  1. Hi everyone, I had a consultation with Dr Phoon (based in Sydney) from the Park Clinic two days ago and have also been in communication with someone from CosMedi Tour Australia. I am really quite confused on what to do next and I am desperately seeking advice. Dr Phoon was incredibly professional and the entire consultation process was flawless. I was very nervous going in as this is the first time I had ever seen anyone about my breasts (aside from my GP). Dr Phoon spent a lot of time explaining things, was kind and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable. After taking a look at my breasts he told me I had the tuberous breast deformity...I can't say that i'm surprised as I always knew my breasts weren't normal but having it confirmed was bitter sweet. Dr Phoon recommended Mentor implants, 330cc, along with fat grafting to round out my shape. My quote just came through and its close to $17,000. I knew it would be pricey but this is more than I can afford now, although - I fully trust Dr Phoon and his team in regards to their pricing and fees. I am certain I want to go through with this, its just a matter of saving the funds. I also sent through my pictures to CosMedi Tour and I received back a quote of around $8000. The quote I received mentioned the following, but no mention of 'tuberous breasts' - "As you have a tight lower pole (distance from your nipple to breast fold) and very wide set breast tissue, the firmer gel Teardrop implant is recommended to push up your natural breast tissue to provide you with more upper pole fullness. This will create a closer cleavage and more ‘side boob’, whilst maintaining upper pole fullness, due to the dimensions of the implant." I have heard that CosMedi Tour (Sydney) use the Dr's from Park Clinic as their surgeons, so this would be Dr Phoon and Dr Moradi (he was my second choice for consultation). I am now thinking it would be worth going through CosMedi Tour Australia (Sydney) to get my procedure done as they will be using the two surgeons I was interested in anyway. But for the price of $8000 I am a little skeptical...does anyone have any experience with CosMedi Tour? I'd love to go direct with Dr Phoon, I am going to start saving more so that I can do this, but just curious on the price difference. Any help would be so greatly appreciated!

  3. Hi Girls, I'm from Melbourne and have been recommended by a few friends to go to Sydney for my BA cause I think I need some fat grafting. I'm looking at Dr Tavakoli and Dr M. Has anyone got any advise on who to choose?? Dr Tavakoli seems to be quite versatile in his procedures and uses fat grafting to give such amazing and natural results. Has anyone had BA with fat grafting with Dr M as I havn't seen any of his results. Thanks
  4. Has anyone had fat grafting to the breast? I would love to know your experience?
  5. Hey everyone, I had my surgery on Wednesday and am so happy and relieved that I had it done! I've noticed straight away though, that my left breast is more numb, and now and then I feel a bubbling sensation in it; the right breast is fine, other than the standard pain that is controlled with pain killers. I'm also wearing a stabiliser to help them drop and push them inwards (I had naturally wide-set breasts). Side note - I had fat grafting done to create cleavage, as my sternum was quite high and wide. Has anyone else experienced this sort of bubbling sensation?
  6. Has any one had any experience with getting fat grafting to improve rippling ? Im only seven weeks post op but can feel a fair amount of rippling in my cleavage already. Mostly on my left side. You can't see it but can feel it. Any one else had this! Any chance it will improve by itself over time as I fluff? If it doesn't improve ( or gets worse ) in a year or so I might be tempted to get the fat grafting and would love to hear from some one who has done it.
  7. Dr Tavakoli performed recently my breast augmentation. He Corrected my asymmetry using two different size implants ... right 350cc and left 305 cc mentor anatomical implants and also used extensive fat grafting to my lower breast pole and cleavage . He used fat from my arms and axillas! I am Day 1 post op and I feel great .. I have had no pain from my lipo areas .. just the tightness from my breasts but that was expected !!! I am extactic with my results ... he is truly a master craftsman ... I am beyond happy 😍
  8. Hello, does anyone know of a surgeon in Perth who does fat transfer to breast? I want a more natural approach to plump up my boobs after breastfeeding cheers
  9. Hi, I've booked a consult with Dr Tavakoli and wondering if i will need fat grafting to my chest. I'm not overly skinny (169cm/60kg) but I'm quite broad and athletic. I've seen fat grafting used a lot for tuberous breasts (which I don't have) but have seen a few women with broad slightly bony chests require it. Also is it an extra cost?
