As the people whom been following my Rhinoplasty jouney would know I underwent primary rhinoplasty in August 2014 with a ENT facial plastic surgeon based in Sydney, Australia. Hey peeps! I want to get rid of a hump and hope that would make my nose look more elegant. I don’t want upturned tip though and wonder how hump reduction would change my nose. How do you think?

I'm having an open tip reduction rhinoplasty with Dr Narupon at PIAC in Feb - just wondering if anyone has had this procedure done and how long the splint stays on for? I'm not overly keen on walking around my whole holiday with something on my nose. Obviously I will do whatever it takes to make sure I get the best outcome from my surgery, but I'm just hoping it's more likely to be a week than two. Also can anyone tell me what the splint for an open tip reduction rhinoplasty looks like? Is it super bulky and obvious or fairly minimal? Did you get many weird looks wearing it in public?
