  1. Hi Ladies, I'm in desperate need of some advice as to whom would be the best surgeon in Brisbane or Gold Coast that you would recommend and possibly have some before and afters for me to see? The surgeons I have as picks at the moment are: - Dr Sharp (Greenslopes) - Dr Paul Belt - Dr Daniel Fleming - Dr Richardson These surgeons are all in Brisbane so I'm hoping someone could help me in deciding whom would be best to proceed with or whom not to proceed with? Any help id be ever so grateful!!! Thanks in advance !!!!!
  2. I am now Day 5 post op everything’s going well although I’m starting to get really bad back pain from having hunched shoulders. I am somebody who normally has really good posture and it’s been really hard to adjust being hunched and sleeping upright as well. I feel like if I push my shoulders back my muscles get too tight like I’m not supposed to. What should I do about this did anyone use special exercises? Also my boyfriend of 4 years is struggling to adjust to the new me and it’s giving me stress. Did anyone else have these problems? I need some reassurance.
  3. Hi Ladies, Hoping you can share any feedback/photos from a breast augmentation with Dr Shaz from ACC Thanks
  4. Girls who have had their breast implants done in Melbourne hoping you can share your reviews / before and afters need all the help I can get!
  5. I was wondering if I could please get some opinions. So these are my dream boobs. I have a similar size as her before pics. They were done in Thailand but I'd prefer to stay here and get them done in Perth. I'm thinking about Mark Lee and Tony Connell. Iv popped my current pic in first. What do you think? Would it be possible to get these results and look natural. I'd prefer round implants but Iv been told by another plastic surgeon teardrops would give me a natural look. Thoughts on cc's? Projection? I was thinking 250ish cc's thanks ladies!! Xx
  6. Hey guys, 4 days ago I had my breast Augmentation through CosMediTour in Sydney. Iv been youtubing my experience so feel free to check it out and ask any questions ! I'm super happy no regrets! Here's the link!
  7. Hi all, pretty new to the forum and in need of advice ! I had my BA done by Dr Zion Chan in 2010 - really happy with the results, my scars are barley there and the shape of my implants is exactly what i wanted. Size wise though - not as happy as I could be, i went a 375cc and i was a barley there A cup before my surgery. I am looking at booking a revision surgery to go up in size - hopefully 550cc or so... was thinking to go back to Dr Chan as the operation was a smooth experience with no complications and I am very comfortable with him - however i've had a few friends go to him and not all their implants have turned out like mine - a lot sag and droop after the first month or so of their BA , soften and feel and look very "real". This is whats worrying me - after looking at Dr Eddy Dona's website I realy like the results and have heard his not scared of sizes, so question being who would you recomend for a revision ??? I wanted to get them done in August so any help is much appreciated !!
  8. Hey ladies! Anyone heading to Bangkok for any surgery? Im heading over by myself & would like to catch up with people if the timing works out. Im heading over approx July 3 for 2 weeks
  9. Hi everyone new to the forum and was just after some advice from those of a similar size to myself and similar prospect implant size I am roughly 160cm tall and weigh about 48kgs I've had two children the youngest currently 7 months I am very active so I'm small but have muscle after my two girls I pretty much have non existent boobs I'm about an A cup my dr said I'd be lucky to have 100cc at the moment in relevance to implant size, my body confidence is low anyway to the point haha sorry we are currently looking to put in 480cc super high profile mentor implants under the muscle, I'm just trying to envision what they will look like as all my friends who have had boobs done are saying they are going to be huge but they all had boobs pre surgery I'm just looking for others with similar body size who went for an implant of this size what size cup are you now? How do you find the size? TIA
  10. Hi Ladies, I was tossing and turning between 295cc and 315cc moderate profile... I ended up going 295cc. Can anyone tell me if there is a significant difference between those sizes? Was it a big mistake going the smaller one..... Would 315cc over 295cc given me one bra size up if I had've chose it? Thank you, Pollo x
  11. Has anyone had a BA performed by Dr Katsaros in Adelaide? And wee you happy? Thoughts.... Thank you
  12. Hi ladies!! So a boob job is something that's been in the back of my mind since I was about 16 (and seriously for about a year and a half now, since joining this forum). I have two questions regarding implant type and post boob job fitness routine. I am 174cm and I believe about 64kg. I have always wanted a natural look due to my athletic shape and therefore have lent towards teardrop shape. HOWEVER, I do have worry that this will not give me much upper pole as I have very little tissue up there currently, while I have a nice amount at the bottom of my breasts. This is not to say I want the 'massive big tits' look (sorry for pigeon holing) but I am genuinely concerned that teardrops will end up dropping a lot and I will have regretted not going for a little more perkiness. Any advice from those of you who were or are in the same boat would be much appreciated! Or even advice from you body experts would go a long way! I have attached a photo for you to get an idea of my shape now? Second question: fitness post boobies Currently I do a combination of reformer Pilates, yoga, weight lifting and pole fitness (and sometimes rock climbing). If there is anyone out there who loves the active lifestyle and had a boob job, how much did it change your routine? Were/are you unable to do push-up or pull-ups? Do you do pole dancing and do the new boobs effect you in any way? Ideally I would like to be able to do all of these at some point after my BA haha? but I have heard some surgeons recommended against them for at least 12 months! I have attached some embarrassing photos for you to get an idea of my overall body shape. Happy to take suggestions from your personal experience ? THANKYOU LADIES!! xx
  13. Hey! Im tossing up between 325 cc high profile mentor implants and 300 cc Moderate + profile mentor implants. Would any girls be willing to post up some snap shots of there either high profile or moderate / moderate + after photos? Preferably in the 300's cc range so I can get the best idea. I would also like opinions on why you chose high profile / moderate and any comments on the profile of implants you guys may have. xo

  16. Hi All, I'm booked in for next week, on the 20th to have my breast aug. I'm 163cm tall and 53kgs. I'm getting 390cc high profile, over the muscle. Just wondering if I should go bigger? I don't want a stripper fake look but I don't mind if they look fake. I want them to be DD/E and worth while, and not get boob greed later on. Let me know what your thoughts are thanks. x
  17. Dr Jake Lim and his team come highly recommended. I went in for my initial appointment just before Christmas 2014. I wanted a man breast reduction and a tummy tuck. Dr Lim explained that a tummy tuck isn't going to achieve what I wanted it to achieve and suggested a body lift instead. Dr Lim also suggested I get each procedure done separately, as both procedures means I am under anaesthetic dangerously to long. I decided to go for the Male Breast removal first, then the body lift later in the year. I was booked in for the 28th January. I attended an appointment 2 weeks prior to my surgery date. Dr Jake and his team explained the steps I would need to take prior to my surgery, which was very well written down and easy to understand. Dr Lim's team also took care of all of the health care/Medicare aspects of things. I was told to fill out an online admission form for the hospital I was getting surgery at, which saved a lot of time on the day. Surgery was at Westmead private hospital. After going through the hospital's 'check in' procedure, I was taken to theatre which is were Dr Lim and his team were there. They are all very helpful and compassionate. I had very bad anxiety and it was such a relief to see everyone, and they eased my anxiety in a huge way, The anaesthetic was very kind, gentle and helpful also. I remember waking up to Dr Lim saying how everything went well and I will be happy with the results, and he will see me in my room later on. Dr Lim checked on me every day in my room, and made sure I only went home when I was comfortable to do so. I am very, very happy with the surgery. The cut is very neat and tidy. The follow up's have been great. They explain how to care for the wounds at every follow up. Dr Jake's Nurse (Catharine) is also very nice and helpful! She gives great advice on scar care and showed me how to look after my new chest for maximum results!! I highly recommend Dr Jake Lim and his lovely team for anyone thinking of getting this procedure done. As this surgery is only 1 month old, my scars have not healed properly yet. I have attached photos 1 month post op, but will attach more in a few month. http://www.cosmeticplasticsurgerysydney.com.au/
  18. Believe it or not but my mum emailed this to me. Good while you waiting for you BA trip or just want to see what shape will look good on you. Here, see it yourself how it can be done. http://www.buzzfeed.com/augustafalletta/how-to-make-any-boobs-look-bigger#.on8AAq23B
  19. So, even though I'm happy with my recent BA, I'm seriously thinking about going back and getting bigger implants. If any of you ladies have done this, can you please tell me if it is worth it? Was recovery worse? Were your scars more noticeable? And how long after your first BA did you go back? Thank you xx
  20. Ok so I added pics made them private :/ how do I make them so ppl can see them I'm such a silly grl lol help me please lol
  21. Hi, I'm new to forum, firstly I'm am so glad I stumbled across this it's been so helpful! I'm 25 and looking at getting a BA in the new few months. I have never been happy with my breasts especially after I started enjoying fitness and went down to a small A cup. Only thing is my partner wants to have kids in the next couple of years as do I. BUT I want to hear people's views that have had their BA done before kids and what effect having a child has had on the BA? I really them now, I finally have money to do it which may not be them same if I leave it. I don't mind if they drop down a little after as that would happen any way and I'll still have more than what I started with Has anyone been in the same situation?
  22. I was just wondering what everyone is wearing poolside after having a BA in Thailand? I don't want to be cooped up in my room the whole time I'm overseas if I can help it, but I want to make sure my new assets are supported and my scars stay out of the sun. So just wanted to know if any BA ladies happened to wear bikinis during their stay or have any suggestions for pool attire for new boobs
  23. Hi gals, I've booked into TCI with Dr Ali for my consolt on the 2nd Feb and surgery on the 10th. I know what I want but have no idea if we will achieve my desired result. I have 12Ds now after 2 children, and they don't really sag too much. I don't want to go to much bigger but I want implants. I'd love to stay around the same size but I don't think that is possible. Has anyone been in the same or similar situation? And how did your boobies end up
  24. Hey Everyone, So so so sorry its a late story but i though after all the support the forum gave me i better get onto it and write a story that will hopefully be helpful to someone else I flew to Sydney from New Zealand on the 7th May 2014 and had my consut the day i arrived at tci in Paramatta with Dr Tang whom is absolutely lovely. I decided on 525cc XHP round textured silicone placed under the muscle. i was also given the choice of 470 XHP but decided that i would rather go the bigger one as then i couldn't be disappointed on the final size I then met the lovely mink who also put my nerves at ease and explained to me how the post op care would be and what i would feel ect Admission time was 2pm - Thursday 8th May and i was to begin fasting from 7:30am I woke up at 6.30am on op day and had a pot of yogurt and a small glass of juice so i wasnt too hungry waiting till 2pm I had my friend who met me in sydney and also my partner to look after I arrived at TCI about 10 mins before i was due for admission and sat in the reception area for less than 5 mins while i filled out the last of my forms and signed my life away then i was taken through to the pre op room which was lovely and warm and put on a gown and slippers ( i was allowed to keep my undies on) and i also left my tongue and ear piercings in. The nurse came to visit me and asked a few questions then the anesthetist came to talk to me about the twilight anesthetic which i was terrified about waking up; he was lovely and reassured me i would be waking up. Then i met Dr Tang again and made double sure on sizes and then he drew on me and took some photos then i walked through to theater. Im shocking with needles and the team were great at distracting me while i was lying on the table having the canular put in (i didnt even feel it go in!!) talking away and then i felt cold fluid going through my arm and lights out. (i also had massagers on my legs to help the circulation while under the anesthetic) Woke up in recovery shivering uncontrollably it was horrible. but i had a heated blanket with me that i got to take back to the motel and after being fed a couple of bikkies i felt a bit better. i was in alot of pain and was complaining to the nurse who was trying to convince me i wasnt until another nurse came over and then i was changed into a symastia bra to help push down on my sternum. My partner and friend arrived and i was taken back to the motel where i slept for a while and then woke up starving so my friend went to get me some dinner 1 week check: I had my one week check up at TCI as i stayed in Sydney for 2 weeks as my mum was paranoid about blood clots as she had DVT from the pill. They were impressed with the incisions and changed the steri strips and i was on my way 6 Week checkup: My GP at home had a look i told him i was worried about the symastia (uniboob) and he had a look and touch and said i was fine and to stop worrying he also had a look at my scars and said wow how did they fit anything in the tiny incision he was very impressed. I am now 8 and a bit weeks PO and im still in the symastia bra, i cant wait to take it off ( hopefully at 9 weeks when i send pics through to tci) but it has become my safety blanket. I have had a great experiance so far with tci and cant wait for the final results to show, the nurse nicole has been excellent and kept in contact with me checking on my progress and updating my pics to let me know when i can take off the symastia bra safely. Any questions feel free to mail me or post below and im happy to answer, photos are all on my phone so i cant upload at the moment
