  1. Has anyone used Dr Joseph Ajaka in Double Bay for a Brazilian Butt Lift? I'm seriously considering it and was hoping to get some info from someone who has already done it Thanks
  2. ** rewritten here because I originally posted this in the wrong section ** Hi lovely ladies (and Mums in particular) I have recently had breast augmentation surgery and am very happy with everything 'up there'. As a mum of two children with no plans to have more I am now considering having other areas of my post-baby body corrected, I had two caesareans! Namely, hips, bottom and stomach - I would like to look at liposuction. Or is it liposculpture? Can anyone here explain the difference between the two and, if you had it, where you went (Sydney NSW preferably), why you chose that doctor, and how it went? Should I be expecting as good a result as my breasts? Thanks in advance! xx
  3. Hello, if you are/were a tuberous girl and have had your augmentation I would love to hear from you. Are you happy, satisfied, did you get what you were wanting. How did you come to terms that you couldn't have perfect results? In my case im super OCD so if its not right im scared ill still be unhappy and that the 20k wasn't worth it... Thank you in advance for you opinions
  4. Hi Ladies, Im new to this and have booked my first consultation with Dr Anh Nguyen in Perth for a possible BA, after being told by TCI i am a borderline lift candidate. Just wondering if anyone has gone to see her and if they have could they share their experience? I have preference to see a Female surgeon, only because of my own insecurities. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou in advance.
  5. I've just recieved my first recommendation from Dr B based on the pics I sent via email, it was quite vague. Is that normal? He mentioned I have a wide gap between my boobs that he will 'try' to fix. Has anyone else had this? I don't fancy implants sitting on the outside half of my rib age! I have also noticed that my nipples are noticeably uneven, I asked if this could be repaired and he said that it wasn't something he felt very necessary to do as it is quite normal. Is it? Has anyone had a nipple realignment with this Dr? I have sent two emails with a few questions, nothing demanding but just a few things I wanted to ask about but the responses are very brief and vague. I feel confident I've chosen the right Dr based on reviews I've read but am concerned that he may be so busy that he will do a bit of a rushed consultation and then procedure. Any advice, reviews, past experiences, before and after photos of work from this Dr would be greatly appreciated! I have had three children, my eldest is 19 months and I am worried he may be only interested in dealing with fit, young women that only need an extra boost rather than have boobs 'ruined' from breastfeeding! I am 36, 175cm and 65kg. So not super unfit but the old body has seen better days! 😉 I am after a full C cup to small D cup. Any advice, tips, or past experiences would be great ! TIA x
  6. Hi gals, I went with Dr Jake Lim in Parramatta for my surgery and I would definitely recommend him to anyone! My experience with Dr Lim was everything I wanted and I am over the moon with my results. Firstly I came across the website during my many hundreds of hours of research for breast augmentation... I emailed the clinic and got a reply shortly after with plenty of information about breast augmentation surgery and the clinic. After a few emails back and forth, I booked in for a consultation and they tried to find a time that suited me as they were aware I live a few hours out of Sydney. The drive down wasn't too bad, and parking was easy because the clinic is right near Westfield Parramatta; so you can park in the car park, walk over and when the consultations over you can have a shop! At the consultation Dr Lim recommended sizes for my body type and took a few photos. I felt completely comfortable during this process and Dr Lim answered all of my questions. I did not feel pressured to book in my surgery and came out feeling more confident about the surgery. The girls in the office explained all the fees for the surgery and made you feel completely at ease. Even though I did not book in on that day, after having the consultation I felt so much more aware of what I wanted. A few weeks later I decided to book in my surgery with Dr Lim, and they booked me in for a pre-op to discuss the final sizing of the implant, what the surgery would involve, all the possible complications and payment options. The drive down this time was much better when I knew where I was going. After my pre-op I was so excited for the surgery and not nervous at all....Except before the night of the surgery when I started freaking out and didn't get to bed till around 1am because I was over thinking everything! I had to be at the hospital by 6am on the day of my surgery (I stayed in a hotel the night before so I didn't have to rush to Parramatta). At the hospital I had to fill only about 3 forms in and then was taken up to have my blood pressure taken, weight etc. and remove all my jewellery. Afterwards I had to get dressed in the hospital gown and wait about 15mins in a bed until they came and wheeled me into a small room where the anaesthesiologist placed the cannula in my wrist (didn't hurt AT ALL because he gave me a numbing injection beforehand). He also gave me a dose of something to calm the nerves which helped a bit! Dr Lim came into the room after a few minuted and drew the markings on my chest for surgery. Not long after I was wheeled into the surgery theatre and they hooked me up to the anaesthetic. That was the last thing I remembered before nodding off into a deep slumber for a few hours! When I woke up in recovery I felt a tiny bit nauseous, a bit painful and slightly hungry. The nurses came over straight away to check on me and ask how I was feeling. They gave me some nausea and pain medication and after a while I was wheeled off into my own room to recover. I didn't feel much pain at that point I was just tired. A couple of hours later Dr Lim came and took my bandages off to check on me, then put me in a bra and stabiliser strap. Not long later I could go home! I couldn't believe the surgery was actually all over!! I was in a bit of pain for the first two - three days but after that it was more of a tight uncomfortable feeling, especially since my skin had been quite tight. After a week I went back for a post op consultation at Dr Lim where the nurse removed a stitch from each breast. Dr Lim then checked the girls over and I went on my way! It has now been 5 weeks and I am soo happy with the results! I went from a small 10B to now measuring a 10DD with 375cc round HP textured. If anyone is considering Dr Lim as an option for their surgery I completely recommend him!
  7. After reading so many stories on here and seeing so many fantastic transformations - I'm now becoming more convinced that mine are beyond help. The problem is, I'm not flat chested - I'm currently a 14C with droopy boobs that point to the floor. Unsexy. To date I have lost 16 kilos and obviously plan on losing more before getting surgery.. But it seems like the results I want, aren't possible and it makes me want to cry. I understand that it's always best to seek the advice from your surgeon, but I'm not near that stage yet and already disheartened. I wanted round XHP so I'd finally have boobs with a cleavage and upper pole that has curves and definition. But after looking through realself.com I'm beginning to feel that this isn't achievable, because of having whatever breast tissue I have and the skin elasticity I'm prone to sag no matter what I do and implants will just make it worse. But, if I was to just have a lift, I still won't have the upper pole curves that I really truly desire. I'm not gutsy enough to post a pic of my own, but this is a pic that is kind of similar to mine and I'll also post a pic of the look that I love. I guess the reason I'm posting about this is to try and seek advice from anyone here and perhaps even find someone who was/is in a similar position. Im sorry if this situation has been posted before, I've tried searching under every keyword it could think of.
  8. Just wondering where you girls found your images to take along to your consults to discuss what you like and what you dont like in order to communicate to your surgeon what you hope to acheive? Do you think google images is a good source? Do you know of any websites which have a variety of comparison before and afters? I've personally been google imaging, copying and pasting onto a word doc with the stats of the surgery, and why i like/dont like that particular image. i've made a manilla folder of them and going to take along to new first consults with surgeons and my 2nd consult with Dr ******. Thoughts? Opinions? and can we please keep the thread a positive one. constructive critisism welcome but no catty responses to me or anyone else please. here for support remember.
