure (118/58) and waited in my little room. The wait was longer than I expected, tried to keep off my phone as I looked at Instagram once and all those food pics made my mouth water and my tummy grumble! Was eventually marched off to the operating room where it was freezing, laid on the table, looked at the clock, time was 3:05pm, nurse had my right arm taking my blood pressure again and the anesthetist, Dr Da Silva had my left arm, in less then a few seconds I could taste metal in my mouth and I was out! Woke up in recovery, my eyes couldn't focus at all - was trying to read all the signs around me but couldn't! Asked the nurse the time: 5:15pm. Asked for some water, and skulled two bottles of 320ml - but still wanted MORE. Lifted up the blankets and looked down, WOW - I've got mounds! Had a huge goofy smile on my face. The nurses let me be whilst I slowly came too. They called my husband to come and collect me and lucky he was already on his way. Nurses helped me dress, it was then that I realised how shakey I was. My teeth were even chattering! They took me to a recliner where they covered me with warm blankets and fixed me a nice hot cuppa and some biscuits. My hubby then walked in with the biggest bunch of flowers I've ever seen! His face was full of concern, he said he'd never seen me look so vulnerable. I was actually green in the face! Dr Miroshnik came down to see me and said things went well and he ended up doing a left nipple crescent lift as I had nipple asymmetry which would have been exaggerated with the implants so I'm very happy he did this at the time. Ride home was a breeze, back to my normal self, changing the station and turning the music up. I wanted to sleep in the lounge so hubby had fixed the couch up and made me a great pillow fort. Needed help taking my pants off and on to go to the loo. I was absolutely ravenous and hubby had made homemade burgers which I completely devoured! Dessert was a huge bowl of fruit salad. Iced my boobs for most of the evening. Sleep evaded me, couldn't cope being almost upright, all I wanted to do was curl into a ball on my tummy. Got up at 1am and had two Paramax and eventually fell asleep with 2 fresh icepacks on my boobs. Waist measurement before surgery: 68cm Underarm: 90cm Bust: 87cm Weight: 59.3kg DAY 1 PO Woke up during the night and had an Endone. When I eventually woke up it was early and I was feeling tight across my chest. Can get up and down by myself as long as I'm not too stretched back. Hearing weird bubbling/squelching noises when I move my arms in certain ways but I hear this is normal. My appetite is stronger than ever and all I want to do it eat everything! Had 2 cups of overnight oats with strawberries and banana. Went for a 30min walk to get some fresh air, and then went for another walk later in the arvo for another 20mins. Had a shower and had my first look at the girls - talk about Torpedo Titties. Hubby couldn't stop laughing at them and neither could I! I was in stitches, literally. And it hurt to laugh, but my gosh, they look ridiculous! The left one is really swollen and sitting higher than the right, that is the one that had the nipple lift. Meds over the course of the day: 2 x Endones, 3 x Diazepam, 4 x paramax, 3 x Dalacin (antibiotic), 4 x coloxyl (2 in am and 2 in pm), 1 x Meloxicam Waist: 74cm (6cm of bloat!!) Bust: 93cm (6cm increase) DAY 2 PO Woke up exceptionally tight in the chest this morning. Like someone had kicked my nipples in with steel cap boots like 10 times on each side with all their might! Slept most of the day. Had green smoothies for breakfast and lunch and feeling pretty amazing. Have not been constipated but I had been taking coloxyl and eating heaps of fibre. Got the hiccups today - not a good feeling at all! Weight: 62.3kg (increase of 3kg - 800g of that is due to the new girls so 2.2kg gain) Waist: 70cm (down 4cm from yesterday) Bust: 93cm (no change from yesterday) Meds: 3 x Dalacin (antibiotics), 4 x paramax, 2 x Diazepam, 3 x endone, 1 x Meloxicam DAY 3 PO Moved back into my own bed last night and had to be scooped up by Hubby this morning as I couldn't quite fling myself outta bed on my own! Feeling a lot better than yesterday - just making sure I'm staying on top of my meds. Have had no sign of nausea at all but have been ensuring I eat/drink something every time I take a pill. Wore my white PO bra and noticed that there was blood on it from the left nipple - not too worried about it as its only a tiny drop but will continue to monitor. Overall, I can't wait until the swelling goes down - the way they look right now is just too funny. I crack up laughing when I see myself naked. Hubby does too! But in a good way! Also getting around like a T-Rex. Haha, feeling extra special right now Will try upload pics soon so you guys can have a giggle with me at my Torpedos! Pew Pew.
  6. Ahh, the day has finally come. I'm currently sitting in my upgraded (for free!) hospital room in a sexy robe and slippers switching between my laptop and watching the big flat screen tv mounted on the wall in front of me! This room is like an apartment!! Im due to go in at 3:30 this afternoon but am still mulling between two sizes so he has reserved them both. I dont want them to be too epic but as I am going under the muscle I want to accommodate for swelling to go down and general decrease in size due to being under the muscle etc and I dont want to get boobie greed.. so I am getting round, textured, dual plane with inframammary incisions.. the recommended sizes were 375 or 400cc.. Has anybody else with similar stats to me been recommended this amount? Ive never been put under anaesthetic before and keep hysterically laughing to myself because i cant comprehend being put to sleep and then waking up X amount of time later haha. its such a weird thought!! feeling relatively calm though, a lot calmer than I had anticipated. I shall keep you girls posted gah! x
