  1. Hi Beautiful Ladies i have been booked with Dr Tang 17th december and with the news coverage brings concerns i would love to hear results on Dr Tang cheers
  2. Hi I'm booked in for consultation with Dr Tang at TCI Sydney 31 August 2017 and surgery min September has anyone had any experience with him? i am leaning towards round implants as I have nothing to begin with and want the fuller look, however I do have slight asymmetry. anyone have rounds in different sizes? they told me teardrop is an extra $2000 which I really hope I don't have to have. Thanks
  3. Hi girls I'm booked in with Dr Tang at TCI's parramatta clinic in August and counting down the days! Im going to be traveling from wa and have only taken 2 weeks off work(12days after surgery). I was just wondering if that will be enough to time to go back to general duties but no lifting? Any advice from interstate patients would be great! Also any feedback on having Dr Tang as a surgeon would be great too. Thanks xx
  4. hi ladies, i have seen alot of positive feedback for the cosmetic institute lately, but the question is what are the negatives? Has anyone got any bad feedback for us to be aware of for TCI in Sydney!? Any one had issues with their results? Would love to know, as i am booked in to get mine with Dr Tang in July. Thank you x
  5. Hi All I was just wondering if anyone had revision surgery at TCI (Parramatta)? I got my implants almost a year ago, and the right one never dropped properly (and definitely looks odd). I saw TCI a few months after my surgery and they told me to massage it vigorously to see if that would help, but it didn't. I knew I would need revision surgery but my husband is not happy, to say the least about paying $2k to get it fixed, but I'm at the point I can't even look in the mirror at them! I was wondering how TCI were about it, and was the down time the same as when you first got them done etc? Thanks
  6. Hi, as ive mentioned in a earlier post, Dr Tang told me i was a candidate for a BA, but warned me i have low sittng breasts. So i contacted dr eddy dona and sent pics and asked for advice. Well, he told me i most likely need a lift aswell! W.t.f. im so confused and upset... i am 21 and not over weight at all. I can admit my boobs do not sag at all, they just sit low on my chest, and i have a sight pigeon chest.. I am completely turned off doing anything to my breasts now. I dont typically want extremely high boobs anyway, i wanted natural plump look. If anyone has advise or anything would be appreciated. Definitely considering getting my deposit back from TCI.
  7. Hi girls does anyone know the approx wait time? I'd like to have consult the day before my surgery (mid-end July) but if I book it then how many weeks months did you have to wait after booking? Thanks girls xxxx
  8. Hi girls does anyone know what sizes TCI sydney go up 2? I know they use nagor implants (so I read) I'm wanting 600cc or more (500 cc the lowest I would have) high profile or uhp depending what my surgeon recommends .... Just I haven't seen any info on the sizes they supply
  9. Hi guys I'm still saving to get my boobies!! But does anyone know what size TCI go up 2? I'm thinking 500-700cc but I need any advice!!! Thanks girls xxx
  10. I'm supposed to sing at a friend's wedding four days post op but Im scared I wont be able to due to the compression on my chest! Anyone have experience in this area?? I dont want to have to pull out on my friend as its only two months away and I dont want to leave her in the lurch! :/
  11. Hey guy, Im wondering whether I made the right choice in regards to my implant size. For those who done their surgery at TCI, on the day of your BA surgery does the Dr have another consult with you? Like for example go through the size you've chosen at the first consultation - if that makes sense? and does he let you re-try the implant size you've choosen? THANKS GUYS
  12. Hey guys, I'm new here but it seemed like a good place to do my research! I've put down $2,000.00 for my surgery with Dr Tang, and I'm trying to gather as much info as I can! Can anybody walk me through the whole twilight sedation thing, I'm currently having (irrational!) paranoia about this! Also I'd love to hear from anyone who has gotten implants after children due to that dreaded breast feeding boob deflation
  13. I'm brand new to this forum and hoping to find some fellow Perth girls looking to have surgery in Sydney at TCI. I'm booked in for 11, 12 March 2015 with Dr Tang. I'm a 10B and hoping to go for a small D as I have a small build (152cm, 46kg). Any recommendations regarding sizes etc? Where is the best place to stay? Could someone add me to the new FB page too please Thanks ladies. I'm super exited I found this forum :-)
  14. Hi guys, I live in Brisbane and am considering booking a consultation with Dr Tang at The Cosmetic Institute in Sydney. From the moment I started researching BAs, Dr Tang (and TCI's) reputation and results have stood out to me. It doesn't hurt that their price is totally reasonable either. My problem is that after sending them pictures of my breasts, they have told me that I'm suitable for the procedure yet haven't managed to answer a single question I've asked them? Am I reading too much into this and I should just book the consultation and ask my questions there? I would have expected since I will be forking out hundreds of dollars in flights, accommodation and consultation fees just to meet them, that they'd be able to reassure me I'm choosing the right company by answering some questions. Has anyone else had a similar experience? And should I just book the flights and consultation and see how it goes? Thanks in advance!! :-) Tan
  15. Hey Ladies I am booked in with Dr Tang on the 2nd of December (yay!) and would love to hear your stories! I know that a lot of you have gone with him for surgery so I am curious to hear about his handiwork! Was there lots of pain? How small does he do his incisions? Anyone got moderate profiles like me? Any advice or comments, positive or negative I'm all ears!! p.s feel free to add me! Im new!
  16. Hey Everyone, So so so sorry its a late story but i though after all the support the forum gave me i better get onto it and write a story that will hopefully be helpful to someone else I flew to Sydney from New Zealand on the 7th May 2014 and had my consut the day i arrived at tci in Paramatta with Dr Tang whom is absolutely lovely. I decided on 525cc XHP round textured silicone placed under the muscle. i was also given the choice of 470 XHP but decided that i would rather go the bigger one as then i couldn't be disappointed on the final size I then met the lovely mink who also put my nerves at ease and explained to me how the post op care would be and what i would feel ect Admission time was 2pm - Thursday 8th May and i was to begin fasting from 7:30am I woke up at 6.30am on op day and had a pot of yogurt and a small glass of juice so i wasnt too hungry waiting till 2pm I had my friend who met me in sydney and also my partner to look after I arrived at TCI about 10 mins before i was due for admission and sat in the reception area for less than 5 mins while i filled out the last of my forms and signed my life away then i was taken through to the pre op room which was lovely and warm and put on a gown and slippers ( i was allowed to keep my undies on) and i also left my tongue and ear piercings in. The nurse came to visit me and asked a few questions then the anesthetist came to talk to me about the twilight anesthetic which i was terrified about waking up; he was lovely and reassured me i would be waking up. Then i met Dr Tang again and made double sure on sizes and then he drew on me and took some photos then i walked through to theater. Im shocking with needles and the team were great at distracting me while i was lying on the table having the canular put in (i didnt even feel it go in!!) talking away and then i felt cold fluid going through my arm and lights out. (i also had massagers on my legs to help the circulation while under the anesthetic) Woke up in recovery shivering uncontrollably it was horrible. but i had a heated blanket with me that i got to take back to the motel and after being fed a couple of bikkies i felt a bit better. i was in alot of pain and was complaining to the nurse who was trying to convince me i wasnt until another nurse came over and then i was changed into a symastia bra to help push down on my sternum. My partner and friend arrived and i was taken back to the motel where i slept for a while and then woke up starving so my friend went to get me some dinner 1 week check: I had my one week check up at TCI as i stayed in Sydney for 2 weeks as my mum was paranoid about blood clots as she had DVT from the pill. They were impressed with the incisions and changed the steri strips and i was on my way 6 Week checkup: My GP at home had a look i told him i was worried about the symastia (uniboob) and he had a look and touch and said i was fine and to stop worrying he also had a look at my scars and said wow how did they fit anything in the tiny incision he was very impressed. I am now 8 and a bit weeks PO and im still in the symastia bra, i cant wait to take it off ( hopefully at 9 weeks when i send pics through to tci) but it has become my safety blanket. I have had a great experiance so far with tci and cant wait for the final results to show, the nurse nicole has been excellent and kept in contact with me checking on my progress and updating my pics to let me know when i can take off the symastia bra safely. Any questions feel free to mail me or post below and im happy to answer, photos are all on my phone so i cant upload at the moment
  17. I had my consult at 4pm Thursday, we decided on 390cc, round, extra high profile and under the muscle. But that soon changed on surgery day Dr Tang told me I have a great shape to begin with and great cleavage which was good to hear. My BWD was 12cm. My surgery was at 3pm yesterday, I arrived around 10 mins early & was straight away sent into my little room to get dressed into my gorgeous robe, hair cap, booties, and disposable gstring. Tasha went over a few things with me then about 5 minutes later the scrub nurse Steph came in and took some details. The head of nursing Alfie then came in to let me know the patient that was in surgery now was taking a bit longer than expected. Then the amazing Dr Tang came in, went over the surgery & how I will be feeling post op. Then we went over sizing again and I asked him what the 390cc would take me to and he said a D. He then asked what size I wanted and I said DD-E so he measured me up again and said we can do 420 then. HORRAY! Haha! Then he left and the anesthesist came in and went over twilight sedation, then it was time to go into the surgery room! Walked in there, jumped onto the bed, got told the needle was going in and that I would feel very sleepy and BAM! I was out before I knew it and in recovery! Waking up in recovery was good, felt really heavy on my chest & alot of pressure. Then my boyfriend came in, I had some bickies and kinda felt a bit sick so they gave me some anti-nausea stuff which made me sleepy but within 10 mins I was ok and we got into the taxi back to the hotel. They told us it would be a $20 flat rate but the guy only charged us $9.10 Surgery was at 3pm and we were back at he hotel around 6:30-7pm. Got back to the hotel, took all my pills and got into bed. I couldn't sleep, was wide awake and didn't get to sleep until about 1am. My lovely bf made a pillow forte for me which is great! I woke up once around 5am but went straight back to sleep then woke up again at 7am and have been awake since then. Got up to pee, needed my bfs help. Then he made me cereal and I took all my pills Wasnt going to post this until I get home on my laptop but I thought I'd get it started now Overall TCI were amazing, so nice and friendly! Everything was so quick. Dr Tang was so so nice aswell! Loved the whole experience. I go back there Monday for a quick lil check up before I go home Tuesday. Then at 1 week post op I go to my local GP with instructions from TCI to check and change my dressings if needed. I will keep updating this thread as the days go on I also have to say thank you to everyone on this forum! It has been great having a great group of people to speak to and ask questions!
  18. Hey ladies, Any of you pre or post op please add me.... I haven't booked BA just yet waiting on final consult with DR tang then the hard decision of selecting the Dr.... How do you choose between the two if they were both good during consult, lol i can be very indecisive when there is multiple choices (which is not good). Im hoping to get in for July! getting excited at the prospect
  19. Good morning ladies , I've been following this site for a while now and decided to introduce myself . My name is Jo I am 27 I live in melbourne with my husband and two boys 3.5 and 2 And I've been barely a b cup for as long as I can remember. Embarrassed by my appearance i would stuff chicken fillets into my padded bras and bikinis The only time I had something that slightly resembled a boob was when I had my boys ... Breast feeding didn't work for me so I had one working boob and one pancake, very sexy An augmentation is something I have always wanted but I felt selfish to spend a large amount of money on myself especially having two kids and a mortgage. So I was rapt when I came accross TCI , I booked in December and put a bit of money away each pay And fast forward 5 months... I'm here I flew in from melbourne yesterday morning and was a bundle of nerves, especially since this is the first time that I'm leaving my kids for longer than a night . As soon as I met dr Tang I instantly felt at ease, his calming and assuring nature left me besotted by him. Though it turns out I have been lying to myself and I am an A cup. Not to worry Because as of 7am tomorrow I can throw out my old bras I'm getting 385cc high profile with textured implants. Can't wait And will post a follow up this after noon Jo
  20. Updated. Post Op! Hi girls!!!!! im here in sydney and am booked in with Dr Tang today at 1pm...I feel SICK!!! im going to write my entire BA journey here so will edit it and update it as the weeks go on. ok where to start. i was originally having my BA at PIAC in Thailand with dr Veerawat. I had booked my surgery date for June 2013 and everything, I was booked in for a BL and BA with overs. In the February before my surgery, I went to see my GP about something that had been really bothering me and controlling my life.,,I had in inverted nipples. And no one knew !! I had gone my entire life being so embarrassed of them, there wasn't a single day where I didn't think about them, I just wanted to be like everyone else. when I was 15 I went to my doc and got the courage to ask about fixing them, he told me the only thing that may work is if I breastfed...I was 15 so that wasn't a option lol. not long after I got my first boyfriend. I was a sexual relationship but I still never let him see or touch my breasts. He often asked but I just shrugged and said I didn't like it but he knew what was wrong with them some how! anywho that relationship turned Into a very violent an abusive one and I was too scared to leave because I knew that he knew about my inverted nipples. I stayed for 4 years!! All because he knew my secret. i Finally got the courage to leave and met someone else. He seen me in the street just after we broke up demanding to know who this new guy was and screamed across the road "does he know about ur f*cked up nipples!!?" it really got to me!!! ok so I'll cut tot he chase. i met my husband, got married, had 3 children and refused to try breast feeding All because I didn't want anyone to see my nipples....this meant my husband! I feel like a failure to my children. after being together for 4 years and my husband never touching or seeing my breast I had to do something. I went to my GP and sat there for 10mins crying my eyes out before I could tell him why I was there. He printed me a referral and I went and see Dr Mansoor Mirkazemi in Collins st Melbourne. He was so nice, gentle and warm. He made me feel so comfortable and booked me in for the next day to have both nipple corrected under a local anaesthetic. It was painless !! And worked 100%. It cost $600 and Medicare paid $350! after I told dr Veerawat about my nipple correction, he wanted to do a nipple free graft(google it) basically take my nipple off, then sew back on. I cancelled surgery immediately! But kept myholiday. I booked 2 more consults with Dr craig Rubenstein And Prof Mark Ashton. Craig Rubenstein was a lovely daggy guy. Made lots of dad jokes, he office was very homey and I found him lovely. I did feel however that his spiel was a little too rehearsed . He recomended 360cc to 400cc round smooth unders as I have deflated breasts from 3 pregnancies in2 and half years. I decided against craig as I felt that the implant size was too small and he wasn't willing to go bigger, I needed more to fill my breasts in my opinion, Prof Mark Ashton:first impression was his big Curley hair and his smile!!! Just had lots of good vibes!! His rooms were very clinical, white, crisp...like a hospital, he recommended 500cc-500cc textured rounds dual plane, again to fill my sask ups i booked with mark 3 times!!!! And kept having to cancel for numerous reasons. I also got botox and juvederm with him, but after one appointment with mark where I was made to wait 5 hours while he shift and shoved me around I had enough aNd refused to let him perform my surgery. He no longer had my trust and I felt like he didn't have my best interests anymore. I felt so unwanted! Then booked in dec for surgery at TCI with Dr Tang Just four weeks ago! on Sunday we arrived home for a night away to find my baby(my dog) had passed away. I don't want to go into details as I'm blaming myself. I felt like I lost a child(not meaning to sound insensitive) I have spent this past week a total mess. I loved her more than life! And just like I loved my children. So it out a bit of a damper on the week leading up to surgery. i flew to Sydney yesterday and had my consult. I walked into TCI and was greated by the most beautiful woman...lol. Seriously, they were all stunning...looked photoshopped! then met with dr Tang. I was so relieved that he spoke Aussie!! Like full Aussie, no Asian ascent, just Aussie lol. It calmed my nerves. He was so nice and I felt like I was immediately in good hands. I have slight asymmetry so my right will always hang a little lower. Fine with me. He suggested 520cc or 560cc textured Nagor rounds, under the muscle. i need to decide today. The nurse said that it won't affect me cup size, and it's about the difference of a shot glass....dr Tang also said I will end up a F cup. Holey sh*t balls. I'll just go with the 560cc. You girls have all taught me well. Also for u girls flying interstate...DON'T catch a taxi from the airport to parramatta.....it cost us $80 lol. Hire a care from Avis at the airport and it will cost u $83 for 24 hours and there is a Avis is parramatta to drop it off. We hired a car once we got to parramatta as its so far out or Sydney and we wanted to do some sightseeing before I was out of action. We have also hired a car to take us back to the airport on Monday. just wanted to say a few thank yous!!! -donatella, always giving me great HONEST advice from the start!!! -The fox (not on here much now) we both started our BA journey together and I was lucky enough to actually meet her and nicnac, they have been incredible and so knowledgable! -all my January girls!!! -Inde- you seem to always have such great advice and I truly appreciate all our honesty and how much u have chosen to open up to us in other topics!!! -bozogirl!!! Bahaha I love how funny, u are!!! Especially opening up to me about poo!!! There are plenty More I know, but I literally feel sick with nerves !! thanks everyone. I shall see u all on the other side!!! Hope I've been helpful so far in this friggin novel...I tend to blab on when I'm nervous. YOU GUYS ROCK !! love LOVER!! Day 1 to day 10 ok, so I arrived at TCI at my allocated time..1pm. I was sick!!! Shaking like a leaf and I wanted to vomit! After waiting about 30mins I was taken out the Back where I changed into my robe, booties as hairnet. The anethitist came in and spoke about a few things. The Moment I walked into that room I was calm! there was another girl in there so it was nice to talk to someone while I waited. Dr tang came in, drew me up and went over everything.Just after 3pm I was called into the theatre room. I laid on the bed and they all made jokes of my cupping bruises that I had all over my back. The anethitist came over and put some stuff in my IV. I don't ever remember seeing dr tang.next thing I know, I'm in recovery. The first thing I said when I woke up was "did I make a dickhead out of myself"?? I was afraid of saying stupid sh*t lol. And I just kept talking, the nurse told me to be quite because my BP was high lol. So I text "The Fox" instead and took a photo of my new boobies. once I got back to Fiori appartments at about 6pm I went straight to bed, took some panadine forty and slept. Hubby woke me up at 12am to have my antibiotic and some pain relief. I took. Endone and antibiotic and got up to go to the toilet. I spewed straight away. So I never bothered taking ending again! The pain was not too bad. As long as I didn't move my arms. It was so frustrating to not be able to arrange my pillows, get my drink, sit up....I was useless!!! I spent the night with ice packs on my breasts and condoms filled with wat and frozen in between my breasts. the next morning I woke with morning boob and refused to get out of bed till 11am. I just kept putting it off lol. I had a panadine forte, waited 20mins and got up. My poor hubby had to lift the toilet lid, Paul my undies down, and pull them back up again! Thank god the meds bound me up because there is was no way I would have been able to wipe my Ass!!! I spent the day nodding on and off and at about 4pm i had my last pain relief. i had a shower and my first look at my breasts. I managed to escape the frankenboob and had barely any bruising. Dr tang must have been very gentle! on dAy 3 I had to make our way to the airport and fly back to Melbourne! I slept the whole plane trip and held onto my u pillow. the first few days at home were tough as I had my 3 children. I haven't lifted a finger yet and I'm making sure I'm taking it easy, it's the little things that I found most annoying. Just not being able to reach to scratch my back, tie my hair up, reach my cupboards, wash my hair. I also feel like I have no strength in my arms lol. im now day 10 and started sleeping almost laying flat last night. I've cut back to 2pillows instead of 1000!! My breast are so much softer already and are taking a beautiful shape. My pain is almost non existent and my morning boob is only very slight. Lover xoxox
  21. Hi all, today was the big day. Got my new boobies with Dr TANG. Felt great, then vomited when I got home (cappacino didn't go down too well) and feeling good again now. I've found this forum so great for me. Thanks so v much. Also, I was going to get 325cc silicon gel unders HP, but ended up fitting in 365cc, which I'm really happy about. I'm only 168cm tall and 51kg so was glad I was physically able to go bigger. thanks again ladies .xx
  22. Hi ladies I am new to this forum and only started researching seriously past few days for BA. Has anyone been to dr tang or dr Dona? There is a significant price difference I understand why but worried if I go to dr tang I may not get a good result compared to dr Dona. Can anyone share pics from either of these two surgeons? if I went with Dona does he operate at TCI? also Im 165cm tall and 10b - does anyone hAve a recommendation of size or ccs I should be considering? and what happens to uR old clothes? If I'm currently size 10 would I have to throw out my size ten tops to accommodated the new bigger boobs? would it be hard to find bras that fit Ds? I spoke to one of the girls at TCI on the phone and she confirmed that they use the Brazilian implants but I saw. Thread where someone said they don't I'm a little confused does anyone have any insight? So many questions but I'm excited about the the thought of potentially getting bigger boobs!
  23. Has anyone else had a similar experience? And should I just book the flights and consultation and see how it goes? Thanks in advance!! :-) Tan
  24. Hey girls I had my consult with Dr Tang at TCI today. He was wonderful! I am a 10B, weigh 50 kilos and I am 159cm. I am wanting very natural looking implants and I don't want to look top heavy (I told him this numerous times). He recommended 330cc. I tried on the 300cc and just not sure if 330cc looked too big? Does anyone have similar stats? Would love to speak to you and see photos! My ba is this Friday Xx
  25. Hi guys, my surgery day is nearly here, I head up to Sydney today for my surgery tomorrow with Dr Tang at TCI. I am not really nervous about the surgery, more the aftermath including pain, hiding them from colleagues & people's nasty opinions! Anyway apart from that I am pretty much jumping out of my skin with excitement, so glad I am finally going ahead with this! I've been a bit slack on here because I've been mainly using the private TCI Facebook page, feel free to FR me on here as I won't be posting any uncovered pics on the Facebook page for privacy reasons Im getting 360cc round textured Nagor implants, under the muscle, crease incision. I am 28, 170cm, 55kg, currently a full B (because I can't stop eating, normally a small wish me luck
