  1. Hi All, For years and years I've desperately wanted B/A as I was a small A cup and hated my body. I'm tall and have wide hips so wanted to look womanly and fill out nice clothes etc. I had a few consults, picked Cosmedi Tour and was added to their forum where I saw hundreds of posts from girls immediately after their augmentation saying how they were ALREADY in love!!!! I was so so excited and just knew I'd get the same feeling. I was told in my first ever consult by a very well known PS that he would give me 380cc round unders to help me achieve my dream look. Cosmedi Tour PS, however, said this would never fit my dimensions, look very fake, and increased the risk of CC, rippling, and double bubble so we settled for 330cc mod plus tear drops to give me a natural look while. I was still quite happy with this although really wished I could have gone 375cc tear drops ideally. But I didn't want to take any risks. Leading up to the day of I had these nightmares that I would wake up from the surgery, look in the mirror and see my old boobs on my chest, but be in a lot of pain and have the scars from the surgery and the surgeons telling me 'yes of course we put the implants in, they look great'. So I was clearly nervous the size was going to be way too small. On the day of my surgery I got into my gown and sat in the consult room minutes before hopping on the table and they said they had re-assessed and I was not a good candidate for 330cc either and they brought in 295cc tear drops. I had about 2 minutes to say yes and had no idea what my options were so just said 'Well I'll trust you then, I guess put in the 295's". The surgery went smoothly, I recovered well and got home, was so excited to see the results and had a look straight away, and my worst nightmare had come true. I saw nothing but a little swelling and basically other than that.. my old boobs were still there. Everyone assured me that with time, patience and dropping and fluffiing they will look amazing.. but I don't see how a 175cm tall girl getting under 300cc moderate profile implants will really look that different when all other girls I see with 290's are tiiinyyy girls with slim tiny bodies and they still just look very proportionate. BUT I managed to stay positive, and held up an old bra against my body and saw the difference, I've kept a smile on my face and hoped for the best since then. My B/A was 5 days ago now. Today I can not stop crying. I wish I'd had more time to think and ask for the 345cc high profile implants, as they have the same length and width but a cm more in profile which I have seen on a girl with roughly my stats and they looked amazing, but I never had the time or information to do this and feel like I've made a big mistake. Maybe I could've gone rounds, or over the muscle instead, so I could get a bigger size to make it worth it, who knows!!! I've spent my life's savings on these things and even took out a small loan to make up for what I didn't have. I put all hope of my happiness into them and expected to be thrilled like all the girls on the forum. Instead, I am so sore, in so much pain, can barely see a difference, and broke. I am so upset. I'm not sure if it's because my mum went home today and I am now home alone, or if it is because today is the first day I haven't taken pain medication, or if the way I feel is completely warranted. Anybody who has been through this I would love your advice. What did you do? Did you pay another few thousands and wait for the 1 year to go bigger, or did you deal with it, or did this emotional state pass? Please help Thank you!!!
  2. Hi all 3 weeks BA and one breast isn't dropping. One has. Has this happened to any one else and how long did it take to drop?
  3. Hi I am a week post op, going for my follow up appointment with dr layt tomorrow. I have been quite anxious the past week as I haven't been wearing the bra only the strap as instructed by dr layt. Has anyone had their Breast Aug done by dr layt or have to wear the strap? How long did yours take to "drop" and settle, I know it is only 1 week just wanting to know how others went and what to expect! thanks
  4. Hi all breast augmentation mums!! just wondering how everyone's dropping and fluffing experience was? As our skin has already stretched just wondering how quickly everyone's new breasts settled in
  5. I'm sorry if this question has previously been answered, I tried my best to search old threads to see if I could find an answer with no avail. I am currently 2 months PO and don't want any further dropping. I still want to keep a decent amount of fullness at the top of my breasts and was wondering if there's anything in particular I could do to stop the dropping process? Wearing more supportive or push up bras during the day? Any suggestions would really help!
  6. Hi everyone! Been a while since i've been on here - it looks so different! I'm just over a year post op now and still love my breasts but my left one has started to drop.. I now have a crease whereas before they were both plump and high! I will post photos soon! I have a shoulder injury (im a dancer) and have noticed it has been since then but physio doesn't seem to be fixing it.. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? My surgeon has assured me there's nothing wrong surgically This breast has always been a little bigger, I even had a smaller implant in this breast to even things out..
  7. Hi Everyone, Has anyone experienced much change in the dopping/fluffing and general appearance of their breasts from 6 months onwards? So at the 1 year mark is there much difference from the 6 month mark? Thanks!
  8. I know this has probably been answered elsewhere, but cannot seem to find what i'm looking for, but, does a BA done using the dual plane technique drop and fluff the same way a BA done as unders would? I'm assuming that a dual plane being placed partially under the muscle would't have as much dropping and fluffing to do? Ta ladies
  9. Hey just thought id share my photos I was a 10c pre op with asymmetry, had surgery with dr duong at TCI who was just fantastic! I went 360 and 405 cc round silicone unders It's been 4 weeks since surgery and I feel like I've already dropped and fluffed! Hope there's more to come though
  10. Hi Ladies, I am at the 5 month post op mark and have been wearing the strap for the last month to try and get my implants to go down as they were sitting high, think it has helped a bit. Have to wear it for the next 2 months also. My nipples especially my right - it points down at a side on view - are sitting low (they were low to begin with) just wondering if anyone has had experience or a similar situation? Know we are all different but would love to see what other ladies in same boat have to say as have read a lot of talk about crease being lowered and so forth. I feel like mine are very full in the top pole and not so much in the lower pole, they have definitely improved but has anyone had any luck with where their nipples sit changing as the implant drops??? Or any experiences with the strap helping?? I have just added a whole heap of new pics. Thanks xx
  11. Hi ladies! I'm just wondering if you have noticed much changes after the fourth week? Iv got mentor anatomicals and I'm just wondering if they will change much at all from now? They are pretty soft now , I can giggle them and squeeze them together. Thanks!!
  12. Hi girls.. I haven't been on this site for quite some time, So it's been 3 months since my combined breast lift and implants and I'm quite unhappy with my boobs so far Just wondering how long it took your implants to drop with the lift done I know it is quite early still but there has been no change in my boobs. I was informed before I went ahead with my surgery that I was just under borderline for having too much breast tissue to have the surgeries combined, and that there was a chance a few months later I would need revision.. I was given a strap at 3 weeks post op to wear and have been wearing ever since,, My last follow up appointment I was told it was still too early to tell if I would need revision, I have my next appointment on Monday. My implants are sitting high, and my natural breast tissue has dropped, my boobs look really long and my nipple is low.. It doesn't even look like I had a lift lol What is revision exactly? Is it just replacing the implant? Has anyone had revision with dr dona? Is it costly? Thank you in advance
  13. Hey guys, Just past the 3 month mark now and my boobs are still sitting quite high. Whilst looking pretty good front on they still look stupid from the side with that weird torpedo look! I had under the muscle round HP implants taking up my whole base width. Am I being impatient or should they be looking more normal by now? Thanks
  14. Hi ladies, just wondering what to expect with dropping. I'm almost at 6 weeks now and mine are still so high and that weird round verandah roof look side on. They seem like they are taking forever to drop if at all and I am starting to freak out. Does anyone have an tips or by viewing my pics tell if I am at what looks like a normal progression rate or should I start to be worried? Thanks xx
