  1. Hi everyone. I am really interested in getting a mummy makeover. (Tummy tuck, breast lift, implants, brazilian butt lift etc) I am a size 6 but I've been left with saggy breasts, and a stretched tummy. I would like to know if anyone has had a Mummy Makeover overseas with any of the combination surgeries above, and who they went to and how happy you are with the results. I am not interested in anything in Australia as I am looking for a more affordable solution that will get the same results, (and performed with the same amount of hygiene and expertise) Thanks!
  2. Hi, I have seen Dr. Chow a few times and she is very nice and knowledgeable but I was hoping to hear some first hand experiences before I book myself in for actual surgery. I cannot find an reviews on her so anything would be much appreciated!
  3. Hi ladies, I am a long time reader first time poster!!! I got breast implants 6 years ago in Sydney. Immediately after I had boobie creed and since then I have been on the quest to go bigger. So now that I am a certified adult I have the money to go Bigger, I would like to know if any of you lovely ladies would recommend a surgeon in Sydney. My first BA was 295cc UHP. I wanted bigger but my surgeon refused because I was nothing but bones but that has slightly due to life I have even thought about going to Thailand but I would be way to tempted to drink and that what totally fudge everything up. (looking into Thailand though). Thank you
  4. My story is this... I've always loved boobs, i find them sexy and so feminine! When i was just 5 i remember jumping up and down in front of the bathroom mirror and asking my mum "are they moving yet? Can i buy my first bra now?", and when i did get my first bra (i still had no boobs at this point) i loved wearing it, it made me feel so grown up! By the age of 16 i came to the sad realisation that i was forever doomed to have small boobs thanks to my asian genes! I was a 10B and not getting any bigger. I think it was a year later that i started looking into BA's, looking at different results, what the procedure entailed, costs etc. At this point i had zero dollars so never thought it to be an option in the near future. I never hated my breasts pre op but at 22 i decided i was going to start saving for a BA, i wanted to enjoy and love my body in its prime years and i knew if i was going to get a BA i would rather it sooner while i was still young rather than when i became older. I found the surgeon i wanted "Dr. Bruce Fox" (Melbourne Dr.) whose rates go down in spring to around $9500 for a BA. About 6 months later i relocated to Perth to be with my boyfriend - it was in Perth that i found out about Bangkok Hospital in Phuket. A friend i made had had her breasts done there, it was the first time i had ever felt fake breasts and i was in awe! They felt so soft and natural! She couldn't rave enough about the care they had given her, and stated she hated the bad stigma overseas surgeries are given. She had booked through a third party company "Restored Beauty Getaways" who organised everything for her but with a fee. I decided to do my research about her hospital and "RBG". Initially i was planning to go through "RBG" however thought i would try book directly through the hospital first. I had already found the surgeon i wanted (Dr. Piyapas), so filled out an online form and waited for them to get back to me. I heard back within 24 hours!!! Anyways long story short - i booked my surgery date through the hospital instead of a third party which saved me about $1500 (booking my own flights and access was cheaper to do myself as well). The surgery cost $4200 - which included: Surgery, pre op appointments, post op appointments, pre op tests, 1 nights stay in hospital, and transfer to and from hospital for all appointments as well as pick up and drop off to airport. On top of that i spend $450 on return flights and $450 on 10 nights accommodation. I cannot tell you enough how amazing the care was. The nurses are absolutely lovely and there to help you so quickly, the hospital is....splendid. Never been in such a nice hospital before, it was more like a resort. Dr. Piyapas really knows his *****, he is on the American Board of Plastic Surgery, travels to Perth and around the world for conferences, and does 3-5 surgeries a day! The day after i arrived was my pre op appointment, tests and also day or surgery (it's all very rushed as it is an overseas surgery) however there are no upfront hospital fees, and if you decide not to go through with it, the only cost you have to pay if for the test that are done prior to surgery (adding up to less than $100). I initially went into my consult wanting anatomical implants - i was all for the natural look. I didn't want rounded melon i wanted teardrop. I told Piyapas i wanted to be a medium to large C cup and then showed him photos of what i wanted exactly (First note: its hard to tell your surgeon to make you a cup size, as its hard for them to put in exactly that amount to get you to your wanted size, instead find photos of the size you want on your body and show your surgeon, it easier to get results you want that way!) Piyapas advised me against anatomical, he showed me the implant and let me feel it against a round, it was MUCH firmer with a textured shell, he said the cons didn't outweigh the pros with anatomical, and also promised me he believed he would be capable of achieving the look i wanted with round. I was skeptical but i agreed. Note: Listen to your surgeon, they really know what they're doing! When i woke up from surgery i was so groggy, it took me a good 4 hours of being in and out of sleep to finally wake up properly. I woke up in barely any pain, just slight burning where the incisions were, but that went away within half an hour (i had a drip in my arm which administered pain medication). I felt nausea from the medication twice and as soon as i said so, my partner would ring the buzzer for the nurse to come who would instantly administer pain medication - it literally took affect within 30 seconds and i felt fine. I had drains in me which made me cautious to move to much, but had icepacks placed where the drains entered under my breasts that felt really soothing. I was discharged the next day, Piyapas came to see me and tell me how surgery went and how i should care for them until my next appointment. He then took the drains out of me - this was super weird and uncomfortable, i had read about it before so knew to put on a strong face, it doesn't hurt exactly...its just...weird! But only takes 5 seconds each drain! The first two days i was really sleepy, but by day three i was wondering the streets. Day four was my follow up and revealing. Oh my god...i knew they would look weird..but seeing that on my own body!! They weren't exactly high placed, they already had a nice natural slope, but they were to point and veiny. I was actually quite upset once i'd gotten back to the hotel, i thought i'd made a massive mistake. (Piyapas uses a sealing glue instead of stitches, much nicer in my opinion!) Post op day 9 was my final check up appointment Piyapas showed me how to massage my breasts and gave me further post op care, he also said to check in with a GP back home in a couple of weeks just to make sure the incisions were healing fine! The first 6 weeks there is massive change in your breasts these were my favourite weeks! I have since pretty much forgotten that I've even had a BA, i can do everything as i use to - sleep on my tummy, lift heavy things etc and i don't even realise they are there. They're so soft now as well! I literally had the best experience, i would jump on a plane and do it all over the reason i never wrote my story on here was because i found a sub group on instagram where girls make boob accounts and post their questions or stories to help other girls, i found it much easier to communicate through that so made my own private boob account, however I've recently deactivated it (but while i had it four girls who liked my breasts booked in with my surgeon, and i helped other girls with their questions across the globe). If you're considering getting it done for you and you really want it, i can't recommend it enough. But only if you really want it! I actually freaked out a week before i was due to fly to Thailand and nearly backed out, but i knew it was just nerves and that if i did back out i would regret it and just rebook in the future. xx GKerr
  5. Hello Ladies I had my first BA in Perth last year i was wanting a full E cup and was recommended 500cc high profile implants placed under the muscle, i was happy with the results but as they began to settle into place and drop they reduced in size and i ended up with a double bubble effect i was told it would improve with massaging but one year later and the problem had gotten worse. I'm 168cm tall with broad shoulders so i can take a good size I'm hoping to go with 700cc implants im a tad scared of going any bigger and possibly with ultra high implants this time. I read about internal bras with strattice but its been difficult to find someone in perth that can do this so im looking to head over to phuket for the surgery. Any girls out there that have got large implants and what has been your experience having a second BA? any recommendations ? Thanks in Advance
  6. I am 52 year old living in Brisbane. I am thinking about getting cosmetic surgery done on my face in Thailand. I have some scars on my face due to an accident I was in and has they are healed now, I was to get them removed but the procedure seems quite costly in Australia. Can anyone recommend good, affordable doctors overseas where I can get procedure done safely. My budget is about 12k.
  7. Has anyone had surgery in Thailand with Dr P? I have had a chat to a few girls and they say it was a great experience and the job was greatly done but i cant find many pictures? id prefer Australia but going overseas doesn't phase me just after reviews/ opinions and pics if you have had surgery with Dr p at Bangkok makeovers! Thanks
  8. Hi Girls, I haven't posted on here for a WHILE now actually, but I would like to share my feelings/experience. Its only been 9 months since I have these babies and I love them, they are perfect size for my body and feels so soft and natural. Unfortunately I am no longer going to be able to have these babies anymore. Recently I have been diagnose with breast cancer, BUT on the up side of things because I have stretch my A cups to a D cups now that I will be have a mastectomy and reconstructive surgery, hopefully the D cups will remain the same ><. (if anyone knows of anybody who have gone through Breast Augmentation then diagnose with Breast Cancer shed some light). I personally don't think the Cancer was caused by my Breast Augmentation, but what I do know is I don't have any Breast Cancer history in my family besides Colin Cancer - which was my grand-mothers sister. I do however stress the fact that all women should really know your own body and have your regular check ups for a peace of mind. I am only 27 and was told that it is really rare for younger women to have Breast Cancer but I guess it was just my luck. Apparently the Cancer could of been there for more than a year! So I am a little confused as to if I was checked for Breast Cancer prior to having the surgery. (Please have a mammogram done prior to you Breast Augmentation). Anyways, I not here to write a sob story but more to give all you lovely ladies a heads up on checking yourself prior to your surgery xx
  9. So I've decided I want a BA done but I'm finding it hard to find info on the places up here. Has anyone had it done up here? Also not really wanting to spend $10,000 on a boob job :S. Can anyone recommend somewhere cheaper but still good? I would prefer to have it done up here but I'm willing to travel I'm even willing to travel overseas! How did people find out about dr/surgeons overseas? Every time I google it all I get is negative news articles about not going over there but I've read a few threads on here about heaps of people going over there and all there surgeries going fine. How did you do your research?I would appreciate any info you guys could give me I'm a first year apprentice so I don't want to spend to much on a new pair of boobs
  10. Hi guys, I've only just started researching for different surgeons for BA. If I could I would get the procedure down here in Melbourne but it's way to pricey. I would just like a few suggestions on different surgeons for Bangkok or Thailand and how much you ended up paying and what that included. Thanks for your help
  11. Am I the only Australian who is going to Beverly Hills for Boobies? Has anyone here had their boobs done in America?
  12. Hi everyone, I have my BA booked with Dr Teerasit on the 29th of this month. So excited! A gf and I are flying over and have consecutive surgeries. Just putting it out there to get any advice or handy hints from anyone! Also, does anyone know if Bumrungrad has shared room? Like if my friend and I will be in the same overnight room? Also, I am thinking 350CC (currently an A cup, hoping to get to large C or D) and thinking of periareolar incision. Has anyone got any comments or links to posts for similar surgeries with Dr T? Thanks guys, PS i will update after my consult and surgery
  13. There are a lot stories of augmentation on this forum but I'm wondering does anyone have any stories to share either good or bad on having a breast reduction in Thailand? Any doctors/hospitals they'd recommend? Thanks in advance for sharing, FinnAus
  14. Does all the bad media put you off having surgery overseas? I'm booked in for April next year and I have read all the horror stories on here, even saw the today tonight or ACA program (whichever that aired it) but it hasn't put me off, just makes me very cautious. Now Sunrise on Channel 7 are airing their story about cosmetic surgery and idk if it's because I'm counting down or what but this has gotten my attention. Questions are going through my mind now like what does the insurance actually cover, what if something goes wrong, am I doing the right thing? Has anyone else gone through this? It's the first time I've really been effected by it all.
