  1. Hi All, Well I would really like to document my journey through a BA. Ive been wanting one for roughly 10-15yrs, and now in my 30's Im hoping to have the operation this year or early next year. I am 163cm tall, weigh between 57-60kgs, and am sized as an E cup, but only due to how wide my breast are, I have little projection or upper pole. I am not really after a particular cup size, but just breasts which fit my frame and which I dont need to wear a push up bra every day and be confident in bathers. I have 3 consults booked for Perth in the upcoming weeks (Dr Mark Lee, Dr Guy Watts & Dr Tony Connell), and failing them, I plan to have a consult with Dr M in Sydney. Edit: For updates follow me on Insta (excited_much) and YouTube (lifeoftals) - https://www.youtube.com/user/TahliaAUS
  2. Hi ladies, first time posting here having my BA in 26 days I booked in November last year and it just snuck up on me! I'm booked in with Dr Lee at TCI Bondi 10th March 2017 My initial consult went well and we agreed on 415cc and 405cc hp, with an estimate size DD I didn't take any pictures when I tried them on I have lost 8kg since November so I've decided to go in for a second consult on 21st Feb as I'm freaking out about the size, how do you know if your picking the right one for your body type? My concerns are that they will be too big/ too small I'll have back pain/ won't be able to run ( i love running ) / will looks silly I'm 27 have BF two babies and I'm 162cm and weigh 55kgs. Any advice on how to pick the right size? trying to find images of someone with similiar stats with before and after pics is near impossible! , two of my mummy friends who have had BA'S have concerns that I'm going to big, as thats what they have but they are both larger than I am. Help please/ nervous excited x
  3. Hi Guys, I had my consultation with Dr Lee TCI on Thursday. I am a AA cup now and have no breast tissue at all. My desired look was to be a C/DD cup. Dr Lee has told me I can only have 240cc HP implants. I came away from the consultation upset because I feel like the implants are tiny and you'll hardly be able to tell I've had a BA. Has as anyone out there had 240cc implants. Do I ask for a second opinion? I know loads of girls my size that have gone bigger!
  4. Hey im new to the plastic surgery forum and am an interstate patient from perth , travelling to Sydney to have a BA at TCI Bondi wih DR lee . Was wondering if anyone has any reviews and if he is good with his clients , and caring ? He has no photos on the TCI websit when all the other doctors have before and afters? i suffer from anxiety and have to stop taking all of my herbal remembered two weeks before my surgery and two weeks after surgery, is there any reassuring words or any tips to keep the anxiety levels down at the time, I feel great atm but I once I go into the room on the day I have no idea how I'm going to react! Thank you in advance 😘
  5. Hi girls! I'm new to this, I just booked my BA for 8th September at TCI Bondi with Dr.Lee. I have seen and heard really great reviews so I'm happy with my choice! Im from Melbourne so will be flying up the day before for my consult. I am very flat chested, wear a 10A. I'm 52kgs and about 164cm, so I'm quite petite. Does anyone else have the same stats? Im really stressing about size/placement and hoping to get some advice. I want it to look natural but still a obvious difference. I don't have a lot of breast tissue and quite a bony chest. Has anyone regretted not going bigger? Or wish they went smaller? Thanks in advanced, this forum is so great!
  6. Hi everyone! Just a quick note to let everyone know I have my BA today with Dr Victor Lee at The Cosmetic Institute Bondi Junction, and I wanted to share my experience because right now, I couldn't be happier! Things started well from the get go when I got a call from Amy, one of the Cosmetic Consultants, asking if I could come in early as they were running ahead of schedule, so I ended up getting to the clinic about 20 minutes before I was due in. The girls at reception were lovely, and so was everyone else I dealt with - the cosmetic consultants, the nurses, the anaesthetist, and of course, Dr Lee himself. Everyone was so friendly and kind, and I felt very much ease - I didn't feel stressed about the procedure at all. If anything, I was more stressed in the lead up making sure end of month went well (I work in sales) and making sure my apartment was tidy lol! After being checked in, I got changed into my gown, hair net and boots (so sexy lol!) in the pre-op room. I then saw the nurse to confirm paperwork; one of the cosmetic consultants to take pre-op pictures; Dr Lee to confirm my implant size (220cc still the largest I could go!); and then finally the anaesthetise, so that should could put the catheter in. I was then led into the theatre room and laid down on the operating table. The twilight anaesthetic worked so quick - I remember a bit of stinging in my hand when it was being administered, and then the next thing I knew I was being gently woken up by one of the nurses. I felt a tiny bit groggy, but the nurses took good care of me. They helped me to get dressed, and then gave me some water, a lollipop and biscuits to help me wake up. I can;t stress enough how kind and friendly the nurses were - I feel bad that I've forgotten the name of one of the nurses, but I remember it was Chloe who wheeled me out to my friends car. I'm only about 3 hours post op - no real pain as such, just a bit of tightness in my chest and some tenderness in my sides. I've already had a sneak peek at m new assets, and I love them already! They're sitting bit high, which is to be expected of course, but they are definitely the perfect size for me, and they have a beautiful shape already. I can see already that they will be absolutely AMAZING when they drop and fluff! Dr Lee's judgement was spot on, as well as his artistic ability! I am so very pleased right now! I will post progress pics soon
  7. Help girls! I am 2 hours post op, feeling incredible! I'll post a recount of my experience a little later on but wanted to get this out to some of the girls questioning TCI and Dr Lee. All I can say is, the institute, Dr Lee and ALL of the staff - from reception to nurses, anethesists and consultants - are all so professional, reassuring and made my experience a compelste breeze! I can not thank them enough. Pain ATM is about a 3/10, more tightness in the chest, but apart from that I'm feeling great! An overview of my journey is to come... X
