  2. Hi ladies, just wondering if anyone has had any experience with a haematoma or burst blood vessels post surgery. When i got my first follow up call from the nurses, i mentioned that i had a massive red bruise under the righty, and was told thats pretty normal, so thought nothing of it as it didn't get bigger or redder, and over the following days there was no pain etc and it started changing back to a more normal purplish bruise colour and its since been going down and theres no pain. Today at my first post op, she seemed a bit worried and took some photos into the surgeon, and they want me to come back in a week to check on it, and to keep a close eye on it and report any changes and to essentially baby my right side. I guess I'm just freaking out a little, but has anyone had one before and how would they normally treat one?
