  1. Hey ladies. Wondering if anyone can share some stories or reassurance. I had my surgery in Thailand 13 months ago and have double bubble and breasts have bottomed out laterally. While I'm lucky my double bubble isn't too bad. I've bottomed out laterally so when I lay down they essentially fall into my armpits. Feels like my boobs have sagged a bit and my cleavage is not that great when not in a bra. The hospital in Phuket is covering most of the surgery to fix it- but they said it'll be determined what's actually being done when I'm over there: just wondering if anyone else has had revision for something similar and if you've had good outcomes? Ive become so self conscious I hardly like having my partner see me naked anymore... I used to love them so much, and now it's bdvkmt such a thing. Thanks in advance!
  2. Hello Ladies I had my first BA in Perth last year i was wanting a full E cup and was recommended 500cc high profile implants placed under the muscle, i was happy with the results but as they began to settle into place and drop they reduced in size and i ended up with a double bubble effect i was told it would improve with massaging but one year later and the problem had gotten worse. I'm 168cm tall with broad shoulders so i can take a good size I'm hoping to go with 700cc implants im a tad scared of going any bigger and possibly with ultra high implants this time. I read about internal bras with strattice but its been difficult to find someone in perth that can do this so im looking to head over to phuket for the surgery. Any girls out there that have got large implants and what has been your experience having a second BA? any recommendations ? Thanks in Advance
  3. Hi Ladies, I got my first BA in Perth last year went with 500cc high profile mentor gel implants under the muscle i was first stoked with the outcome but unfortunately I've developed the double bubble effect i want to get larger implants as the 500cc wasnt as big as i hoped ended up a DD im aiming for 700cc maybe with the ultra high implants with possibly a mini breast lift and internal bra if needed... anyone out there that was been to PIAC? recommend any particular surgeon? Thanks in Advance
  4. Hi everyone, Im new to this, i just thought I'd jump on to share my experience with you all. I had my Ba in April this year. I have wanted a breast augmentation for years, and finally at 26 i decided to go for it. I did so much research on Australian surgeons and also Thai surgeons, I decided that for the price of a BA in Thailand i couldn't see any reasons not to go, with such wonderful reviews from girls that went over there to the impressive resume of my surgeon, who happens to be the head surgeon of Bangkok Hospital. I contacted a VERY well known australian company and they were so lovely in my first consultation, then after I had paid them, they didn't want to know about me. I had such a bad feeling about the whole thing but put it down to nerves. They didn't answer my calls and when i chased them up after not hearing anything for 4 weeks, I was treated like a complete inconvenience. this wasn't a once off of them having a bad day, it was EVERY time i contacted them. I organised my own flights and accommodation and travelled with my partner. Surgery day, you see the surgeon a couple of hours before the surgery (so not like here where you can think about it or go back and discuss any concerns) and before i knew it i was falling asleep and so excited that when i wake i would have a brand new set of boobies! the staff at the hospital were wonderful, so gentle and caring. That made me feel really good and confident. 5 days later and i would have my bandages removed to reveal my new assets. they looked quite far apart, and one was lower than the other. My concerns were brushed off and i was told by my surgeon to wear a strap under the bust to prevent them from slipping down. This did NOT sound normal to me. but i did and i wore it for 2 months as tight as I could like he told me. it was like wearing a corset. Just so you all know, i am 5'1 and 45kgs and quite lean. I have 375cc high profile mentor smooth silicon implants. When i got home, things weren't looking any better, dispite doing everything down to a t, and by the book, I didn't want to do anything that might alter the final result.I would email my surgeon on a weekly basis with my concerns but was told it was normal and to keep warring the strap and post op bra. which i have been doing all along. (my post op bras i got from breast care WA and sent them my measurements, i got 2 front zip up ones for $75 each they sent me the smallest ones they had, that were 70cm.....I sent them my 66 cm measurements so i had to have these altered. they didn't even contact me to let me know they didn't have any small enough for me) Still concerned with the way they looked and calling the Australian company i went with, with my concerns, who mind you never even contacted me to see how i was going after my op. they sounded extremely concerned when they finally answered and said they would contact me back with a resolution asap. They never did, so i sent all of my photos and forwarded all of my emails that i had with my surgeon so they would have a history as to what has been going on. No response....so i again was chasing them up. Before i left they said should anything happen they have doctors here to help if needed. when they finally got back to me, it was offering to book me in with their GP, I had already booked in with my own GP to see what she thought and she was extreme concerned and sent me to a plastic surgeon here. I had my consult last week, and this is whats wrong (as worded by my surgeon here) In simple terms what has happened is:- 1) The implants have been placed too far apart 2) The muscle has not been released in the centre of your chest and you are getting "animation" of the implant when you flex your muscles. The implant is being pushed out by the muscle 3) There is double bubble complications 4) There is bottoming out of the implant. I knew something was wrong, and after them always telling me that they were fine, it was such a relief to hear that they weren't. I am so lucky in the sense that i didn't get any infections and that what has happened is fixable. although they will never be perfect, it could be much worse. I am now left to pay for this here. I feel so disappointed and heart broken, The pain is still lingering and i work in the fitness industry, so this has also effected my work. Before you look at saving a dollar, please remember that while there is a chance this may not happen, if it does you are left with the cost. This may happen here also but at least you can go back and have it fixed (most surgeons would do it for free if it was their error) I can't wait to have this all fixed and be able to look back at this and hopefully feel better about myself. Thats such a big part as to why we do it right? for the confidence, now mine has been diminished. PS, I still haven't heard from the Australian company I went with....What a joke. I hope me sharing this helps someone... xox
  5. Hi Ladies! I am completely new to these forums but really need some help! I have just received an evaluation form from dr worapong from bangpakok 9 hospital in thailand and he wants to do above the muscle implants as they will keep my breasts looking more natural and closer together. However, I've been reading everywhere online that under the muscle is the way to go, and over the muscle increases the 'double bubble' effect and more likely chance of rippling/repeated surgery. I am worried that the only reason he chose this is because it's an easier operation. I only want to go from a B to a C... Has anyone out there had over the muscle from dr worapong? or have anything to say about over the muscle etc etc? I would love to hear what you have to say. Thank you!!! x
  6. Hello! I'm a total newbie here but have been stalking forum posts for ages haha and haven't found much recent info on Dr Szalay in Brisbane so I thought I'd ask around. I went to a consult with Dr Harwood first and he recommended 435 brazilians unders but I went to Dr Szalay (who I think I prefer, his photos are freaking amazing!) and he said I could only use brazilians if I went over as I would get a double bubble with 445s? I'm not sure why brazilians would give me a double bubble? I am after a fake but still natural look but want to be able to create insane cleavage and apparently textured implants are harder to create cleavage because they are firmer? Dr Szalay recommended textured unders for me but I'm terrifiedof rippling and all the research I've done seems to be that there isn't much difference in rates of CC between textured and smooths... and I thought brazilians were the best so I'm totally unsure now. I'm so confused and not sure what to do! Does anyone have any advice on implant surfaces or how they made their decision? and if anyone could share their experience with Dr Szalay? Sorry I know most of these questions have been asked before but there's not much recent info on Dr Szalay or the implants he uses. Thanks
  7. Hi ladies I'm new round these parts as a member but have been reading these threads for a while and can't collectively thank you all enough for the insight I've gained into BAs. I'm hoping to undergo a BA in June at PIAC after wanting "round boobs to fill a bra, not unfrozen Sunnboys" for as long as I can remember. A friend had her BA there about 2 years ago and they look fantastic, unsure of the PS but she can't rave highly enough about the whole experience. To give you an idea of my natural boobs - "deflated Sunnyboys" is a bit harsh, but they're just pretty small on a broad athletic body. They don't seem particularly bad, just small with a lot of space between the two (cleavage... what's that?!) but I've generally always worn ridiculously padded bras (that were hollow!) which do a good job of false advertising while clothed. I initially enquired through a few beauty getaway companies regarding a BA in Bangkok, but received one or two-sentence responses to my enquiries, even after I sent through dodgily-lit photos for a consult. I contacted PIAC and immediately received what I feel is a much more professional response, and was told to redo the shoddy photos with better light, which I did. I sent off my well-lit tits to PIAC with a description of what I am hoping to achieve and received a response about 36hrs later. Received a detailed 2-pager recommendation, which I must say has freaked me out a little. "Dr. Veerawat notes that you have a difficult breast contour, there is minimal volume at the inner and lower quadrant. Further, your breasts sits high on the chest. He recommends teardrop implants placed over the muscle or through dual plane technique, via the inframammary fold. IMPORTANT: there is high risk of double bubble and medial breast fold. He cannot guarantee this." My aim is to have a nice rack, C or D max, and through my research on and off over the past year I had a feeling perhaps a teardrop implant would suit my shape. I mentioned this when emailing my expectations of the BA to PIAC but merely said I would be interested to know more about them. When I responded to the above email and asked if the high risk of double bubble and medial breast fold was particular to my shape or if the warning is something everyone receives, I received this: "Based on your chest diameter and natural breast shape, Dr. Veerawat notes that teardrop implants would lessen the risk of double bubble however he wants to emphasize that he cannot guarantee this. He further notes that yours is a difficult case." My questions are - *Has anyone else seen Dr V or another PS who's received this kind of appraisal? *Does anyone with teardrop implants have any issues / successes / suggestions? My initial response when I read their email was, "Well, I'm not going to have a BA if I am in a much higher-risk category than normal," but I'd love feedback from anyone willing to help a sister out I am fully aware that any surgery is risky, so am hoping to make myself as informed as possible. Thanks so much in advance - this really is such a wonderful forum. x
