Thought i'd find out what everyone else is doing... I am way beyond the 1 yr anniversary for my new boobs... and i probably sound crazy but i can't bring myself to walk around at home or prepare for sleep without wearing my surgical bra and most of the times i have OCD and end up wearing post op bra and a crop top... i am scared of future sag... but then again is this going to prevent future sag? considering gravity and genetics being a factor to this sag! Also considering these tops/bras are wirefree i wonder if they are considered supportive enough to help prevent the inevitable. Just wondering what everyone else's thoughts are on this topic? and especially girls that are post op and in my position what do you do/wear?
Hi Ladies, 40 days! Not that I'm counting. Anyway, roughly 3-4 weeks after surgery I have a couple of birthdays and multiple dinners to attend. So my questions is when can we go braless? It would only be for just for a couple of hours. I would LOVE to wear a plunging neckline dress to show off my new assests Then later in the future, when can we go like... all day without a bra? or sleep without a bra? Or is sleeping without a bra out of the question? Also by 7 days were you able to drive okay? I have to go back to work (short hours and only for three days) But it takes an hour of steady driving to get there, will this be bareable?
Hi Ladies! I have never slept well - since I was 9 or 10 my mum reckons! Its hard to go to sleep & stay asleep. When I am asleep its very light. I feel absolutely exhausted! I have tried rescue remedy, sleeping behavioural techniques, warm milk etc but just wondering if anyone has used Melatonin to help you sleep? Or know of a great product that you really think helped you? Thanks in advance, MissBuzz xo
