I'm going to keep this short... It's nearly 5 months since undergoing rhinoplasty under Dr.Tobias Pincock and thought this may be a good time to update. Stuff I like... 1.My nose is smaller 2 Dorsum is straight 3.Nose is reshaped looks better then before 4.I can breathe a lot better The below comments is just to share my experience and in no way or form should be taking to account when deciding who to go to for Rhinoplasty... everyone case is different and as Dr.pincock said pre-op theres a saying in reconstructive surgery never reconstruct in one surgery something you can do Better in two! 1. I had a complected Alar base reduction in my primary surgery and Dr.Pincock has identified from an aesthetic views the alar base needs some more work.. he even said that in pre-op there's a high risk in you needing a revision surgery in the Alar region! 2. I had a crease in the forehead nose region which I allays hated as I feel it takes away my aesthetics makes me look mad or sad and was hoping the deep crease would be taken out surgically unfortunately to my disappointment the crease reappeared post-op. Dr.Pincock did inject fillers but the area to me is noticeable.. I wear a sleep apena mask and when I wake up in the morning the top part of the mask makes a very noticeable red line as its sunken into the crease even after the fillers injected! So mornings I really hate as I have to massage the area to get rid of the red line :(I really want something surgically done to build up a solid structure inside in order to remove the crease So don't know still researching and willing to do anything!! Problem with me I notice the smallest imperfection mainly on myself! and take it really hard to the heart see how I go ... Thanks to Dr.Pincock colleague for identifying I have sleepapena and working out a surgical solution which may include a genioplasty or chin implant Any questions please pm me will update photos soon...
