  1. Hi Girls I currently have 450cc moderates under the muscle. I got them done 4 years ago in Phuket. While i had great results im noticing changes and want to get them redone bigger and with a possible lift. Im wanting bigger and more upper pole fullness so the more round fake look but not too crazy. Im looking into surgery in Perth can anyone reccomend any amazing surgeons at a reasonable price? Ive heard of dr mark lee, dr anh, dr kailis...
  2. Hi there! Long time lurker but first time poster (I apologise for the length!)- I've finally decided it's time to start looking into getting a BA given I've lost over 45kilos and my breasts aren't really doing it for me anymore. I've gone from a full D to a relatively saggy B cup and I'm looking to restore some volume and look proportionate again (either aiming for a full C or small D ideally?). I've been informed by a few surgeons at this point (via emails and from photo assessments) that I'm a borderline case and have ptosis of the breast with quite a bit of skin sitting at the top due to the weight loss. While I understand that ultimately, a lift is probably going to be my best friend- I'm only 20 years old and I'm not sure if I want to do such a big surgery at this age. I'm quite aware that pregnancy has a high chance of undoing the work of a lift, and I'd hate to go through the recovery and healing of the scars just to have to do it again 8 to 10 years down the track when I'm done having children (plus I have concerns about breast feeding). I feel like with a breast augmentation, it'll at least help with my confidence for the time being and I can always look at getting a lift later down the track and revise the implants. I'm after a more natural look and don't mind my breast sitting a little low if they're going to be fuller. My nipples are currently above the IMF, and as such I feel I'll be able to go with implants without making it much worse? So far I've been in contact with a few different surgeons and had quite a bit of advice on the realself pages. I've had Dr Narupon from PIAC recommend either tear drop or round implants placed sub glandular or dual plane in order to avoid doing a lift, and so far quite a few surgeons have agreed with this. While I'd love to go with Narupon, I'm concerned about travelling on my own next year and during my uni semester (I'm doing this as a 21st gift to myself). My partner won't be able to come with me due to having his own uni degree to focus on, and as such I'd probably like to stay closer to home if possible. I've got my first in person consultation this Thursday with surgeons from the breast academy, and then the following week will be meeting with Dr Terrance Scamp to hear his opinion after he got back to me on Realself. As of the current moment I've been in contact with: - Dr Harwood - recommended a lift due to having tuberous breast? Only surgeon to say this about my breast shape, have mentioned to a few others who disagree? (Have now booked a consult with him to check in person next monday) - Dr Szalay - recommended implants but suggested I may need to go larger then my small D limit, which I'm contemplating? - Dr Veerawat through Cosmeditour - waiting on a reply - Dr Narupon - recommended either round or teardrop implants placed sub glandular or dual plane to avoid lift - Dr Thanakom - recommended tear drop implants placed sub glandular or dual plane to avoid lift - TCI southport - rejected based off photos, suggested a lift - TCI parramatta (would be willing to travel) - Dr Duong said that while they recommend a lift (based off photos), they'd still proceed with implants as long as I cleared the in person consultation and would be happy with a 'less optimal' result. - The Breast Academy - Sent in photos, they decided that they couldn't make a decision based off these alone and have decided to bring me in for a free quick in person consultation this Thursday. - The Breast Institute - Sent photos, believe to be 'too difficult' of a case. Suggest lift. (Really unimpressed with these people, very abrupt and rude) - Dr Scamp - meeting for an in person consultation in a week, has suggested implants alone based off my goal images and my own photos. - Update: Have contacted Dr Ali Hussain. Has said he's happy to help and will contact me soon. I was just wondering if anybody else has been a borderline case and opted to just go with implants for the time being? I'd love to hear about your experiences! I'm going to try and figure out how to upload some pictures onto here (edit: Have now got an album!) , but I'd really appreciate any feedback I can get!
  3. I just feel like sharing my experience. I am not 8 months post op breast augumentation. I went from having virtually filling an A cup to filling a C cup. My main reason for the surgery was of course to get bigger breasts and one of the main things I wanted to try and achieve is more symmetry as my right breast was quite smaller than my left. To create more symmetry my surgeon recommended different size implants. Now after 8 months I still feel as though the right one is smaller. I don't know if there was much improvement in symmatry made. Also the crease of the left breast was made lower than the right, which was supposed to be level. I feel like I have one higher, smaller breast and one bigger, lower breast. As they settle the more significant the difference becomes viewable. I am thinking about getting them fixed but not sure how/if it could be done. Not sure how at fault the surgeon is. Conclusion. 1. I understand that symmetry is hard to attain with pre-filled gel implants, however I believe a better examination should of taken place to determine what would suit my body.. ie. x-rays to see bone structure of the chest wall and see how and how far the implant would sit on/off the chest wall. Therefore, better judgement could of been made with the implant size differences ie. The right side implant could have been 2 sizes bigger than the left as apposed to one size. 2. I believe the creases should definitely been made level by the Surgeon.
  4. Hey girls, I have recently had a TT, BL and BA. I had 325cc moderate profile plus under the muscle implants. I'm going to be measured next week and I think I may be around a DD. But I am obsessed with going bigger! I would like to go at least 400c's. I have had a great result and my boobs so beautiful! I just want bigger haha. My partner thinksI'm crazy but this boob greed is ridiculous. Have many women gone back to go bigger? Are they happy that they did? Thanks, Fleur xxx
  5. Ladies, I'm 55kgs and 159cms with a muscly athlethic build. I have my consult next week and would like to see post op pictures and stats of someone of a similar build to me to see what you decided on. I want a natural look with some cleavage and fullness. I'm currently a 14A and was hoping for a full C/low D. I definitely don't want to regret not going bigger but at the same time don't want it to look too fake and pornstar like. I still want to look athetlic and petite without huge boobs making me look fatter if that makes sense, but still large enough that I won't have boob greed afterwards. Would appreciate any advice from somone with similar stats and requirments. I'm seeing Dr. Miroshnik.

    Rhino + BA

Hey ladies, I've been lurking this forum for a long time and I'm finally getting to the stage where I am wanting to book my operation and get everything sorted (yay) so I was wondering if any of you know if they do both surgerys at the same time? I am looking to go with Dr Montien for the rhino but I'm not that sure if he is great with boobs. I did want to go to PIAC for a boob job but then I have my heart set on Montien for rhino so I am stuck with what to do Any feed back would be appreciated xx
  7. Hey girls, I'm doing more research as usual, came across a Sydney PS, his site is very informative and he seems meticulous. Check it out If you want ; Dr ***** ******** http://com2209-px.rtrk.com.au/ The second link is to Destination Beauty in Thailand. There's a few testimonies to read. At the moment I plan to have my surgery over there in Bangkok in July. I am still deciding though to maybe check out Dr. ******** as prices are not that much in difference, and he's in Australia. Bangkok D/Beauty Breast Aug ; Approx. $3500.00 Sydney Dr. ******** ; $3900.00 Cool, well I thought I would share. Hope this helps
  8. Hi Ladies, So just thought I'd update on how my first day post op went. Everything went great I was more sore from my back from the sleeping upright rather than pain from my boobs. I took all my meds as instructed. The farting noises are pretty funny and feel so grose, but if you've not heard of this before then please don't panic - completely normal. It's just the trapped air from when the implants were placed. I didn't have drains after my surgery (this was my surgeons preference.) I had a phone call from the hospital to see how I was doing and also had a phone call from Dr Mertens nurse to check up on me which was lovely. She told me I was allowed to shower which was great. I have that tape that goes around your boobs and then down the middle and is completely waterproof. She also advised for met to make sure I keep my surgical bra on at all times apart from when I'm showering. This comes off after a week. Also she advised me that my sutures are disolvable to don't have to worry about having them removed which is a nice little bonus aswell. Showering went great and wasn't uncomfortable. Also I noticed that quite alot swelling developed throughout the day. This is around the sides of my chest and is the air and the blood. This looks a tad freaky because it will look like you are rounded at the side of your boobs, but again this is completely normal, nothing to worry about and will go down over time. I will let you know how long it takes to go down once it has gone Also I am eating and drinking normally. Please feel free to ask any questions. Hope everyones recoveries are going great! xo
  9. I am booked in for surgery with Dr Val on 15 August. Wondering if anyone else will be there for surgery on the same day?
  10. Hi everyone! I'm new to this community and am having breast augumentation surgery with Dr Teerasit this August 4th. I'm just wondering if anyone has any before or after photos of his work? I've searched a few threads about him but haven't been able to view any of the photos. I have seen a couple and am 100% happy with him as my surgeon but would really appreciate it if anyone could share their before and after photos? Thank you so much!
