  1. Hello everyone, I'm scheduled to have my breast implants removed. We decided to get a lift at the same time as explant but unfortunately due to my partner being off work for his own surgery, we can't get finance for the amount needed to explant and lift. At the time of I consulted with a surgeon I was breastfeeding and the second time I was almost finished weaning. So since stopping and having my milk dry up, my breasts have changed again! I just wanted some opinions on whether or not I could get away without lifting? Will they look ok without it? I was a B cup before implants and a DD now with silicone subglandular implants. I'm worried about significant sagging and loose skin especially after having and feeding 3 children since getting the implants. I don't want to have to cancel the date because of painful contracture, these things need to come out.. but I don't want to go ahead and explant only if I'll need to pay and go under for surgery again to lift if I end up looking a mess. Anyway, I would appreciate some input. Thank you!
  2. Hi ladies I am 1 day post op and I am worried I went too small! I am very tall at 180cms and was a 14C bra at an athletic 80kgs. I got 505cc moderate round over the muscle. My breast width was 15cms so he could have fit way bigger in but I didn't feel comfortable going to the 565cc as it just sounded too big!! Do they get more round/fake looking as time goes on? I wish I went high profile now :/ I hope I am going to feel different when they have healed and I know I can wear push up bras etc - it's weird because I never wanted them to be massive, I never ever thought id have boobie greed but I can truly say it's hit me! Someone tell me I'm being silly? Xx
  3. I have surgery booked in with Mark ashton, really want to see some more photos of people who have gone with him as theres only a few I can find. Either augmentation, lift or both, or from people who have over the muscle, silicone, 310-400cc high profile as that is similar to what i'll be having done 😊😊
  4. Hey guys, I haven't been on this in ages - but I keep my profile up for any newbies going through the same thing. If i can help ease your worries even a teensy bit - I'm happy. I have pre op and updated post op pics and photo's of the hospital room in my gallery. I also have a thread of my overseas surgery experience from July 4 2013 detailing as much as I could in the character limit I went through recovery with a friend who had unders, so i can offer a comparison of our surgeries/recovery. Hope you're all doing well, pre and post op girls B NB: I know everyone seems to be getting breast augmentations these days and there's a lot of success stories infiltrating our research, but I went into this surgery prepared to be a warning for other girls too. I decided I would give my perspective either way, if I were to be one of the 1% of surgeries arising in "complications" (be it minor or potentially major). I count myself very lucky to have had a smooth procedure and recovery. Have a good think and consider all possibilities XX
  5. Hey ladies, Quick question, will I be able to breast feed after my over the muscle BA? I'm thinking we might have kids in the 4 years and would like to BF.... I was so excitable at consult I forgot to ask and my surgery is this Thursday! Thanks!
  6. Hi girls! I was just wondering what positioning did you ladies choose? Under the muscle or over the muscle and why?
  7. I am 25, 50 Kilos and 5”3 and had 275cc Tear Drop Polyurethane “Furry Brazillian” breast implants over the muscle. My surgeon was Dr George Mayson and I’m writing on this forum to recommend him for anyone thinking about surgery in the Sydney area. He was very thorough at consultation stage giving advice on the right implant for my body and ensured I was 100% comfortable with my selection. He made all costs transparent & gave clear instructions on the things to do pre and post surgery. I felt well looked after throughout the entire process and I know he will make himself available for me should I have any queries with them or problems in the future. It’s almost 1month since my surgery & I’m fully recovered and loving the outcome. It’s the best money I think I’ll ever spend! So Happy! His website is www.breastexcellence.com.au
