  1. I have just booked in to have my bilateral Breast Augmentation and right side Mastopexy in March 2019. I am yet to choose my implant size. I am hoping to hear from any of you lovelies who have been through these procedures. My left breast is currently a perky B cup and my right is a saggy D cup. I am 35 years old weight around 72kgs and am a size 12. I have had three children. I would love to see any before and after pics as I struggle to find any decent pics online and would love to hear how the procedures were done (one or two surgeries?) and your before and after stats (which doctor, how many CCs in each breast etc)
  2. Just wanting to see if there is anyone out there that has had a breast lift with female Dr Sawjin Tew in Sydney and how your journey went/ costs and results! Thanks heaps
  3. Just wanting to know any ladies that got 375ml or cc extra full profile dual plane with a lift (even without). Where you happy with the size? Pictures would be amazing too!
  4. Both my implants have ruptured and I need to have them removed. I am researching everything to find the right surgeon as my initial surgeon has retired (not that it matters because I wouldn’t go back to him anyway!). I obviously need the damaged implants removed, I have cc in one breast and my implants have migrated under my arm pits - so I need the pocket created under my arm closed etc. I also may need a lift but hoping to avoid. I have seen dr Tony Connell twice (prior to rupture occurring) and he was lovely. He talked through everything with me and gave me his recommendations. He does recommend a lift. I am pushing forward to go ahead with him but I want to be certain I’m making the right decision. My implant pockets are a mess so I’d hate to go through further surgery and come out with the same problems I’m also very worried as I am highly prone to keloid scarring so a lift will leave me looking horrendous for a good five years. Has anyone got any recommendations for Dr Watts? I’ve seen a lot for Dr Connell (and I understand why) but not so much for Dr Watts - his real self reviews are amazing however. any advice would be greatly appreciated! #feelingscared
  5. Hi everyone, I use to have very large natural 8F boobs. I stopped taking the pill, lost a bit of weight, and now have saggy, wide-set 8D-DD breasts (i.e. they're quite far apart on my chest). They look good in a bra, but as soon as they come out of a bra they drop considerably down and to the side. I still have quite a bit of tissue there, but it's not sitting as high or as close together as I would like. I've had three consultations with two surgeons in Melbourne. The first said I didn't need an augmentation, but a lift should do the trick. The second said a lift won't give me the look I want (which is fullness in the middle of my chest), and suggested a slight reduction in the breast tissue alongside a lift, plus an implant. I agree - I want the implant. However the whole thing seems incredibly complex, and there's a good chance it will need to be undertaken in two stages. So I'm wondering, has anyone here had this procedure? I really need advice from someone who has also gone through this kind of surgery. I would LOVE to know who your surgeon was, how you went about the surgery, and how much it cost. Thanks SO much!
  6. Help! I am looking for recommendations of surgeons in Perth (will consider anywhere in Australia if the surgeon is worth traveling for) for a lift WITHOUT mastopexy, implants only. I know it's not always possible to achieve the results of a lift without a mastopexy but as I'm prone to keloid scarring it's not a road I want to go down. If anyone has any recommendations i would love to hear them. Thanks for reading
  7. Hi ladies, I was wondering if any of you Perth girls have had a breast lift without implants. A lot of the forum discussions on here talk about breast lifts with augmentation but I am struggling to find information about people who have only had a breast lift. I am currently looking into Mark Lee and Tony Connell as I've heard they're the best in Perth. Has anyone had just a breast lift done with either of these surgeons or any other surgeons in Perth? I can see from this forum that they're great at augmentation but not too sure how often they do a simple lift I would also like to know if you were you happy with the result? Did you regret not getting implants or are you happy with just the lift? I'm 22, 164cm, weigh 69kg (at the moment but will have hopefully lost at least 5kg before the op) with size D/DD cups. Unfortunately they have been this size since I was about 10 and gravity has not been kind to me Any information about breast lifts and surgeons in Perth will be greatly appreciated
  8. I'm 25, 5'7", 55ish kg. single. DD-E down pointing/saggy boobs. It has been suggested on RealSelf that I may also be mildly tuberous. So I want to go for a BL (no implants) but I'm concerned about costs. I won't be covered with Medicare as I don't have and don't want children. I only earn 40K, which when you take out inner Melb suburb rent prices/tax/living expenses etc, it doesn't leave a whole lot of savings. I'd rather not take out a loan beyond my means and wish to remain debt free. So I guess I'm asking how others have financed their surgery? Could anyone recommend a private hospital cover (I don't currently have any insurance) that would cover the stay/anesthetic and whatnot if not the actual surgery?
  9. So there is just less than a week until surgery and I am trying to make sure I have packed everything... (more so packed the right things). I am having a breast lift (no implant), tummy tuck (hip to hip), a little liposuction and an upper eye lift. I will be admitted to hospital for 4 days - at least one in the IC unit (**good times). Any help would be great. What I have so far: 2x sleep shirts1x pair of shorts1x pair of lounge pants1x Robe1x Surgical bra Warm socks (Hospitals are always chilly)Book, art stuff and the surface for entertainment in hospitalNatural laxatives for all the time Dry shampoo, wipes, moisturisers, lip balms... etcWater bottle with strawDo I buy compression garments for my tummy tuck? Should I wait to see what the surgeon says? I feel like I am missing stuff any suggestions?
  10. Hi everyone. I am super duper excited and nervous reading through all this information. I feel a bit lost lol! I am requiring a lift and implant surgery. I have had consultations with Australia doctors which have been very divided. Some say needs to be a 2 stage surgery for my needs and requirements, some say it's better and perfectly fine to do in 1 go. I would obviously prefer 1 surgery. So I would basically love some recommendations on doctors who specialise in the lifts and implants procedures. I have been hearing Bangkok is better than Phuket, and that Malaysia is even better surgery wise. I am quite busty as is, but have breastfed 2 babies so they definitely don't sit where they used to that's for sure lol. My naturals were amazing if I do say so myself lol so any of those big booby girls who got them lifted again - any recommendation on particular doctors and hospital would be really appreciated! It is alot of research that's for sure lol! Thanks in advance. - I have also attached a photo of my pre children boobies! This is ultimately what I want to get back to. thanks - Emma
  11. I had my first consult with a surgeon yesterday. I went in fully expecting to be told a lolipop or anchor would be necessary but she seemed to think a peri-aereloa would suffice. I have good projection and my breast tissue is shaped well (I was already aware and thankful of this) but she did inform me I have grade 3 ptosis - because my mammary fold is in the 'right' place, I really only need to reposition the nipple. I can't find much online about benelli/donut/periareola lift results other than many surgeons don't seem to think it's effective. Has anyone here had a good expirience or can point me towards some decent resources?
  12. Anyone else have any experiences with Dr David Chin?? Having a lift with him on Feb 17th but have only spoken to one person on here so far who has had surgery with him. Would be great to hear from other people.
  13. So pretty much I found out the my breast as too saggy to get just implants and that I will also have to get a breast lift. Being a 19 year old female and working only a retail job was very sad and disheartening for me and I cried all time not only because I was sad I would have to save almost double but also losing more confidence that my breasts aren't even good enough for implants yet. Anyway I need to except what is and start my research on who will do it and how much. I just curious to know if anyone on this forum as had both and who there doctor was and how much it cost. Your answers would be much appreciated. I live in melbourne so hopefully it's close haha.
  14. Hi all, Just joined this forum and I've been reading all evening - you guys are amazing :-) I'm turning 40 in July and I've booked two weeks off work and return flights to Thailand - woohoo - this is happening! At the moment I'm in discussion with the Bangkok International Hospital in Samui* about having breast lift there. They seem pretty good but it is hard to know... So my questions for anyone with any experience of any of this... - has anyone been with them? I searched and didn't find anything on here - I guess everyone goes to Phuket or Bangkok. The reason I'm thinking of Samui is that I know someone that runs a little guest house there, where I'm planning to go and recover. But I could always go elsewhere... - has anyone had a breast lift (in Thailand or elsewhere)? What do I need to know? Thanks, all, for any info, particularly about the BKK International Hosp in Samui :-) xx This is their website: http://www.samuihospital.com/plastic-surgery-packages.html
  15. Hi guys! I am rally excited/super nervous. I have my BA and BL in just 2 weeks- was able to get a squeeze in to get it done just before easter- so more recovery time for me. I am wanting to hear everybodys tips for preparation and recovery for pre and post op! I have been rubbing bio oil on my ladies for about 2-3 weeks (scared of stretch marks!) I have also been taking some general vitamins (on and off- i always forget), for the last few weeks. I also go to the gym and have PT sessions, so am wondering when i should stop working out? Post op- what are the key things i should getting prior to surgery that will be lifesaving during the recovery? its hard to imagine not being able to just jump in the car and go to the shops haha looking forward to hearing all your tips!! Thanks in advance ladies.
  16. Hi ladies, I live in melbourne and am wanting to get a breast lift (droopy breast) and breast aug. I initially was not sure on ba aswell, but after meeting with Craig a few weeks, he assured me that i would need an implant to give any fullness up top. I had my first consult with Craig a few weeks ago. i was so nervous prior to, but the consult was great and he was so information and honest. I went back there a week later to go in their new vectra software which could look at lift with implant to simulate results. it was so exciting to see what my new boobs could look like! I am currently a full C or flat D, so craig recommended a smaller implant- 300 or 325cc smooth round. Kat the nurse there thinks that i will need the 325cc to get myself so fullness, and she expects that i will be a full D with that. I have another consult with Craig next week to discuss some more questions that i have come up with. I know that Craig is well know for natural looking boobs, which is exactly what i want. I can also get in over easter for surgery which is great for taking time off work. It all seems too perfect though so its making me doubt it (i know sounds silly) I also have an appointment with Mark Ashton on Friday- even though i was happy with Craig, i thought i should do my due diligance and go and see somebody else to compare. I would love to get your thoughts on a few things... - any feedback on Mark vs Craig? scarring, surgery techniques, after op support etc? - preparation for surgery, any advice? I am so so nervous but also so excited at the same time. It is hard to know which surgeon to go with! any thoughts and guidance would be amazing! thanks in advance ladies x x
