  1. I'm currently dealing with symmastia due to a previous botched breast augmentation. I'm now searching for the best options to rectifying this problem. Most of my searches have lead to Dr Tavakoli and the internal bra technique. I would love to hear some feed back from anyone who has dealt with symmastia and anyone who has had the internal bra procedure. Is the internal bra the best option to rectify symmastia? Who is the best surgeon in Australia to perform symmastia revision/repair?
  2. Hello all my fellow Boobie bloggers!! Has anyone else here had revision surgery by Dr Tavakoli? I am booked in for May 23rd to have my implants redone by him after I had a bad experience with a cosmetic surgeon in Sydney... I had round implants put in 2 years ago and they look horrible and uneven Dr T said he is going to replace them with teardrop implants and use the internal bra on me and then do fat grafting from my stomach to my cleavage and lower pole of my breast as they are uneven and my cleavage is so "wide set" as he described it. Has anyone else had the internal bra? I'm actually pretty excited about the fat grafting because I'll have a flatter tummy in the end too lol! I would love to hear from anyone with experience Thanks girlies!
  3. Hello Ladies I had my first BA in Perth last year i was wanting a full E cup and was recommended 500cc high profile implants placed under the muscle, i was happy with the results but as they began to settle into place and drop they reduced in size and i ended up with a double bubble effect i was told it would improve with massaging but one year later and the problem had gotten worse. I'm 168cm tall with broad shoulders so i can take a good size I'm hoping to go with 700cc implants im a tad scared of going any bigger and possibly with ultra high implants this time. I read about internal bras with strattice but its been difficult to find someone in perth that can do this so im looking to head over to phuket for the surgery. Any girls out there that have got large implants and what has been your experience having a second BA? any recommendations ? Thanks in Advance
  4. Hi Ladies, I got my first BA in Perth last year went with 500cc high profile mentor gel implants under the muscle i was first stoked with the outcome but unfortunately I've developed the double bubble effect i want to get larger implants as the 500cc wasnt as big as i hoped ended up a DD im aiming for 700cc maybe with the ultra high implants with possibly a mini breast lift and internal bra if needed... anyone out there that was been to PIAC? recommend any particular surgeon? Thanks in Advance
  5. Hi. I am wondering if anyone knows of surgeons anywhere in the world offering the Orbishape breast lift system. If so, please tell me who, or where. http://aestheticchronicle.blogspot.com.au/2014/04/orbishape-latest-in-boob-support.html I first read about it in 2009, and since then they've been licenced in Europe, and I've seen it mentioned on Thai and South American websites. There have been full trials and even televised operations on youtube. However, I haven't yet heard back from a doctor that provides it. The reason I ask is I am a 32E 32yo with 4yo natural looking implants. I first got them as part of a bernelli lift, as I was told I'd need to go bigger to get rid of ptosis. I'm very happy with the result, which was done by Dr Preeyaphas Nilubol at Bangkok hospital. They look natural with no visible scar and are soft and comfortable. I think that to get them to regain the initial perkiness they had the first year, on a more long term basis, the orbishape is the answer. I'm willing to wait as long as it takes to locate someone who does it.
