  1. Hey everyone, I'm new! I'm seriously considering breast augmentation with destination beauty, I've been emailing a bit with one of the representatives. So far I'm so confused! I don't know whether I should save up or get my surgery financed, what surgeon I should go with and especially about different placements. With the financing option, my only concern is that something goes wrong with my implants and having to pay more for revision surgery, and then still have to pay off the original surgery. I know it's cheaper to just save up, but that would take ages and it's just so tempting and almost seems to good to be true to only have to pay $25 a week. From my research I've been leaning towards getting it done with Dr Witoon, but the Destination Beauty rep told me surgery with him is about $6000 AUD, so now I'm thinking about either Dr Piyapas or Dr Bhumsak, so anyone have any positive experiences with these doctors? Finally, what I'm really confused about is what placement I should get, there's so many pros and cons with the different placements I just have no idea. Originally I was thinking of getting subglandular, as it appears to look more natural, but there's higher risks of capsular contraction and infection, and apparently can lead to breast tissue atrophy. I know submuscular is safer but flexing of the muscles can cause the implant to move and contract, and the muscle also pushes down on the implant and flattens it a bit so it doesn't look as big. So now I'm reading about subfascial placement, but apparently not a lot of plastic surgeons have experience with this placement so I'm wondering if anoyone has had this placement done in Thailand and how it went? I'd love to get subfascial because it apparently has the same low risk of capsular contraction as submuscular, but with the soft natural look of subglandular implants so best of both worlds. If I can't get subfascial I'd probably get dual plane (partially submuscular??) implants, although I hardly know anything about this placement type. By the way I'm a small c cup with a size 10 band, and I'd like to be at the least a DD but preferably an F or even G cup lol,
  2. Could I please hear from girls who have gone over the muscle? I know body fat doesn't sit evenly but I'm 167cm, 73kg, BMI 26.1 and what to know at what weight or BMI will the implant be visually undesirable? I'm pear shape so while I have enough fat coverage on my breast now, if/ when I lose weight I'm likely to lose it from my breast. I'm choosing between 2 different surgeons and one wants to go under the muscle the other wants to go over the muscle.
  3. Help?! I am choosing between 2 good surgeons but both have different ideas. Background: I'm 35yrs and have un-even, saggy post breastfeeding size D breasts. Both surgeons suggest a lollypop lift, both suggest textured round implants. Doctor 1 suggests I go behind the muscle and get some breast tissue removed from both breasts so they don't continue to sag which will move the nipple further down. Doctor 2 suggests I go over the muscle to avoid that problem and remove tissue from only one breast to correct the unevenness. He says removing breast tissue is invasive and can encourage contracture. My questions are: how visible will the implant be if I'm over the muscle? I have the extra weight now to cover the implant but hope to lose it, I just don't know if I will ever achieve the low weight I desire. I like the idea of removing the breast tissue and I am having the lift anyway. Doctor 2 is a little more reputable but they both trained together and Doctor 2 still has the experience. I'm happy to name the Doctors I'm just new to the forum so don't know the etiquette. Capsular contracture is a concern of mine and would likely cause me to get them re-done. Does ANYONE have any advice?

  5. Hi girls! I was just wondering what positioning did you ladies choose? Under the muscle or over the muscle and why?
  6. I have been told by my doctor that i have a wide breast bone, and naturally my breast are rather far apart. has anyone had the same issue, and could let me know how that affected the look of their breasts? I am worried that it will cause them to be way too far apart, rather than them being close together as they have to centre the implants based on the nipple.
