I've struggled for years about the shape of my boobs. They are a floppy triangle shape that curve around the outside and my nipples are far too low and basically face each other. I had always put it down to simply being a late grower or because I lost 30kg (even though they still were misshapen and underdeveloped before I lost weight) but through research I've come to the conclusion that they are tuberous. I'm only 19 and this deformity is causing so much emotional distress and self acceptance/conscious issues that I keep finding myself depressed with how my body looks. I wanted to know

Okay, so I have now widened my list of surgeons instead of narrowing it!! I am tossing up between these surgeons: Dr Miroshnik, Dr Steven Liew, Dr Steve Merten, Dr Moradi. I want a really really natural looking breast. I am currently a AA and am 175cm tall and 57kg. I just don't want big fake boobs! has anyone had or know of anyone who has had BA's with these surgeons who might be similar to myself?? Thanks

Hi there, I'm new to cosmetic journey. Im due to have my mild tuberous breasts corrected in January 2018 with dr Ellis Choy in Sydney. My breasts are currently fairly wide set and I'm worried that my implants will sit super wide also. I have a very small and slim chest build. Im 163cm, 50kg, B cup. The measurements we spoke about were 345cc in bigger breast and 390cc in smaller breast, anatomical implants, dual plane placement. I don't want to be too big for my body frame and haven't had my pre op sizers appointment yet, so will try on sizers then. But wanted to get some

Hiya Ladies, I'm booked in for my Unilateral Breast Augmentation in August with Dr Richardson. I was just wondering what other people's experience with him and correcting the tuberous breast situation. I've read on here a few things about his work not turning out so well and ladies haven't been as pleased with him because after they dropped they were very low. Can anyone share with me their experience if they've been in a similar situation please? I'm beginning to have second thoughts :S

Hello new member here had my breast augmentation after two kids and having a low self esteem on how my chest was left and deflated I was a very sad saggy C. On consultation I immediately fell in love with the 400CC but on the day of surgery my PS said he was going with 415CC I'm currently 10DPO and I think I'm seeing the swelling go down and what the end size will be and I'm not sure if maybe I should've pushed for a little higher maybe.Ive read about "boob greed" where women regret their size and stay unhappy with the end size so any 415CCs women out there what was your end bra size? I know l

Just wondering if anyone has received a medicare rebate and private health cover for a breast augmentation before? along the lines of mental health and body esteem? would love your feedback as I have always hated my tiny AA breasts but there is nothing structurally wrong with them. They definitely bring down my self esteem and self worth. Thanks in advance

Hi, I'm very new to this site but was wondering if there's been any interstate travellers who's had surgery with Dr Tavakoli? I'm from Adelaide and have just put my deposit of $3000 to secure my 9 Dec operation. I'm arriving the day before. My Avi is work done by Dr T, and think they're the perfect size. Would love any feedback from patients of Dr T. I've yet to have a Skype consultation (nov) so putting my faith from the reviews I've read!

Hi Guys, I am two weeks post-op for my breast augmentation and my surgeon did not mention massaging the implants and I forgot to ask about it. Do I need to be massaging my breasts? I've heard mixed things could someone tell me why it's important to do or not important to do?

It's wasn't until I saw Before and After pictures on a few Google Image searches that I realized I have grown up with Tuberous Breasts. I had always felt insecure and awkward about my breasts but I felt a sense of comfort once I realized that this condition is so comon! I booked in to see my GP and got a referral to Dr David Theile in Brisbane. I have researched Dr Theile and am excited to be having a consultation with him next week! I'am wanting to hear of your experiences with Dr David Theile, and anyone that has had this kind of surgery covered by Medicare (no I don't have any private

Hi ladies, I am new to this site. I had my consult with Dr Tavakoli and was so happy with him that I booked my surgery for June. Cannot believe how soon it is. I feel really excited but really nervous too. The girls in his office advised that it is fine for me to stay in Sydney for two nights in total. Arriving in Sydney on the day of surgery and going home on day 2. I just wanted to get other people's experiences on how they felt on day 2 post op and would they be ok to travel in a car for two hours? Thanks in advance :-)

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone has had experience with accessory breast tissue removal (also known as armpit fat). I am not a big girl but due to large breast growth i have developed extra breast tissue which is rather annoying and makes me look larger than i am. Is it an expensive procedure? covered by HBF or medicare? and has it got a long recovery time?. I can not seem to find plastic surgeons in perth who advertise it either. Thank you

Dr Jake Lim and his team come highly recommended. I went in for my initial appointment just before Christmas 2014. I wanted a man breast reduction and a tummy tuck. Dr Lim explained that a tummy tuck isn't going to achieve what I wanted it to achieve and suggested a body lift instead. Dr Lim also suggested I get each procedure done separately, as both procedures means I am under anaesthetic dangerously to long. I decided to go for the Male Breast removal first, then the body lift later in the year. I was booked in for the 28th January. I attended an appointment 2 weeks prior to my surgery

So, even though I'm happy with my recent BA, I'm seriously thinking about going back and getting bigger implants. If any of you ladies have done this, can you please tell me if it is worth it? Was recovery worse? Were your scars more noticeable? And how long after your first BA did you go back? Thank you xx

Hi Everyone, Has anyone experienced much change in the dopping/fluffing and general appearance of their breasts from 6 months onwards? So at the 1 year mark is there much difference from the 6 month mark? Thanks!

Hi Ladies I know It has been discussed at length somewhere else. I am 4 weeks post now and rubbing the following into my boobies. Jojoba Oil Argan Oil Rosehip Oil Bio-Oil Bepanthen (specifically on the incisions after oiling) I like it especially before putting a bra on. I have read on the American forums a lot of talk about Silicone sheets or Silicone gels which are apparently THE BEST. These sheets are about $100. The gels vary in price. Has anyone used them? Also, does anyone else massage the scar??

Hi ladies, I'm only a couple of days PO, not really needing pain meds anymore, but the thing that is bothering me most is that my incisions are itchy!! The skin on my boobs gets a little itchy every now and then, but it is easily fixed with coconut oil. how long can I expect itchy incisions to last for? They are under my boobs (the proper term eludes me at the moment!) and I do have some bruising above my surgical tape. Surgical tape is getting changed in 10 days time by the nurse. pumpkin.

Hey everyone! I just moved to Australia last year. I had a breast surgery done when I was 17 in switzerland due to an enormous difference in size between my left and right breast (left was a small A and right was a big C). Now I'm having some problems with my left silicone implant because it turned around and i can't turn it anymore and need to change the implant. Anyone who can recommend a surgeon that operates in a hospital? Also will i be able to go home straight after? Last time i had to spend a week at the hospital. It doesn't matter where the surgeon is located. Thanks everyone!!

I had a consult with Dr Piyapus hoping for a BA and he told me I needed a donut lift too. But I'm only 22 and no kids. Bit scared about the lift and was wondering if anyone would share your experience/advice. Also a perth surgeon I would be fine with just an implant but I feel like I won't truly be 100% happy. Kind of hoping info about scars, infection, breast feeding and needing more lifts down the road
