  1. Hi everyone, I had a consultation with Dr Phoon (based in Sydney) from the Park Clinic two days ago and have also been in communication with someone from CosMedi Tour Australia. I am really quite confused on what to do next and I am desperately seeking advice. Dr Phoon was incredibly professional and the entire consultation process was flawless. I was very nervous going in as this is the first time I had ever seen anyone about my breasts (aside from my GP). Dr Phoon spent a lot of time explaining things, was kind and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable. After taking a look at my breasts he told me I had the tuberous breast deformity...I can't say that i'm surprised as I always knew my breasts weren't normal but having it confirmed was bitter sweet. Dr Phoon recommended Mentor implants, 330cc, along with fat grafting to round out my shape. My quote just came through and its close to $17,000. I knew it would be pricey but this is more than I can afford now, although - I fully trust Dr Phoon and his team in regards to their pricing and fees. I am certain I want to go through with this, its just a matter of saving the funds. I also sent through my pictures to CosMedi Tour and I received back a quote of around $8000. The quote I received mentioned the following, but no mention of 'tuberous breasts' - "As you have a tight lower pole (distance from your nipple to breast fold) and very wide set breast tissue, the firmer gel Teardrop implant is recommended to push up your natural breast tissue to provide you with more upper pole fullness. This will create a closer cleavage and more ‘side boob’, whilst maintaining upper pole fullness, due to the dimensions of the implant." I have heard that CosMedi Tour (Sydney) use the Dr's from Park Clinic as their surgeons, so this would be Dr Phoon and Dr Moradi (he was my second choice for consultation). I am now thinking it would be worth going through CosMedi Tour Australia (Sydney) to get my procedure done as they will be using the two surgeons I was interested in anyway. But for the price of $8000 I am a little skeptical...does anyone have any experience with CosMedi Tour? I'd love to go direct with Dr Phoon, I am going to start saving more so that I can do this, but just curious on the price difference. Any help would be so greatly appreciated!
  2. Hey girls! This is my first post; just looking for some advice on multiple things to do with the surgery. I've planned the BA at the beginning of my travels for at least 6 months. We're going to Thailand, Dubai, then travelling around Europe. I know and understand the recovery time and the process of a BA and will be taking time in Thailand and Dubai particularly to relax and recover for a few weeks to begin with and have a very supportive boyfriend to help me throughout. I've booked my BA with Dr. Veerawat in Phuket in February. From the online consultation, I've discovered my breasts are slightly tuberous. Surgical recommendation is that I have a tight and narrow lower pole and will require some internal scoring, dual plane placement, with teardrop implants. It also states that if I want more with my nipples he would suggest a donut lift. I've read that he tends to suggest this option to perfect the look quite often. Personally I think internal scoring with be enough. Has anyone had this experience? I'm just worried that my nipples with stretch and look bigger. Does this occur with a BA for people with slight/mild tuberous breasts quite often and is it possibly better to have a donut lift? My nipples are I guess relatively big considering the size of my breasts currently, yet my breasts are quite tiny. Does anyone suggest the Surgery Travel warranty with cosmeditour? Would love to hear any advice. X
  3. Hi Ladies, Has anyone out there been told they have Tuberous breasts and/or have had them corrected? For as long as I can remember I’ve had weird looking breasts and last year a surgeon mentioned I may have Tuberous Breasts after him looking at photos. I have been doing my research a lot lately and have come across a few surgeons who fix this problem, Dr Tavakoli in Sydney and Dr Moradi in Sydney (Through CosMediTour). Dr Tavakoli is quite expensive though, I’ve been quoted $18,500 for a BA + Lift which is what was recommended after I completed an assessment form online with photos. Has anyone had a BA with CosMediTour, if so which Surgeon and how much did you pay? Was there Medicare attached to it? Hope someone one can help me out!
  4. Hey guys, I'm pretty new to this forum. So, I've just started looking at getting BA done in Sydney. Keen to get teardrop, saline - implants in a 300-350CC. Naturally I'm a 10D, Height - 153, Weight - 57. I want something natural, not too over the top. Open to your suggestions in finding a good surgeon.
  5. I'm struggling to find any bad reviews on cosmeditour how are they so cheap even in Australia? If anyone's had one with them please share!! im booked a consult with tci but since discovering them I am considering booking with them
  6. Hi all. I'm wanting to get a breast augmentation but have no idea where to start. I've enquired at cosmeditour au. Has anyine had theirs done through them? Pros cons good surgeons? Also how do I even know where to start with size, shape. Under muscle on top. I'm also in new zealand so will be travelling across to get them done. Any advice is welcome and super appreciated x
  7. Hi ladies, I have paid my deposit for breast augmentation through Cosmeditour in Thailand. I'm going for a tear-drop implant. I am not sure how big I could go, i'm only 5'feet tall and 42 kgs in weight. My breast is really small like 32AA or 32A. I have not finalised a surgery date yet but it will be between May or June next year. I have little idea yet what to expect or what to do beforehand as it was just 3 weeks ago I started contemplating that maybe I should get a boob done anyway to treat myself to wear a pair of bikinis with nice boobies! Haha (wild dream I never thought I would get by next year haha) The agent from Cosmeditour recommended Dr V I have two overseas holiday prior May/June2018 so now starting to save up as well to shop for some clothes haah i think i'm too excited lol
  8. Hi, I am about to have a BA, and am really struggling with choosing between Dr Justin Perron, or going through CosMedi Tour Australia on the Gold Coast. I had my initial consult with Dr Perron and loved him! I've read nothing but great reviews about him. I looked into CosMedi Tour on the Gold Coast purely because of the amazing price difference. I found that the surgeons aren't listed and you don't know which surgeon you will be assigned until after your consult which is super scary. All procedures are done under the supervision of Dr Luke Stradwick, who also has amazing reviews, but it scares me and makes me feel like these surgeons performing the BA are not skilled enough, as they obviously need to be supervised. However, they have a $350 revision surgery warranty for 12 months where it covers everything which is excellent. Just wondering if anyone could give me any advice on Cosmedi Tour or Dr Perron. I am super nervous!!! Dr Perron Suggested 380cc round under the muscle implants. Cosmedi tour recommended Firmer Gel Allergan tear drop implants due to my large gap in the middle of my chest, saying round would make me look too far apart and fake. I am really seeking a natural look but Dr Perron. showed me before and afters of round implants and I could barely notice the difference so was convinced I could save money and not run the risk of the tear drops rotating. What are your guy's thoughts, and what do you think of the brand implants recommended? I have also heard there is less chance of CC with tear drops. Any advice is so greatly appreciated!! If you need photos to help me I will upload them. THANK YOU!
  9. Hi everyone! This is my first forum post. I am planning on having a breast augmentation later in the year. I feel more comfortable using an agent than just on my own. What are your experiences using an agent and are there any you would avoid? I've seen some posts on here where the agent rep didn't show until time for payment etc, didn't support with the consult or pre surgery at all. If I'm paying for support, that's what I expect to get! So far I have talked to two agencies, international rejuvenation and cosmeditour. Initial vibes after info packs and phone convos are good with IR and less good with cosmeditour. I still think both are great but felt cosmeditour was trying to up sell me with teardrops when from my research round will recommendation a good result. I am also definitely going to contact nib options as although they are new, they have had an Australian plastic surgeon check out each of their Thai surgeons. That really makes me feel a lot better about travelling to Thailand! Please post below your experiences with any agent, good or bad, and your experience going it alone too. Thanks!
  10. Hi all, I am a 35yr old mother of 2 that requires revision surgery after initial implants 14yrs ago. Wondering if I could get some experiences and opinions on Cosmeditour and surgeon suggestions for Bankok. Thank you.
  11. Hi all hoping you can help with some advise! I am struggling to reach a decision on whether to get rhino surgery with dr montein in Bangkok (world medical centre) with cosmeditour, or, stay in Sydney and have rhino with dr Jeremy hunt who seems to be well accredited. Costs associated are actually not horrendously different, CosMediTour's all up including flights will be around $10k, whilst Sydney is looking closer to $16k. My main concern is post op care and follow ups which it doesn't seem you can get if I go through cosmeditour. has anybody done either and can help with their expierence, if it turned out ok? thanks so much!
  12. hi ladies! I am interested in getting a BA through cosmeditour but I am concerned that they are trying to upsell me to anatomicals when that isnt the look I want or need. has anyone had a BA with them and paid of anatomicals and ended up getting rounds with a refund for the difference? was it hard to get the money back? cheers Sarah
  13. Hey guys, 4 days ago I had my breast Augmentation through CosMediTour in Sydney. Iv been youtubing my experience so feel free to check it out and ask any questions ! I'm super happy no regrets! Here's the link!
  14. Hey everyone! Ive been thinking about getting boobs done for awhile now. I've done some research and was looking to go to the cosmetic institute but decided to go with cosmeditour Sydney instead. I'd like to know if anyone has gone there and could tell me their experiences and what they went through. I really have no clue when it comes to surgery so I want to prepare myself. Right now I've decided to get silicone, under the breast, under the muscle and round implant. This is not 100% as I will want to talk to a surgeon first before making my final decisions. Xx
  15. Hi all, I am going to get breast implants in Thailand next year and am wondering if anyone has had theirs done through CosMediTour or Destination Beauty. I am trying to decide between the two.
  16. Hi ya, my friend and I have been looking into going with Cosmeditour from NZ for BAs. We only know what we have seen on the net. What do you girls find better, we are both realisticly Acup, or small Bs. both 31 with kids and under 68kg. she is slim, I still have a mummy tummy fml. Where do you stay, what do you suggest? What are the groups like? What should we ask for/not ask for? What are the best places to pick? Who did you go through for flights etc. Where do I find before and after pics that arent on their websites?? Thanks so much ladies! So excited, but nervous!
  17. Hello =] After seeing a lot of you recommend a plastic surgeon vs cosmetic I have decided to look into Cosmeditour. Can you please share your experience with them, I am quite nervous and quite excited to beggin my journey. I have looked at their instagram and am pretty thrilled with there images of their procedures. If you don't mind sharing any photos that would be a great help, what size did you go, did you go with what they recommended or what you wanted? Who was your Dr? I am around 165cm and weigh 53kg. TIAxx
  18. So this is the start of my journey. I am not really expecting too many people to read or follow, but I figured that if there is anyone out there to give me tips or advice, then I would love to hear it! Actually I would love to hear it all! I would rather be prepared with more advice than not enough. Over the past 2 weeks i have been investigating getting a tummy tuck. The more I have researched, the more appealing the mummy makeover has become. I actually love my breasts and did not really see a need to get them increased, but now after looking at enhancements, i am excited. I have been considering the costs of getting a mummy makeover here in Australia versus Thailand. I have gone over the pros & cons for the surgery & being overseas in an international country versus being at home. I like the idea of being at home for my recovery, however I know myself too well, i will not rest, I will run after my kids & did I mention that I am super mum - well so I think. But reality has hit me that I will be down & out for at least a few weeks & I want the best results from my surgery i can possibly get. So I have decided to go away to Thailand. Not to meantion that the cost has also been a major positive factor in this decision. Now to find a surgeon. I have read a lot of great feedback about Dr Boonchai & I have also read a lot of positive feedback about Cosmeditour. So I have made the first steps & contacted cosmeditour. They not only tried calling me to discuss what I am wanting to achieve but they have been very helpful with the million questions that i already have. First steps with cosmeditour - complete the online assessment form along with your photos for assessment. So this was a little daunting. I want to get a TT because I have always ben a fit & active dancer. But after having my children my stomach muscles did not rejoin & I have excess skin. Not only do I dislike the look of my stomach, but I cannot stand anybody looking at me - BUT WAIT - I have to send these photos to start my consultation. Anyways I have done it. I have sent all 12 photos through & now I am waiting on the results of my assessment. The surgeon they think would be best for me, the proceedure, size etc. I am now excited. I guess one thing that I did not mention is that I am looking to get this done around 20th August 2016 - yep about 5 weeks time. So if there is anybody else going to Thailand around the same time, i would love to hear from you. Once I have confirmed my surgery booking, I am sure that I will have a million questions about aftercare, garments, preparation for the op etc. I will post some photos shortly of my progress & story.
  19. Hi girls! I'm booked in for the 20th October with Dr Yang. I've booked through CosMediTour on the Gold Coast (going through the Breast Academy) & I'm trying to find girls that have any info about Dr Yang or even better who have had him as their surgeon!? Looking forward to the procedure but want to see work he's done or any stories relating to him that might ease my mind. It's such a big body change so want to make sure I research every angle. Any help is SO appreciated x

  21. Has anyone had a BA by Dr Charalambos Georgiou through Breast Academy/cosmedi tour on the Gold Coast? I have been accepted as a candidate for surgery for allergan teardrop implants. Just wondering what others experiences have been like with Dr Georgiou, particularly those with mild sagging who may have been borderline breast lift. I know he is only here until late July so I'm trying to decide whether to book in before then so he will be my surgeon. Or wait until a new doctor starts in August. I hope to achieve a strong inner cleavage without a bra but still stay in a size proportionate to my shape, maybe mid 300's? Thanks for any any advice.
  22. Hey ladies! Anyone heading to Bangkok for any surgery? Im heading over by myself & would like to catch up with people if the timing works out. Im heading over approx July 3 for 2 weeks
  23. Hi Ladies, Im booked in with Cosmeditour for a TT with Dr Pornthep in July thid year. Im wondeering if anyone took their own compression garment? If so where did you get it and what type was suitable? Also has anyone that went through Cosmeditour accept the film offer to have your journey filmed? If so what did you get in return? And how often were you filmed? I just cant seem to find info anywhere on anything ....sigh
  24. Hi this is my first post I'm thinking of going with Dr Pornthep in July for TT and arm lift. I would love to hear what you think of him and his work, would also love feedback on your experience with Cosmeditours. Thank you
  25. Hi ladies I'm new here sent photos through to cosmeditour and they recommended teardrop implants I'm not even a 10A, maybe 8A and compete in bikini division of bodybuilding comps so I stay relatively lean. They said I have a long chest wall that's quite ribby. Interested in hearing from other women who were in a similar starting position, did you go bigger with teardrops? Or how big. Or had tear drops through cosmeditour a total noob and always thought I'd have round implants. Thanks!
