Name of Surgeon and Date of Surgery

  1. I got implants in the first place to "lift" sagging breasts. They were over the muscle and looked great for a year or two until they made the sagging look worse. Then I got capsular contracture, and over time the implants shape got slightly distorted. In the meantime, I put on a decent amount of weight. My implants were modest to begin with, so now they were on the small side in proportion to my body. I decided I needed a revision and underwent the lift I should have had the first time around. My doctor wasn't clear about how involved the surgery would be, and I was under the misapp
  2. Hey all, I'm seeking opinions on pros and cons between implants being placed over the muscle vs under the muscle? I'd been really keen hear people's experience with both. Also I'm very active and work out at the gym last days so I'm not sure which one is better for people who work out regularly. And advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
  3. I can't find many reviews on Dr Morris Ritz here, can anybody tell me a little about him? also any other reputable surgeons in Melbourne. TIA
  4. Hello! I'm commencing my research into cosmetic surgery but feeling pretty overwhelmed and hoping to get some real info from people who've done it. I'm 26, from Melbourne, and I'm looking to get surgery on my breasts and also liposuction on my arms and inner thighs. I don't necessarily want my breasts to be big, I just want then to be a bit fuller but predominantly a much better shape and also I want my areolas to be smaller. I have always really disliked the shape of my boobs but in particular my nipples - while they're okay when the nipples are erect because the areola puckers, I reall
  5. Anyone had breast implants with nz surgeon Chris Adams? He's in wellington and nelson. I'm booked in for this feb. he seems great.
  6. Can any body recommend plastic surgeon s or hospitals in Bangkok Thailand for breast revision
  7. Hello ladies! has anyone recently explanted or have plans to explant? There’s nothing wrong with my implants, they actually look amazing! They’re just too big for me, and I’m no longer wanting these fun bags inside of me. The cost of removal is sometimes so much more expensive than the actual BA surgery! Has anyone received a quote that was under $4000? If so, where? My case is straightforward, the Cosmetic Institute -where I went for my BA - quoted $2990, but I’ve seen some ladies on here who have been quoted $2000?
  8. Hey girls! So 2 years ago I got my breast augmentation at the time my surgeon told me that 275cc under the muscle, round, high profile would be the biggest I could go. I’m 5’8 and 53kgs. Before surgery I was a 8A now I’m a 10C/D I’m really unhappy with the way they are looking as they haven’t dropped properly and not as big as I would like. I have attached a photo of what I really would like to achieve. Can any one recommend how many ccs I should be going and what shape and profile? I love the hole “natural” dropped under boob look. I’m wanting to be at least a DD after my second su
  9. I have my final consult with Mark Ashton tomorrow, I spoke on the phone to his receptionist today and she told me that I will not be using a post op bra or ANY bra for the first 6 weeks of my recovery- opposite to everything I've heard, I then asked about massaging and she told me that he does not encourage any massaging... he's so highly reputed and I trust him with the surgery but this sounds odd?! anybody else have any similar experiences? stats: 22, 180cm, 57kgs, 240cc-270cc? anatomical mentors under the muscle Surgery date: 30th October PS: Mark Ashton

  12. Hi guys! Got a consult for a BA with Dr. Edmund Ek from Melbourne institute of plastic surgery, in December, just curious whether anyone has had procedures done by him and how it went? I couldn't find much reviews on him. Going to be my first consult, so the nerves are building.
  13. hi hi! was thinking of going to Singapore a breast augmentation holiday... ^.^ Its cheaper, but way better standards than other cheaper asian countries (since they are so developed and a big reputation for worthiness. and then take the opportunity to have a good holiday recovering there. however, only started googling a bit on a few doctors and clinics. Anyone done it before in Singapore?
  14. Hello ladies! I'm having BA done in six weeks and am wondering if anyone has any tips, advice, or insight into stretch marks when receiving surgery? I don't have many- just a few on my bum- but am afraid that the skin around my breasts will get stretch marks going from a small A to a small D. I've been using coconut oil daily as a moisturizer but if anyone has advice it would be much appreciated! Thanks xx
  15. Hi Ladies, Anyone had Dr Craig Layt for both a Breast Lift/Implants? Or just Breast lift? Need to decide on a surgeon by end of jan, and currently lost. Any reviews would be good Thanks.
  16. Hi all, so I'm booked into PPSI with Dr Sanguan in July. Not long to go I'm so excited! Anyways, I was wondering if there are any girls on here who do weight lifting and have strong chest muscles and have had implants? I'm a little worried about the implants moving or looking a bit deformed with placement under the muslce? But I'm worried about them looking fake over... Dr. Sanguan said submuscular which is half and half. Has anyone had any experience with this? Thanks in advance for any help.
  17. Currently looking at getting a BL and BA through either Dr Edmond Ek or Dr Dilip Gahankari. Has anyone gone through these doctors and what are your thoughts. Also what would be a good recovery time before October and I'm open to any doctor suggestions.
  18. Hi, I'm booking my surgery with Melbourne Institute of Plastic Surgery for 29th June. I was originally with TCI Bondi but decided to switch after doing more research. The only thing is, i cant seem to find any before & afters or reviews on the surgeons at the Melbourne Institute? I need to pick a surgeon but I don't really have much to go from? Any help would be great! Thanks so much, xoxo
  19. Hi ladies, Does anyone else have saggy boobs now since having surgery? I am so disappointment with them..I have so much underboob and barely any cleavage. I used to be a B cup and have always had a low nipple placement, but now that they are a DD it seems like the skin has stretched too much and they have dropped too far down! I can't go back to the surgeon who did them because I had them done by Dr Piyapas in Phuket I did email him but he said that the implants are in my natural chest meridian lines, he mentioned that I would need a lift to make them sit higher but that wouldn't make
  20. Hi everyone! I am looking into a breast lift with implants in Perth, WA. I am hoping I can get some surgeon recommendations for the procedure. I am not looking for the obvious fake boob look, I like the natural and lifted pairs. Has anybody gone for this themselves and have any stories or recommendations? I am literally starting at the beginning on this journey and desperate for all the advice and help I can get!! Please throw all the details at me
  21. Hey everyone! I'm a 31 year old mixed Asian female with tan skin currently a size 8-10A cup or 30-32A. I'm petite, standing at 5'4.5" tall, size AU4-6 in clothing and weigh about 46kg. I'm pretty healthy, eat well and do moderate exercise. Appearance plays a major role in my profession and ever since I was a little girl have always wanted bigger breasts. After so much thinking and waiting for so many years I am finally in a position to be able to have breast augmentation. I had a consultation early this year and booked in my surgery with a board certified Melbourne based pl
  22. I didn't have a referral as I had my breast augmentation done in South Korea. However when I got back and had fallen ill with tonsillitis, I informed her about my surgery. She wanted a check up with me in a few weeks so I went today. When I saw her today, she said she was not judging me however asked if I'm okay, if I have low self esteem? Basically implied body dysmorphic disorder. Whilst this is a Dr in Singapore, I feel that in future when I go back to living in Australia I do not want to get a referral purely because of the questions. Did your Dr ask such questions? While I und
  23. Hi lovely ladies, So i'm trying to choose between Dr Miroshnik or Dr Moradi. I think i'm more leaning towards Miroshnik just because most of his results are exactly what I want but his price is a little higher. Dr Moradi's results are also awesome and he is a little cheaper but I think there's only about 2 grand difference between the two. I'm also travelling interstate for the surgery so just wondering if anyone has had experience with either surgeon travelling. Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated so I can make a decision and finally get my dream boobies haha!!
  24. So i'm looking to have a breast augmentation soon, and was wondering if anyone has been / knows anyone who has had surgery with Yourbreast? I've heard Greensmith and Southwick are good. I've also heard really good things about Dr Tavakoli & Dr Miroshnik in Sydney, their before/afters are amazing!!! If anyone has any recommendations or experiences (good or bad) on BA plastic surgeons please let me know! FYI - The look i'm going for is slightly out of proportion/augmented look, that "has she/ or hasn't she had them done look". I've attached some boobie inspo of girls who are sim
  25. Hi ladies! I am currently deciding on which doctor to go through with for breast implants. Perth is "home" yet I do not have a problem with flying as I want the best Dr with the best result. All seem very good in their own right. Prices - Tavakoli - 12k roughly Dona - 8.8k Cunneen - roughly 10k
