  1. Hello, i am looking for a reputable plastic surgeon whom can fit me in for consultation and surgery within the next 2-3 weeks. I have done my research and it is something I've wanted for a long time. My urgency is due the fact I would like adequate time for healing before a trip on 10th September. I've finally saved up the costs and would love nothing more than to find the perfect surgeon who can give me new breasts as soon as possible. I have contact many clinics for availability but thought I would try this approach and see how things go. Thank you!l
  2. Hi all, I'm all new at this forum and have been seeing some great feedback. I've just booked my BA consult with Dr Miroshnik and after enquiring by email the standard wait was 4-6 weeks to get an appointment which I was happy with. I called to book in and the earliest was 12 weeks! So if you're looking to get into Dr M I'd book in for a consult sooner rather than later.. I'm excited though! Dr M looks like he produces some AMAZING results and does just what I'm looking for in the 'Natural Look' BA. If anyone has booked in or has had a BA with Dr M I would love to know your experiences/ feedback etc.. I'm quite lucky to live in the area so won't have to travel far to get the surgery done.. Actually happy that there's a little bit of a wait as was hoping to get the procedure done in winter when I can cover up a little bit while the girls settle in Not sure if I'll go round or anatomicals yet as my shape looks good now, size B, just want a bigger to a full C to compliment the rest of my frame.. Excited to see what size he thinks would suit my frame!! Anyways any feedback would be awesome!! Cheers Ali
  3. Hey ladies, So I had a consultation with Dr Moradi ( Plastic surgeon) at The Park Clinic in Sydney. From the moment I walked in for the consultation he instantly made me feel very comfortable. He discussed in detail the process of choosing the right size cc's, anatomical or rounds, HP or M+, the positioning etc etc. He then carefully measured me and took photos. I stressed to him that I want to be a large size but absolutely, completely, natural looking not fake looking AT ALL. We decided that I would be best with 425cc (as I'm 174cm height I can get away with a bigger size and I also have wide-set breasts so need a larger width size anyway) anatomical tear drop implants, dual plane placement and moderate plus profile. He showed me his before and afters which I was very impressed with! ( very natural looking ) He then went on to explain the process of surgery, risks and post op care. The consultation lasted for an hour. Overall I was so impressed with the consultation with Dr Moradi. You can tell he is a very genuine person yet has a very professional manner and instantly makes you feel comfortable. I feel confident he will be able to produce the results I want. I've decided to book in surgery with him this week. I'm nervous yet excited!
  4. So I had a consultation today and was able try on some implants beneath a sports bra. I made sure I took lots of photos to look back on...and now looking at them I can't help but notice that I look a bit fat with them in! The size the nurse selected was 480cc high profile implants and I was really surprised with the amount of cc's chosen for me! Please let me know what you think, whether this size is flattering or not

  6. It's wasn't until I saw Before and After pictures on a few Google Image searches that I realized I have grown up with Tuberous Breasts. I had always felt insecure and awkward about my breasts but I felt a sense of comfort once I realized that this condition is so comon! I booked in to see my GP and got a referral to Dr David Theile in Brisbane. I have researched Dr Theile and am excited to be having a consultation with him next week! I'am wanting to hear of your experiences with Dr David Theile, and anyone that has had this kind of surgery covered by Medicare (no I don't have any private health cover). Also if anyone has good recommendations for a loan that will cover my costs. Any opinions are valued!
  7. Hi Guys, I've finally taken the step to book consultations with the surgeons I have really taken a liking to. I have booked consultations with Dr Broadhurst and Dr Layt for next month. I think I am fairly prepared for the consultations. I have goal photos, know the size I would like to go, implant type, placement, my concerns, and I have many questions to ask. I need a better undertsanding of profiles and projection (if anyone can help?). So ladies, share your consultation experiences with me. Who did you see, what did you take, how did you prepare, what happened and how many surgeons you saw etc. I would love to hear about your experiences, especially if you saw Dr Layt or Dr Broadhurst.
  8. Hi Girls! So today I had my first consultation with Dr Scamp here in the Gold Coast. It went well! However I was one difficult patient due to my medical history of having severe Scoliosis. Scoliosis is when the spine is curved to a 'c' or 's' shape in your back. I had the Scoliosis surgery back in 2000 when I was 12 years old. I now have rods and screws in my back holding my spine straight but not 100%. But it is better than nothing. So now the curve has thrown off my whole body and has made both sides of me uneven. My chest, the end of my ribs and pec muscles are uneven. All these complications, in the end Dr Scamp has managed to get my sizing and shape right for my body! Thank god! Hahahaha! So he recommended me to do teardrops and we will be aiming for a small D. The whole thing will cost me $10,500, and the consult was complimentary. I will have no drains and no compression bra which is such a plus! So the next step is to book my surgery and find a great interest rate for a personal loan. Thinking about taking $5,500 on a personal loan and paying the rest in cash. Do any of you girls know which would be better to do? To go with a bank loan or with Mac Credit?
  9. Hiya! My consultation with Dr Miroshnik is on Tuesday - hooray so excited! I've been waiting 10 years for this!! I'm pretty sure I have all my "wish list" and "dislike list" pictures sorted, although I'll undoubtedly add more this weekend. I have a mint coloured clingy v neck t-shirt to try on with the sizers, but should I also be taking some other shirts? Although it does have a picture on it. I guess I could buy a cheap plain top from Kmart on the weekend... it seems like a silly question, but I was wondering if there is plenty of time to try them with multiple shirts? And if so, what types of shirts should I be taking? (This is my first consult) Also, for some reason I have a mental picture of the sizer bra being big and bulky (thinking ahh bra). Or is it like a regular bra? Cause I don't want it sticking out of my shirts and looking bad while I'm trying to focus on how the boobies look. thanks!
  10. Hi Ladies! So I am getting my BA in Thailand at the end of this month but I wanted to go for a consult here first. This is what the surgeon said he wanted to do for me; 240cc Silicon Gel High profile Breast fold incision Over the muscle I couldn't believe the size!! 240cc is tiny! I have push up bras that make me bigger than that! He put the implant in my top so I could see what it looked like and it was depressing! Still very tiny! I lost a bit of weight recently and was a D so now I'm about a B, I want my old boobies back! He said MAAYBBEE go up to 275cc but I know he said that just cause he could tell I wasn't pleased at all. I'm of the opinion that if I'm going to have surgery, I don't want to have just a slight increase, If I was to only have a slight increase then I might as well keep wearing padded bras. I originally wanted 400cc but now I'm wondering if I should drop it down to 350cc...??? With the incision site, I was set on peri-areolar but after he talked about the negatives of squeezing an implant through a small hole, I am now thinking I might go with the breast fold like he recommended.. But with the placement! Over the muscle! I thought I wanted subpectoral placement but I don't know what to think anymore! For most women with this placement, the cons do outnumber the pros but the two pros that did take my notice were; a faster and less painful recovery and women who lift weights should get this placement. After the consult I googled it and to me it seemed like it was recommended for body builders.. Now I do want to start putting on muscle but no where near as much as a body builder and probably not even as much as a fitness model. So I don't know what to do.. Do I stick with my original inclination of the subpectoral placement or do I start considering overs? I would have enough breast tissue and fat tissue to cover the edges of the implant so that wouldn't be a problem. Opinions and advice would be amazing!! xx
  11. This is my first post in the forum, after obsessing over it for months and months! It has helped me so much in getting to this point, my surgery for a BA with Dr Rastogi is booked in for tomorrow! In less than 24hrs I'll be in the hospital, perhaps even on the operating table! I'm currently a 12B, and am hoping for D/DD. Dr Rastogi and I have decided to go with Silimed Natural Furry Brazilian implants, with a submuscular dual placement. I'm a PT, very active in the gym, lifting weights regularly, so it's important for me that my implants cater for this. I am not nervous at all! I know I couldn't possibly have picked a better surgeon, take a look at his website, he is well known for his beautiful, natural looking work. I had done alot of research into various surgeons, had another consultation with a surgeon in Melbourne (where I'm from, Rastogi is in Sydney), looked into overseas surgery, but within 5 minutes of my consult with Dr. R, I knew he was my surgeon. His attention to detail is flawless, and he really looks at your body and considers exactly what it is YOU, as an individual will need, then makes all his choices from there. Which of course is the way it should be with all surgeons for such an important surgery, but sadly isn't from my experience with others. I have always been conscious of the fact that I am bottom heavy, carry all my weight on my thighs, and the Dr spoke about how he would position the implants to balance this out. I will post again as soon as I am out of surgery, and up for typing!! Would love to provide as much information as possible for others considering BA
  12. I'm heading up to Sydney in August to The Cosmetic Institute in Sydney in August and was wondering if any of you know what places in Mebourne do free consultations for a BA? Just want to get a feel of the implants, sizes and some opinions before I go up to Sydney
  13. Just wondering where you girls found your images to take along to your consults to discuss what you like and what you dont like in order to communicate to your surgeon what you hope to acheive? Do you think google images is a good source? Do you know of any websites which have a variety of comparison before and afters? I've personally been google imaging, copying and pasting onto a word doc with the stats of the surgery, and why i like/dont like that particular image. i've made a manilla folder of them and going to take along to new first consults with surgeons and my 2nd consult with Dr ******. Thoughts? Opinions? and can we please keep the thread a positive one. constructive critisism welcome but no catty responses to me or anyone else please. here for support remember.
