  1. I'm 25, 5'7", 55ish kg. single. DD-E down pointing/saggy boobs. It has been suggested on RealSelf that I may also be mildly tuberous. So I want to go for a BL (no implants) but I'm concerned about costs. I won't be covered with Medicare as I don't have and don't want children. I only earn 40K, which when you take out inner Melb suburb rent prices/tax/living expenses etc, it doesn't leave a whole lot of savings. I'd rather not take out a loan beyond my means and wish to remain debt free. So I guess I'm asking how others have financed their surgery? Could anyone recommend a private hospital cover (I don't currently have any insurance) that would cover the stay/anesthetic and whatnot if not the actual surgery?
  2. Did some quick calculations and it seems like I will be able to afford a BA as early as Feb next year! However, I don't have private health cover and I know little about what they include when you choose to have a surgery and whether it's worth it (or cheaper) to have it before surgery. What is covered by PH if you get a BA? surgical costs or anaethetists? Does having insurance cover you in any damages or problems should they occur? How much is it and did you have to have it for a year before making a claim? What category do BAs go under so I can make sure that I would be covered should I get PH? I may be eligible for medicare items, does that change anything? Sorry for the spam of questions but googling didn't help me very much and I don't know anyone who has been through anything similar. If anyone has any advice or recommendations of providers I would be very grateful. Thanks so much <3
  3. Hi guys I am trying to get approved for a loan before August as I originally planned to have my BA done in August... now it's looking as though I might need to wait a bit longer but I'm feeling so impatient. I have banked with CBA for over 10 years and I already have a variable rate personal loan which has around 4 years left on it. I now want to have my loan changed to a fixed rate as I'm getting charged 16.9% interest! And would like to use the extra funds to pay for part of my breast augmentation and a few other personal things. I have never really had any savings but if I do I withdraw them as cash so that I don't keep transferring them back out of my saver account. I often also withdraw my spending money as cash when I get paid and let my account go overdrawn (silly, I know.) until my next pay. I wasn't aware that the overdrafts were affecting my reputation until I spoke with commonwealth bank about what requirements they had for me to get approved on the new loan. Commonwealth told me I would need to have a savings history for 3-4 months (they like to see over $2000 in savings), as well as have no overdrafts for the 3-4 months. Now this is no trouble for me but cba also told me they had a case like this with another girl who actually ended up waiting another year to apply for her loan and she was approved. I don't have that sort of time but they have scared me into thinking the 3 months isn't long enough! Has anybody else been told the same thing by a bank, applied the 3-4 months later and actually been approved? Or even just any advice on loans? I was hoping to start booking all of my accommodation and flights etc once I book my BA with TCI but now I am worried I will have it all booked in, get declined by the bank and then be screwed.
  4. Hi ladies, The past two weeks I've been researching different possible surgeons in Sydney to perform my BA. I'm currently a 10D, really round and perky (people always ask if they are fake) but I'm going to go into an E or F cup depending on my frame and how they look. I wanted to book in with The Cosmetic Institute as their work looks amazing, great reviews and you can't beat their price. TCI are booked out till mid Jan which ill be on my honeymoon for a month. Does anyone have other recommendations for places that do equally great work and are similar in price? my second question was did you finance your surgery? I'm half thinking of doing that as it will be quicker to pay it off than it would be to save it - I'm great at paying things off fast but I can't save ...go figure lol. any help would be great, thanks so much everyone.
  5. Hi everyone! Just wondering if anyone financed their BA?? I just want some info about it such as how long does it take to pay off? Who is the best to go through? I am hoping to not have to choose this method of payment but I would like to know what my options are. Any info that could be provided would be great! Thanks miss.g xx
