  1. Morning! A thought popped into my head last night... will I have an awareness of the implants? I know that I will be able to see them and feel the weight of them not to mention the sensations associated with the healing process. But, for those of you who already have implants, do you have a feeling of there being (for lack of a better phrase) foreign objects on your chest? I had very large breasts prior to losing weight and they were just there ... I guess what I am asking is, will the implants feel like they are a part of me? Is there a phase of becoming used to them? (I realise this is a slightly weird question but this is the stuff that goes through my head when I am trying to go to sleep!)
