I had amazing cosmetic surgery at Brumrungrad in Thailand with a wonderful doctor who considers that plastic surgery is an art form.. Three years in and I still love the results. I'm now considering having some work on my face. I would love to hear from anyone who has had similar surgery in Australia or overseas. I'm considering an endescopic facelift or possibly cheek implants as well as upper/lower blephroplasty or fat transfer under the eyelids to recreate some volume in the face that I seem to be losing in my mid 30's. I have tried subdermal Q fillers in the cheeks about 18 months ago. Initially there was some increase in volume though not what I had hoped. The cosmetic Doctor told me the results would last a year.. They didn't.. Either that or my body metabolises fillers faster than it does chocolate! He has since suggested 'aggressive' thread lifting as a way to achieve the desired results in my face. I've since consulted with a plastic surgeon who is of the opinion that an endescopic facelift may be the way to go for a longer lasting alternative to filler. I'm mid 30s and I don't want an unnatural 'catwoman' mask where my face once was. Have also been wondering about cheek implants as an option. Would love to hear from anyone with ideas or experiences.
Hi ladies, After many years of being unhappy with the appearance of my nose - I'm considering Rhinoplasty, a chin augmentation and cheek fillers/or implants in Thailand. I've spoken to various agencies who organize travel and the surgery - destination beauty, gorgeous getaways and also have researched the Yoskarn Clinic in Bangkok with the plastic surgeon Dr. Somyos Kunachak (he is apparently the Michael Angelo of noses). Can anyone give me advise and or elaborate on their experiences? I would love to see REAL before and after pictures of Rhinoplasty surgery performed in Thailand. Thanks girls Mel
