  1. Im feeling so upset. I had a breast lift and implants on the 5th feb at theptarin hospital and went through Bangkok makeovers, whilst everything generally went ok, The after care and final results are not at all what I wanted and I feel absolutely gutted. I cant een begin to describe how I feel. I wanted big boobs, not natural looking boobs. When we were in consultation I was under the impression I was opting for larger boobs and dr preehaphas said 325cc was big. I really wish I had gone 400cc at least. Evveryone says the just look like natural normel boobs. Not really what I wanted at all. So anyway I had excepted the size and decided I will just live wth it. I still had steri tape on around the areola insicion and asked Bangkok makeovers when to take it off. A few days later I got a short reply, let them fall off naturally. I hae felt completely uneducated about any after care and every question I ask I may get a response for 1/3 questions. When I saw a small dark spot on insicion, I asked Rachel to look at the photo attached and was worried it was dying tissue. I got no reply exept for take the steri strips off and see a doctor. I saw my doctor that morning who couldn't help me because he isn't a plastic surgeon and said to send photo to the company and show dr p. I emailed again and my response I received said, "I showed dr p, photo is too close, see your doctor" I was furious because I already had aand I would at least have thought she would hae asked me for another pic or some questions about symptoms. I then replied after I took the steri strips off to my absolute shock I have one MASSIVE nipple and one small nipple. (in consultation Rachel told me dr p had cookie cutters to resize them) When I emailed about the size difference she completely disregarded me and didn't even acknowledge that there was an issue. SO I am now, after planning and saving for years, and all the time off work and away, am going to see a different surgeon to get my nipples sized, and implants that are actually larger. Im not complaining as I probably could have been more clearer about wanting BIG implants, but I guess I trusted their oppinions, Whilst it was not a bad experience, Im so devasted with my nipples and im back to not wanting to show my breasts, after a trip that cost me 7,000. Be clear girls of what you want and please if getting an aerola insicion (I wasn't even told what insicion I was getting) please make sure your doctor can size them accuretly. Mine look like they have been cut but who knows what happened. Will post pics if interested in Dr Ps work.
  2. Hey everyone, This is to show you my results from my aerolar lift and implants organised by rachel at bangkok makeovers by dr P. As you can see, the surgeon over dissected the pocket and the implants raise up to my collarbone and my nipples have trippled in size. Its been an ongoing battle, but i want to put these photos to as many girls wanting to save some dollars like i did and see bangkok makeovers, because i can tell you know, this has ruined me. The help ive gotten? none. About to put 14,000 australian dollars to an australian plastic surgeon to have these fixed. Wish i never went to bangkok, let alone to see Dr P or rachel. IF you want more infomation please message me im happy to show the emails i have recieved from bangkok makeovers.
  3. Has anyone had surgery in Thailand with Dr P? I have had a chat to a few girls and they say it was a great experience and the job was greatly done but i cant find many pictures? id prefer Australia but going overseas doesn't phase me just after reviews/ opinions and pics if you have had surgery with Dr p at Bangkok makeovers! Thanks
  4. First of all I want to thank everyone on this forum. Without you I could not make my dream come true… Special thanks to Mousey, she is sooo wonderful. I had a big lift without implant with Dr. P. My goal was to have a lift WITHOUT implants. I had very very saggy breast, one of the worst breasts. They looked like socks. I went to see a doctor in Australia, he told me that it will be flat on the top because he cannot lift tissue up and I will need implants. I was so disappointed because I thought I had enough tissues… I was DD when I wore bra. Then I read Mousey's posts, I saw her photos and her boobs looked one of the best for me! So natural and so beautiful…. She told me that Dr P spent 6 hours to create beautiful breast without implant. Not many surgeons have this technique…to create beautiful breast just with your own tissue. Dr P can lift tissue up, not only skins. I emailed my photos to Dr P and he wrote me that I might need implants as I don't have enough tissue to create beautiful breast. I was bit disappointed. But Mousey cheered me up…She saw my photos and she believed that I had enough tissue. I decided to try a lift without implant no matter what Dr P said. In case I was not happy with the result, I could go back to Thailand another time and have BA. I arrived Thailand one day before the surgery. I wanted to go with Bangkok makeover but their apartments were fully booked. I booked my consultation and surgery through Bumrungrad Hospital's website. I booked Bumrungrad Hospitality residence for accommodation, which is just 3 minute away from the clinic. I went to see Dr P. I was bit nervous but Dr P said that it's possible to have a lift WITHOUT implants as I have enough tissue…! When he saw my photos he thought I would need implants but he realized that I had enough tissue When he saw and touched my boobs. And he measured me and he showed how my new boobs gonna be. The surgeon in Australia just tried to remove skins at the bottom without lifting up tissue but Dr P put something like a pen from the bottom to the nipple and lifted up my boobs, and he folded excess skins and create beautiful boobs!! (Now my boobs look just like he simulated) Then I had a surgery….I had no fear, just felling happy. After the surgery I didn't feel pain so much but I had bad reaction from anesthesia. I felt like vomiting but I tried to hold it… But I thought it's better to vomit to detox anesthesia which is like a poison for our body. I vomited once and I felt so much better. There is an injection to hold it but I think it's better to vomit as it's a natural reaction to clean our body. I stopped taking pain killers 2 day post op. I didn't use sleeping pills, I can sleep without it. Dr P recommend to wear underwire to hold breast but it was painful because there are incisions on the wire. I am wearing non underwire and feeling so much better. Almost no pain without pain killers 3 day post op when I lie down. I feel pain when I walk but it's not so bad. I put my photos so send me a friend request if you are interested in:) if you want to be added, you have to send me a message, I don't usually add people without their own photos, even if you just have pre op ones that's fine;) I strongly recommend to go without implants if you are happy with the size you have now. Without implant, less painful and you don't need to think about redo:) I liked the Australian surgeon, he was good man, but Dr P is much more skilled. My breast seemed one of the worst, but he gave me beautiful breast... Dr P is amazing....
  5. Hi everyone I haven't been on the forums for a while (life has kept me very busy lately!) but I thought I'd check in and update my photo album with a new photo of my boobs as they are today, 7 months (and 11 days) post op. I had my BA on 7th Feb with Dr Preeyaphas. They look pretty good and overall I'm very happy, they are a huge improvement on what I started with. I think they'll always be a bit uneven because the left was smaller and had a different placement and nipple size, so given that, they look quite even! The left is worrying me a little because it's still a bit hard, so I'm checking with Rachel via email about that. Hopefully it's just taking a little longer because there was 50cc more in there. I would have thought by 7 months out they would be completely settled?? To all those who sent me friend requests, I will be accepting them now, sorry for the delay!! Here are the links to the previous threads on my surgery: http://www.plasticsurgeryforum.com.au/forums/showthread.php?2079-6-week-post-op-%28with-Dr-P-Bangkok%29-photos-added-to-my-photo-album http://www.plasticsurgeryforum.com.au/forums/showthread.php?1853-BA-in-Bangkok-with-Dr-Preeyaphas-story-amp-progression-photos http://www.plasticsurgeryforum.com.au/forums/showthread.php?1628-Newbie-surgery-on-7th-Feb-in-Bangkok!

  7. Hi girls For those who have added me as a friend, I have now uploaded 6 week post-op photos to my album Anyone who is interested in seeing them who isn't a friend, feel free to add me. You can read up on my surgery in my previous thread http://www.plasticsurgeryforum.com.au/forums/showthread.php?1628-Newbie-surgery-on-7th-Feb-in-Bangkok! Very pleased with how they are looking. I've emailed Rachel to ask some questions and see what she thinks. Today is the first day I've taken the tape off my incisions without putting it back on. Hopefully I can start scar treatment with bio oil soon. Tasha
  8. Hi there, Im blondi and I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself to the forums (sorry if this is in the wrong place, I couldnt find an introductions thread but feel free to move me if I was just being blonde) Ive been lurking around the forums for a while and I think it is so so helpful for someone such as myself, who has no close friends to go to about PS (most of them would probably turn their nose up at the idea and tell me I was being vain) that there is a place for women to get together and talk about their nips and tucks I first started thinking about PS last year. I lost 15 kgs and my "twins" - my DD's, shrunk to a B. I am now a C, but have lost practically all of the upper fullness in my breasts. With a bra they look ok but without it, they are half-boobs. It honestly looks like someone has taken out half the air of a beach ball and flattened the top. Not too flattering. Going from an overweight teen, I gained alot of confidence when I lost the weight and I would just like to look the very best I can. Im still young, I turn 22 in April, but I really am quite self-conscious about a few things. Ideally, I would like to get a BA (I want them big) Im thinking a 500cc smooth round High Profile Saline Implant. Mentors seem to be the most reputable on the market but thats just from what Ive read. Id also like a Rhinoplasty because I have inherited a big Roman nose from my mother. This thing takes up way too much property on my face and I have a very harsh and unflattering tip. 10 veneers and teeth whitening and some lip augmentation would finish off the process, most of which I want to be done in Thailand. After reading a novels-worth of information on here about the lovely Rachel and the miracle-worker Dr P (Im not even going to attempt the spelling) Im pretty much set on getting my BA done in Thailand. It probably wont be until October/November of this year which will give me time to research/save/lose some more weight and tone up. Im also looking to get my dental work done at the Bangkok International Dental Clinic because Ive heard great things and they seem to be the most reputable. I'll probably get my BA and Lip augmentation with Dr P and some scar revision from a motorbike accident with Dr Poomee. I want my nose done here in Australia as I havent heard much about Rhinoplasty in Thailand. Ofcourse, if I see that Dr P or Dr Poomee have done good nose work, I'll probably end up doing it over there too! The main reason Im heading to Thailand is the money. Im young, I already have HECS debt, I dont need another $20,000 hanging over my head. Dr Tavakoli would be my absolute first choice if I was going local as he is unequivocally one of the best. My friend, a swimsuit model, had hers done with Dr Tavakoli and lets just say she is now winning most of her competitions. But, at over $10,000, youd hope so. This will basically be like a DIY Extreme Makeover for me. I have been the ugly duckling my whole life, with a gorgeous sister. We once went out together and some guy pointed to me and said to his mate (quite loudly) "you get the fat one, I get the hot one" His mate then proceeded to shake his head and walk away. I had such bad confidence that I never left the house and now I feel like I can be happy with myself (with a few adjustments here and there) I know people will judge me and say that Im vain, or that I should accept myself as god made me, but I know they will be the same people who'll be lurking around these forums after they see what I look like with my "improvements". I'll post some pics of my old girls and my small girls soon. Hope to talk to you all and get to know some of you quite well as I start this crazy adventure. Blondi p.s - If anyone else is new here, Id love to speak with you or just reply introducing yourself!
