  1. The Surgeon:Extended Tummy Tuck, Breast Reduction with lift with 300cc high profile round implants. Wow, this woman is incredible. She managed to get 5.8kg of sagging skin off me after losing 100kg. I saw reviews stating she was blunt etc, I didn’t get that at all. She was humorous, compassionate and caring, she listened to my concerns but she had her own and I respect that she is the surgeon and knows what she is doing. Her team are incredible and set low expectations however when I saw the after product when I woke up I was surprised. She is amazing and has such attention to detail, her incisions are minimal and the way I was put back together was neat and tidy. Highly reccomended, this woman has changed my life. Destination Beauty: I was lucky to have prime assigned as my rep for my journey, she was on the ball all the time, willing to answer questions or if she didn't know she would go find out, upon reaching Bangkok I was greeted by the team, the girls who deal with the enquiries and also the wonderful service team at the hospital. A Huge shout to to Mary, Gift, Sherry, Martin, Prame, Nam and of course the most beautiful Nurse Aom. I was completely blown away by the service I was given and noticed I wasn't singled out and others got the same. Aswell as making you feel welcome, there is a lot of realism and encouragement especially after surgery, Every question and concern was answered, I couldn't fault my experience I'm still buzzing from it. A huge thank you to Destination beauty team for their attentive and professional approach and of course Dr Angkana.
  2. Hi everyone, I'm from Adelaide and there is very little information on surgeons in Adelaide. I previously had a rhinoplasty in Adelaide in 2013 which I've been left very unhappy with. I from now on refuse to get any more surgeries in Adelaide unless I somehow manage to find an amazing surgeon here. I want to have a revision rhinoplasty with Dr Shahihi, I rang the office today and she said a ball park figure for rhinoplasty is 16-20k for revision (I just need my tip done). This was upsetting for me as I thought it would be a lot less. However I have seen his before & afters, read a lot of good reviews so I think I may look into travelling up to Sydney. I'm scared to go for any surgeon that isn't know for his good work after my disastrous mistake from my last surgery. I also want to have my breasts done (after breastfeeding for a year). I hope to go with Dr Tazaki which I was quoted 25k as I need a lift and implants. I'm very stressed as this is a lot of money for me (I'm a mother so feel VERY guilty for spending this much money on myself) yet it is something I desperately want. I would love if anyone could give me some advice on surgeons they could recommend, what they paid, any thing they think could be helpful. If I do go ahead I will need to fly up to sydney, have consultations and come back down from three weeks as Dr Shahidi doesn't do Skype consults, then come back up to Sydney to go ahead with surgery! It seems like an awful lot of money and travelling but I'm unsure of what to do!
  3. Ok ladies I was just wondering if any of you were told that you would need a lift as well with implants and how many of you could do it in one surgery? I have my consult with dr eddy dona in October and have booked the surgery for November but I'm so worried I won't be able to have the size I want and will just have scars please help
  4. Hoping to acquire some info and pics from Dr Montien and Dr Boonchai for mummy makeover so I can finally make a decision. Anyone had either doc and willing to share their experience? Thanks
  5. Hi, I live in Melbourne and I have had an online consultation and Skype consultion with Dr Tavakoli. I'm still thinking about a surgery date but just wanting to know if anyone has had surgery with Dr Tavakoli for breast lift and implants ?
  6. Hi ladies, earlier this month i had a consultation with a very well known PS who told me i had tuberous breasts. I was quoted 18k for the lift alone (which I thought was very overpriced) and was told he that he refused and would not put implants in (as I have stretchy skin) I was very upset to say the least ! .. I am currently a 10DD and am set on fixing my saggy boobs I have no volume, so I want implants aswell (Im determined I will find a surgeon who will do this for me as I don't believe my skin is bad at all, just very saggy breasts) so i can achieve upper pole fullness Im just wondering if anyone can recommend any surgeons for BA and BL? Before and after pictures for Lifts online, are a bit disheartening.. Im looking to achieve a full fake look with upper fullness Im 22 and my breasts look aged.. Im located in Sydney, any help would be sooo appreciated as I'm losing my mind trying to research!! Dr Dona is booked out till mid next year for consults, and I've been advised he does 2 separate surgeries for BA/BL, id prefer to do it in one go?
  7. Hi girls I am traveling to have a BL & BA and have no idea how I'll be feeding myself etc as I chose to leave my family behind. How long after the first night hospital stay were you able to walk/move to buy food etc? I have no idea how I will get my suitcase from the hospital to the taxi to the hotel- is there someone i could hire for this? (Bangkok) xx
  8. Help!! I can not decide what is the best choice, my only goal is to pick up the girls that are sagging like crazy after two kids and feel perky again. I'm afraid if I went tear drop Id have no cleavage and they wouldn't look big enough? But will rounded look funny on a skinny girl? (57 kilos, 169cm) I'm afraid due to how saggy my breasts are the round implants won't sit nicely however I'm getting a lift, what did everyone else with lifts decide? Also would high profile give me nastier scars and work against the lift? I'd love to be big and round but not if it will make the scars 10x worse Any help greatly appreciated!!
  9. Only recently did I realise that getting the boobs of your dreams isnt always going to be possible. When I first decided to save for surgery I was so excited- I mean literally going to bed dreaming that I one day would wake up with beautiful round breasts I could confidently pull out of a bra, but after posting my before photo to another site and having it critiqued by numerous surgeons I began to realise the reality - which is that my breasts are actually too far gone to be turned into my envisioned 'beautiful'. It turns out they are simply too saggy and lack the tissue to be made nice high and round, that the bigger I try and go, the more quickly they will sag. This literally broke my heart. I dont know what I was thinking. I truly believed any breasts could be 'fixed' and didnt realise the reality of the high possibility of complications when you have asymmetry and sag. In May I am getting a breast lift in Thailand and rather than getting my hopes up that I will love the results, I have chosen to go in with the mindset of "I couldn't possibly hate my breasts any more than I do now, it would be impossible for them to be made any worse than they are". Has anyone else had their dreams shattered? Complications occur that they were paranoid about? Has anyone been surprised and happier with their results than they expected?
  10. Just curious what the cost of a breast lift/augmentation revision would look like if it were necessary (either in Thailand or Australia). Just trying to prepare ourselves for absolute worst case scenario after scaring the crap out of ourselves reading warnings not to do it in Bangkok and wondering if Phuket would have been a better decision. (staying with our surgeon as there are lots of happy girls too, just waiting and praying for happy results and wishing it was over)
  11. HI Just wondering if anyone had uneven/stretch marks before surgery? I have uploaded my befores if you wish to compare (send fr) I just want to get a rough idea on what I can expect... im hoping to go rather large and round. My ba and bl is booked for 9/6/15 with dr dona in sydney. any advice or experience would be great. no negativity please
  12. Hi everyone, I'm considering having a breast lift procedure done and I'd like to know who you all recommend and how much it costs. I have a large bust (E cup) that began developing when I was 10 years old. Over the years they have become quite saggy and I'm embarrassed by it (especially because I haven't even had children!). I realise that I might have to have a reduction at the same time, however my mother had a reduction a few years ago and they don't look very nice which makes me worry. Anyway, let me know your thoughts.
  13. After researching and appointments in Australia I've decided to head to Phuket for my surgeries. I'm going to Phuket International Hospital and having (at this stage): Breast Lift - no implants Belt Lipectomy Dental Bladder Repair Just remembered my Pterygiums too - must look into that! Now to find travel insurance ... any suggestions? Staying in Rawai (away from tourist central) in a 2 bedroom villa with private pool and garden and helper for as long as I need. Booked through the hospital over an agent. Just felt better talking to the hospital admin staff. As PIH is known for gender reassignment I may come back with a new set of ... BUT all things considered I thought if they do that it must have a decent reputation.
